When I inquired as to the location of a product line within the store, a sales person, who made it clear she was 70 tried to show me a product Im not currently interested in. She went on to bash the line I prefer in an attempt to sway my opinion and was short and rude with me when I declined the other brand. Ill likely be going to another location to avoid her. The 4 stars is because generally, Ive had decent experiences here, and one of the product reps was incredibly nice today.There was no need for the sales person to be this rude and bash the other products.

I stopped by to get my brows waxed by Kayla and she did an amazing job. I let her know about the unevenness of my eyebrows and she recommended getting them laminated would make them more symmetrical, so i agreed to the add on. She did the service in under 30 minutes and I loved the results. All of the staff were kind and super helpful.

I started going to Ulta in Altamonte Spring s a few months ago and my first experience was with a stylist named Gabby . I have gone to many high priced salons to have my hair colored and always walked away disappointed. My hair is very difficult to work with and takes a lot of time so I was assuming this experience would probably be no different than the rest . To my surprise I was totally wrong . I explained to Gabby exactly what I wanted and how no one had accomplished it up to this point and that it had cost me ridiculous amounts of money only to be disappointed. Well Gabby had me sit in the chair and started to work her magic . When she was finished I was absolutely shock my hair was colored and styled to perfection. She did amazing . Needless to say I continue to go to Gabby time and time again . Not only was it amazing but affordable . I have been extremely happy every time . If you are looking for someone amazing to do your hair Gabby is your girl .

I would just like to say that Nik is amazing, they were wonderful and so nice to me and helped me find exactly what I needed. They helped me and my grandma find everything and showed us a few things to get online it was perfect. I’m Farley new to makeup and they were so nice to me and I really appreciated it. This place is usually quite busy, but the staff are quick to help you find anything or give helpful tips on skin types and makeup that would work for your budget and preference. The lady that helped me got me set up with a great moisturizing system and a great foundation and concealer! Definitely reccomend Ulta if you dont know what to get for your makeup or moisturizing needs!!

I love coming to this Ulta, never had a problem here. People are writing false accusations about Denice, she is so helpful and always tries her best to help anyone and everyone. Not only has she helped me but also my family and friends. I prefer to go to this Ulta rather then the one closest to me because the atmosphere here is amazing, someone is always willing to help here if they aren’t to busy and always offer if I want a basket for the items I’m holding. The employees here are truly amazing and so welcoming, I could ask a million questions and they will always give me a honest answer. They always make me feel good about myself no matter what comments I make about myself, whether it be my dark circles or hyperpigmentation due to my acne when I was younger, they try their best to make me feel good about myself. I came here to write a review about my experience and see that multiple people are calling Denice racist when I don’t even believe these people have even interacted with her or any employee at this location. Again this is one of the best locations I’ve been too compared to the other locations near by. Everyone here is amazing and I will always come back to this welcoming location :)

This place has the amazing employees, I was welcomed in as I walked into the store by the employees at the registers. Denise approached me, to see if I needed help looking for anything, I asked her about a moisturizer, she right away was very helpful, she went above and beyond to find me the perfect facial moisturizer/cream that i could benefit with, she was very patient, kind and was concerned about what I like and what was best for my skin. This lady was amazing! If you are looking for makeup, skin moisturizer, sealers, the employees along with their manager is right there to help, and take their time with you, and want what you want, satisfied and to be happy!

This was my first time at Ulta. I wanted a new look. Aline was my stylist. I told her the cut I wanted. She had not done it before. I gave her artistic freedom. After all, its only hair, it grows back. She took her time and I got a fantastic cut! I had a Christmas party that same night and I got so many compliments! I got my hair dyed by Tae today. It was my first time with her, and wow she is freaking AMAZING! She is a hidden gem at this Ulta salon location! She is super talented with color (and it’s her passion), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took her time, was meticulous, neat, organized, shampooed really well (enjoyed it thoroughly), and blew dry my hair! I felt so pampered. Not only is she talented but an extremely positive, personable, driven, intelligent and genuine human being. Hair stylists like her are very difficult to come by. I rarely write reviews, but I do think she is highly deserving of it, and I hope others can benefit from her services. She is going to be my monthly go-to stylist moving forward. Thank you Tae! That’s when I found Tae at Ulta in Altamonte springs and she is the absolute best. She actually cares about my hair I was looking to get a perm but she kindly suggested a keratin which was the best decision. She forever has a client in me. There was a scheduling issue with the system and although she was on a time crunch, she exceeded all my expectations and then some!!! She did my makeup, applied lashes, and curled my hair leaving me feeling beautiful and confident for my birthday! She was so kind and personable and is truly amazing at her craft! Book with her! You won’t regret it!

My 78 year old mom and I went in ahead of my wedding so I could buy products and mom could get expert assistance with covering a dark mark on her nose. We worked with Sydney, who could not have been more perfect. She spent a long time with us as she gently, kindly, and patiently attended to all our needs and questions. She never made us feel rushed and demonstrated step by step what my mom needed to do, finding all the perfect products and tools for both of us. Sydney was totally professional, efficient, and her friendliness was the best part of all. The Altamonte Ulta is lucky to have her.

Even though I went in thinking I knew what I needed the lady talked with me about my skin and what my ultimate goal was and she was able to provide me with something that would work better for me than I thought. My first visit was for a silk press, my second was for a color and my third was for a Keratin Treatment.She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. She is very thoughtful and listens to what you want and advises on how to best achieve your desired look.I love that she explains all the steps she is doing. Brought my girls in for girl time. I am not a big makeup user, never have been, but my youngest (11) really wants to start learning. Alicia was so extremely helpful getting my daughter started, from beginning with the basics of cleanser to some light makeup for her to try. Most people look at it that’s she’s a kid and would try to sell to the parent. Alicia listened to what my daughter liked and helped her pick it out. Then she helped my older daughter find a good concealer for her skin and to pick out a couple things as well. I’ve brought my oldest in before and always have had a good experience, but this time blew it all away. Truly an awesome experience.

