Ive been to this Ulta several times. I always have very nice people helping me. Just recently Brooke the skin care specialist helped me and she was a gem! I never felt rushed and I also felt Brooke truly enjoyed helping me. I was looking for something specific and she helped me, as well as gave some suggestions regarding some of her favorite products. We tested several items and chatted, which made me feel less pressured. In the end, while I was waiting for Brooke to find something, some of the other employees came up to make sure I was taken care of (which was super nice) and when I told them that Brooke was helping me, they told me I was in good hands. How nice to hear each employee praise someone else! Anyways, if there is ever a chance that Brooke is teaching a class regarding skin hygeine or even the basics of putting make-up on, Ill be there. Ill return for the products but it was the customer service that will have me returning to this particular store.

I went in today (one week before Christmas, a very busy time) and wanted to find a product with several specific requirements. Had I tried it alone it would have taken hours if I was able to find something at all. The person who approached me to help was Brooke, who is a skincare consultant but helped me in multiple areas, and demonstrated knowledge in each one. She seemed genuinely happy to help me, and never made me feel like she was trying to check me off her list so she could move to the next person. We tried a product which was technically a good match, but she was honest in saying it didn’t capture my undertone well (I completely agreed) and continued searching for a product that met all of my requirements and had a shade right for me, which can be difficult with my skin tone. She explained her reasoning in her product recommendations well, and even helped me find something in the Ulta app I was having difficulty finding. She was professional, personable, and efficient. 10/10 experience with Brooke

I’ve had great experiences at this salon with cuts, colors, and highlights, and want to give a shout out to both Jessica and Amanda. They are both talented hair professionals, and really care that your hair is just the way you want it to be. They are also engaging—we have fun and interesting conversations. I’m so glad I found them and would recommend them highly.

She was so so patient with me and she made sure I had the right color of foundation even after she put it on me she says no it’s not the color so she did it again and got me the perfect show. I recently visited Ulta at the recommendation of my sister, who had spoken highly of their press-on nail selection. Impressed by her suggestion to save money by avoiding salons, I decided to give it a try and was delighted with the wide range of choices available. This got me thinking, perhaps I could dabble in make-up as well. Realizing my lack of knowledge in this area, I was fortunate to encounter Rozanda, an extraordinarily patient and kind employee who graciously tolerated my ignorance when it came to the art of make-up. She guided me through the process, and eventually, another employee named Robin joined us. Robin not only continued the assistance started by Rozanda but went above and beyond in educating me and helping me select the most suitable products. I must applaud Robin for her gentle and kind demeanor, especially with my young daughter, as she radiates kindness and patience with everyone she interacts with. I am sincerely grateful to these ladies for their exceptional kindness, humility, and attentiveness to my needs. Ulta, thank you for providing me with such a splendid customer experience.

I almost gave up on customer service as my closest Ulta isn’t very hospitable. However, my experience at the Yulee location was wonderful. Not only was I in there not too far from closing time, I was greeted nicely, offered assistance POLITELY. As I even mentioned I knew they were closing soon I really wanted an eye shadow palette with a collection of particular shades. I wish I would have caught her name, however the employee not only UNDERSTOOD my need to not duplicate my other palettes, I could tell she was very knowledgeable of the lines and products and offered several realistic solutions. She also did not make me feel rushed to make a decision even though they were minutes from closing. I chose a palette I probably would not have had she not educated me on it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new palette. The employees were polite and friendly even after a long day. I am barely acknowledged when I visit my local Ulta. The store was also clean and well organized. I wish I would have gone earlier.

I went into Ulta and asked Braylin if she could recommend an eyebrow pencil. Not only did she escort me to where I could find the brand she was using but she helped me with blush and mascara too. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Having to attend wedding in a couple of months and they are helping me with a makeover for the event. Love being able to find a variety of makeup, hair products, perfumes, etc. But the staff were quick to assist me and answer all my questions. Cannot wait to write a review for them after the wedding in April.

I’ve used Ulta’s hair salon services in the past where I live. This time, I was visiting on vacation and decided to make a last minute booking. I was lucky to get Erica. She was AMAZING! My hair has never looked this good. She nailed the color and did a phenomenal job. I’ll need to either move to this charming little oasis, or figure out a way of cloning this very talented artist. For all the locals, you’ll need to consider having Erica as your go to girl. Thank you!

I went to Ultra and found great products for face and makeup. Only I have see the public bringing kids and aloud the to play with samples. Deteriorated samples do not look good any more at display. Manager found my help with specialist on skin products.

I went in to get an idea for my wedding makeup and walked out with everything I needed for less than $100 and a tutorial on every piece of make up I bought. Heidi from Clinique and Cameron from the Benefit services were awesome and helped me get everything I needed. I highly recommend them for advice, as they did not push me out of my budget but still helped me find everything I needed.

I really like the Ulta rewards program, I get extra points from using the ap with my coupons. You can only use the coupons with non prestige items but it beats paying full price. The salon is a bit pricey and no better than any other salon. I had my hair cut and washed and it was almost 100. Will not do that again.

Went in to grab some foundation. I knew what I was getting but Caitlin sat me down to make sure I picked out the correct shade. She was so sweet she helped out a lot. Her personality, made me feel welcome. She is awesome. Great customer service.Edit. Went back in tonight and Caitlin was working again. She spends so much time with each customer. She recognized me from before and once again made me feel welcome. I will be honest snd say that I dont always get that feeling when I walk in. I usually go in after work and look a mess. but even though I might not look like I dont know what Im doing Im actually a licensed MUA/esthetician. Caitlin is a very valuable asset to this store.As for the store itself. It is kept up very nicely. Very clean and organized. And they always have what I, looking for. Some other locations cant say this. And Ulta beats out all others with their rewards program. Im almost platinum ya.Very nice store.

Lots of stock and products.Most of the employees are very helpful. It did seem that some were trying to sell you certain products, not necessarily what would work for you or your skin the best. Prices are high on some things that you can get at a lower price from nearby drug stores.

I went to the Ulta salon last week. My appointment was with a stylist named Jacara. I told her I was pretty basic and just wanted the broken and damaged ends gone. I wasn’t expecting much because I have fine, thin, straight hair and not much has ever worked or didn’t cause more damage. When Jacara was done I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Since I’ve left other salons happy before only to be disappointed within a couple days, I wasn’t expecting much. But, in the days since, my hair looks better, feels better, moves better, and is more manageable than it has been in years! Even with no product or styling or even blow drying, it still looks great! I highly recommend Jacara and thank you!
