    I recently had a Brazilian wax with Baile. Having tried services from two other professionals before, I can confidently say Baile stood out as the best. After a 2-3 month break from waxing, I was bracing for discomfort, but the process was surprisingly smooth and far less painful than anticipated. She has a lighter hand than two other estheticians I’ve been too. (Good thing)What truly impressed me was the noticeable difference in the results. My skin felt significantly smoother compared to previous treatments, highlighting Bailes expertise and attention to detail.     Jessica is hands down the best person to get a wax from! Every time I go, I feel the need to tell her how good she is at what she does, no exaggeration. Brazilians hurt no matter what, but she makes the experience so smooth, quick, and to be quite honest, enjoyable. It’s not awkward, she makes it feel like you’re talking to one of the girls. Not to mention the price; you’re not gonna find a better pricing. I leave each appointment feeling a new woman. She’s the only woman I’ll go to for my waxes

Bailie has friendly personality & we literally talked the entire time like we’d known each other for years. Bailie explained everything she did before she started each application and always checked to make sure I was comfortable with the wax temperature and overall process. All of her products had a soft, relaxing smell to them. The application of wax was smooth & removal was fast. Bailie took her time to ensure she’d gotten EVERYTHING (definitely appreciated). I didn’t have any lingering pain nor skin irritations. Bailie also explained what I need to to help with skin exfoliating and discoloration. I’m more than satisfied with my results and will be a repeat client.

    I got serviced by Jessica and she’s amazing. I’ve been to many wax salons with many different people and there’s no one like her. I’ve had to stop going to these other places because the waxer was either to serious and wouldn’t talk or the place being nasty or the place being to far or hella booked. And after trying with so many I’m definitely staying with the secret garden with Jessica. She’s super sweet and overall does a good job with waxing. She’s quick and makes you feel comfortable. She listens to you and will give you advise with after care or any questions you have related to post wax etc. I recommend this place and Jessica 1000%. Oops almost forgot to add what blew my mind the most is that she actually maps out your brows and makes sure you like the shape and that it’s even before waxing and girllll brows came out looking perfect both brows the same lol when I tell you I’ve walked out salons with uneven brows but with Jessica that was not the case

I let my hair grow since about Jan/Feb so I was fully expecting the Brazilian to be very painful since it has been so long. I was SHOCKED at how pleasant the experience was! I forgot her name but the very nice woman who serviced me was so so sweet, gentle, fast, and made the whole process pain free. At one point I even had my eyes closed.