There are so many choices for everything nowadays, so I really appreciated the staffs help in learning about sunscreen and hair products. The store was bright, clean and friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful. Although likely not up to this local store, it wouldve been helpful if the different products (or genres) were more obviously displayed. Otherwise, it was a great and quick trip and the staff was very helpful

Brow bar experience - My first experience of the Benefit Brow Bar services was excellent! I got the Brow wax & tint service and Stacy H. was the teammate that assisted me. I was looking for a cleanser solution, and an employee, shes also an aesthetician, helped me find the right one for my skins type. When I got to the cashier, I was greeted nicely and signed up for the reward program. When the cashier heard that my birthday is coming up next week, she said happy birthday and gave me a birthday gift!! An IT superhero mascara!! Which is my favorite mascara. When I got the receipt, I found out that the cleanser and toner were buy one get one 40% off... Voila!! Ulta, thank you!!! Thank you for having great employees that provide great customer experience! Not wheelchair person friendly. This is a great store and they have plenty of employees willing to help you find what you are looking for. Products and displays are on point. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the front entrance is two heavy glass doors that you have to pull. There is no wheelchair button to open the door. Aisles are narrow which make it hard to navigate a power chair in. And the front registers are set up in a way that a wheelchair barely fits in front of the cashier. Makes it hard to pay.

Tae at the salon is amazing ! I go to her a few times a month from my coloring , haircuts , and her fantastic blow outs ! It’s my staple before any night out now !

Very clean store and helpful staff. I went there today and they were out of the product I was looking for. The sales associate went to the back and spent a good amount of time checking to see if they had any more in stock. When I asked if I could order it in store and get free shipping, she provided me with 2 coupons so I could get free shipping. I am very pleased with how extremely helpful she was and for offering me a coupon so I can buy the product online and have it ship for free.

It’s a good transportation business. Nice cars like Tesla SUV’s that are friendly with the environment. Airport Pick ups and drop offs, doctor appointments, executive personnel transportation. Events like: wedding, sweet 16th, baptism, cruises, golf courses, and all transportation needs. Serving Spring Hill, Brooksville and all Hernando, Pasco and Sumter counties.

This review is for my stylist, Milenka. She has done such a wonderful job on my hair. I get it colored and cut. From the consultation to the end, she is very thorough and professional. She is very honest, as well, and will recommend doing what is best for the integrity of your hair and what compliments you. One of the things I love most is that she likes to converse and is so easy to talk to. She makes the time spent there absolutely enjoyable and my hair always looks phenomenal when I leave. Im always guaranteed compliments after having an appointment with Milenka!

Ulta is okay. They always had what Im looking for and I bought this charcoal mask there on sale that was pretty cool. They usually have what Im looking for and there was an employee that helped me find this great bronzer highlighter palette that worked so good with my skin. The employees arent always nice though, sometimes I feel like they dont want me to ask them questions?

I was greeted by Lyana as soon as I entered the store and I felt welcome and acknowledged. I was just coming in to find some new products for my hair. The reason why I know Lyana by name is because when I got to the counter to check out it appeared she was helping to train another associate named Krystanne (I probably spelled that wrong). She was kind and patient and made sure that I had all my information for rewards. As they were ringing in my items it was brought to my attention that the products that I was buying were not aligned with my preferences. Lyanna took the time to walk me all the way back to the hair product line and offered me her knowledge and personal experiences with other products. I want to give recognition to her spectacular customer service and patience. Also, with her abilities to multitask between being hospitable while training another associate. This is a prime example of how to extend great service and encouraging others to do so also. I had a great experience!

I was looking for a new stylist and decided that Ulta Salon would be a good place to try. Ulta wouldn’t hire bad stylists! So I set up an appointment for a cut to try it out. Mikenka did a great job with my cut and I set up a new appointment for color. She nailed the color too! I’m so happy with her, the closeness to Home and the flexibility to make appointments. Plus, the makeup and skincare selections are amazing and if you join the Ultamate Rewards club, you will receive discounts and freebies.

The nicest/cleanest Ulta I have been in! They have testers for most of the drugstore makeup out and the drugstore makeup section is the cleanest I have ever seen at an Ulta. They even have like everything in stock, which is great. I wish I lived closer to this Ulta, its in waaay better condition than the one by my house!

I want to thank the manager at this location. My husband made a purchase to surprise me, but didnt keep the receipt. The foundation was way too yellow, so I went to exchange it. A very rude associate kept telling me Theres nothing we can do. I politely asked to speak to a manager, and she gracefully accepted the return. The first associate had extreme attitude and kept shooting me dirty looks. The manager, shorter girl with glasses and brown hair, was a true professional. I extremely appreciate her help. My family has now been instructed to buy me giftcards!

About a 2 weeks ago I went to this location looking for a beauty blender. I wasnt aware that they did facials. I need to get better with my skin I went ahead a requested appointments for the same day. My friend and I were taken care by Elizabeth. Wow!!!!! All I can say! Shes so AMAZING!!!!!!!!. I went again today for my 2nd one and I am in love.! Elizabeths knowledge is incredible and you can hear her passion as she descrives the wonders these products do. Thanks Elizabeth for going above and beyond for my skin YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
