    I was a walk-in today for a wash and a blowout. I was kindly greeted, and then I waited less than a minute before greeted again by Daniel. He has a great vibe. Daniel gave me a fantastic shampoo & conditioner along with a nice head massage 😊.Daniel wrapped my hair neatly in a towel, mindfully so I wasn’t dripping all over. He asked a couple of questions about style and went for it! Daniel is extremely skilled, as well as intuitive as he styled my hair like I would have!! His co-workers were complimentary of his work throughout this process too, he’s great! Well done Daniel 👏 you are a keeper!KarmenEDIT: This picture was taken 9 hours later w/ high humidity, and I was at the ocean at Main Beach 🏝️ 😉

    I was so lucky to catch them still open but I hope that they will be closed tomorrow for such a major storm to stay off the roads & for staff safety. They do a great job!

    I am rating 5 stars for my stylist Kim Freidman,she knows how to cut my hair,I love her. I will have to let you know that Carrie Knowles is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I was unfamiliar with the online check in,and asked for help. She treated me like I was a piece of trash while other people she treated with respect. This person is highly unprofessional and should not be in the customer service industry. For this reason I will need to rate this as a low score

    Made a reservation online and walked right in, I do not remember the lady who cut my hair, but she did a wonderful job.I saved a couple images of my haircut so I can share with whomever is cutting it next so they do not have to guess.

    I’m posting for my momShe has always took pride in her hair and it is so wonderful to come here and have the special attention to her. Daniel is the very best, he is so sweet and attentive to my mom and it just makes me so happy that she can go somewhere and get that special attention on top of a wonderful haircut. She is always so proud of her haircut and the great job Daniel does. Thank you so much.

    My mother and I are really happy with the service we get at Great Clips. We can check in while still at home and arrive just before they are ready for us. Saves so much time. They listen to what we want and work with us to give us the hair style we really want too. I am very happy to be able to get the best service at Great Clips!

    I regret I didnt get the names of the stylists that cut my sons hair and mine because the were fantastic. Usually between my son and I, only one of us leaves with a decent cut but the two stylists we had this time were both very good. My son got exactly what we showed the stylist he wanted from a picture on his phone and even though I am not that picky with the finished product, I did not have the telltale long strands hanging here and there as I sometimes have.

    Took my 2 year old daughter for her long overdue haircut today. Carrie was super friendly and sweet... She made my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. She was able to cut her hair even despite my daughters hyperness and moving around. She kept talking to her to keep her engaged. My daughter and I were very happy with the visit. Highly recommend! :)

    Kim at the Yulee location is awesome!! She takes her time and makes her customers feel special! She is friendly and really cares about the type of cut you want and does an amazing job! She is assisting in offering suggestions on products to help with your hair type! I recommend asking her for your next cut I know I will!!! Thanks Kim for going above and beyond with your talent that is hard to fine these days!

    Lisa was awesome! I wasn’t sure how to say exactly what I wanted, so I gave little direction and asked her to use her best judgment and she did a great job. I truly could not be happier.

    Its the only hair cut place I use. The person cutting my hair this time was just great. One of the best I have had so far. Very friendly, Great attitude and personality. signed in online and was taken right away. No waiting.

    Y’all better give Mindy and her other stylist raises. Mindy gave a great cut and the 3 of us had to listen to an ungrateful customer complain about waiting and saying someone is unprofessional. People like that make work unbearable.

    Most of the staff are very friendly and do a great job of listening and doing what you want in a cut or style. In the cases I didnt get exactly what I wanted the errors were on the side of caution, so no real harm done. I believe only twice did I get someone who didnt talk during the cut and acted rather indifferent to the customers.

    Love the cut I received from Bonnie today! Im always nervous about having my hair cut. Ive had horrible experiences with stylists cutting off too much. Before today it had been 3 yrs since my last cut. Before starting I explained everything to Bonnie. she listened to every word, talked me through it all & made me feel very comfortable. My hair looks amazing & I will definitely go back to see her.

    Brenda ...what a great cut...she cut off 6 inches on my last trip there...now I wanted a chin skimming Bob with banks. She did a great job. Even showed me how to mix 2 finishing products together in my palms...When I washed it today everything was great. Thanks again to Brenda...see you soon.Brenda has gone on to management. Jennifer is doing my hair. I have a bob -- shorter in the back. It is absolutely great and has been holding up very well over the SummerJenner did my cut yesterday.--wonderful as usual. With time my bob gets sleeker -- I will wash it tomorrow morning and pit some conditioner on -- with a wide tooth comb U will be ready to go.Thanks again Jennifer.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE Kim!! Shes been an amazing stylist for my son! He has a sensory disorder which makes getting a haircut a bit of a challenge. Now hes able to sit, conversate and have the clippers done without any issues. Shes so Awesome and I would drive to Georgia to keep her for him. She always delivers a great cut! Thank you

    Im a guy and kind of picky about how my hair looks so when I went here I was a little weary bc they cut hair quick. However I was NOT disappointed! I had my hair cut by Tray. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was very thorough and asked me every step of the way if I liked it, etc. on top of that he was fast too. If you are a guy going and you care about your looks I recommend Tray!

    First time at Great Clips. Greeted immediately as I walked in by Chelsea and assisted with checking me in.Very brief wait and received haircut also by Chelsea.Great haircut, clean shop, pleasant environment.Will be a returning customer.

    Ive tried so many different barber shops in and around fernandina beach, and this is the best one. The stylists are all super nice and professional, the space is always clean, and their system is streamlined for quick turnover between cuts.

    Its fine for a quick cut but thats it. No color, no perms; not at the Yulee location. Reminds me of a military facility because your in and out in minutes flat! I saw one male stylist take a shaggy haired, shaggy bearded man and turn him into Brad Pitt. That was impressive!!

    Experienced stylist (lisa) I believe is her name. No wait time which was nice. Only feedback to the stylist is to slow down just a little instead of making the customer rushed and just another haircut walking out the door.
