Stumbled in to this nail salon due to a different one I made an appointment at only to be told they do not offer manicures only once I got there. Great first impression as when I walked in to find a nail tech walking around cleaning. They offer manicures only but I did wind up adding gel polish as it was only $35 total vs $49 at the previous salon. Love they are opened on Sunday. Very happy with the service and my nails. This will be my new nail salon:)

I just want to leave a compliment and say Thomas was amazing! I didn’t have an appointment and the young lady on the desk initially told me I would have to come back which I understand, but she ended up being able to seat us. Thomas was so nice and took his time with my daughters back to school nail style she selected! She LOVES her nails!! I will definitely be back and can’t express how much I appreciate this nail Salon compared to the others in my area!

First time visiting this place and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I brought my 2 year old son who at times can be rambunctious but the staff here made him feel comfortable and interacted with him. My manicurist Lisette was one of the best I’ve ever had. She kept me entertained with conversation and had an enthusiastic personality. I would definitely recommend this nail spa to anyone in the area.

If youre new in town and youre looking for a great nail salon. Look no further! This is a very clean, private , well- maintained nail salon. I visited recently and spoke with a customer who had just received an Orange honey pedicure and a gel powder polish. She explained that they were very precise and were able to shape her nails to the perfect length and with a high level of smoothness. 5 Star!! FYI: If youre using GPS it tells you to make a you u-turn. That is not neccesary.

HIDDEN GEM 💎 in Winter Haven! Kaylin is an incredible artist. She did such a beautiful job on my nails, did what I expected and asked for on top of the exceptional customer service and staff! Great environment and great service! And reasonable prices. (Not to mention I got a complementary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious.) I have been searching for “my place” to go for nails; and it will only be there!

I have been going to New World Nails and spa for over a year. Customer service is excellent, outstanding. Katlyn and her husband are alway welcoming when entering the door. When I get my nails done it last over a month. It does not fall off or when I get my toes done the nail polish stays on without chipping. I would recommend New World nail and Spa. I give Katlyn 10 out of 10.

I highly recommend New World Nails & Spa!! I came to them after having a bad experience with a set of nails at a different nail salon. I thought I was going to have them removed and a new set put on but instead (to save me time & money) they were able to totally transform and fix the ones I had. From a long time client’s experience with New World Nails and Spa I can truly say it is one of the better salons in town..Cultural differences are to be expected. The employees speaking their language is a cultural norm in nail salons. Years ago, yes maybe it was interrupted as rude, however it’s time to get over that. Most of the nail techs are extremely polite and pleasant.You know, you don’t go to a restaurant and expect not to pay extra for cheese or bacon. Why would white tip be free, it is more work.Their pedicures are amazing! They are not priced by the minute, however at a client’s request can be extended 20 minutes longer. This wording can be a bit confusing, but worth it the time.Finally, the salon is very competitively priced. You are not going to go there and pay more than any where else. You will get your money’s worth, so treat yourself to some routine time to pamper yourself at New World Nails and Spa in Winter Haven.

Well , I have been coming to this salon religiously since they opened in 2017. They have been the most professional and knowledgeable of any other nail salons in the area. They have only raised the prices twice since I’ve been there. They, of course charge more when you get specialties items such as a French, nail decorations, and any other specialty items. I have always felt that they are the best place in town to get your nails done. They offer specialty pedicures as well, and they are proced accordingly to what is in their brochure. They definitely take their time and do the best work ever.

First experience here was outstanding! Very friendly staff. The salon was extremely relaxing and clean. The pedicure was an hour long. They have tons of polish colors to choose from. After reading their reviews, I choose this salon for a pedicure and a dip nail manicure. Both women were perfectionists and took their time. Que did my dip nails and she did a great job making sure the shape was what I wanted. The salon was very clean and they had nice massage chairs. They had about 100 dip nail (Next Gen) powders and probably over 200 regular colors. Minor complaint-It would of been nice to be offered something to drink as I was there 2 hours. I imagine that appointments really are necessary as there were only two nail techs and one pedicure person. Definitely will be my go-to salon- I was very pleased.

This was my 1st visit here and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The gentleman who did my nails for me put so much effort and care into the uniformity of the length, shape and quality of my nails. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Very clean shop. Friendly family owners. Love their tea tree pedicure. It comes with a hot rock massage and tea tree mud pack. My legs loved it. I return every 6 weeks for the complete experience and redo gel nails in between.

Love the work I got done although what I asked for was supper simple you can’t imagine how many technicians can’t get it right. If I’m in the area I will def come back. But if you are looking for a calming spa feeling place this is it.

I don’t typically review places, but felt so happy leaving here that I just felt compelled to let others know not to hesitate in choosing this salon.Literally one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been to. (No dust/nail dust around, everything is super organized and modern). There are so many nail salons around, and out of all places I’ve been to over the years - for the first time ever I feel like I finally found ‘’the one’’. Super happy with my pedi and gel mani, environment was great, and I’m excited to go back in a couple weeks. 100% recommend. (Lela did my nails and did awesome all around)

The establishment is beautiful, extremely clean and very relaxing. Appointments are preferred, but mainly because they want to make sure the environment stays calm and relaxing without too much happening. I personally prefer this. The pedicures are amazing and they really take their time to dif deep into the massage without being painful. Anytime they remove ingrown toenails, Im aware its happening, but its never an overabundance of pain. My nail polish also stays for about a month and I am constantly wearing sandals. Highly recommend making an appointment and checking this place out!

I decided to try this nail salon because my regular salon moved to Miami a friend suggested this place I drove 30 min on a hope that it would be a good experience. I was able to get my nails done as a walk-in within 20 min I was seated and Jason took care of me he did an amazing job and I am a perfectionist when it comes to the shape of my nails I want them to be thin it look real and look natural and he did exactly what I asked I will definitely make this my new regular spot to get my nails done on top of it all the price was great!!! The place is so pretty and relaxing. The prices are affordable and Jason did an amazing job on my nails. Every time I get a gel manicure inevitably theres always excess or places where the gel didnt quite reach the edge of my nails. Or theres a few bubbles or places where the gel isnt even. This is the best manicure Ive ever gotten. My nails are literally perfect. No bubbles, no unevenness, no excesss gel or gaps by my cuticle. My acrylic is perfect too. Everyone was super nice. He even stayed late to finish my nails and my nails are still perfect and he read my mind about the color. Love the color. Amazing job. Beautiful place. Please go here to get your nails done.
