Above all, my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. It’s very neat and she got all my edges. It was painless…my hair was not pulled too tight— my head was not sore at all afterward. Donna has a very friendly personality and very upbeat conversation. I would definitely recommend her if you want prompt, professional, and friendly service with a beautiful finished product. Donna is the best and I’m so happy to have found Orlando Braids & Crochet! She took care of my head for my mothers memorial service, and the amount of care she put into my appointment was everything. Donna made sure to take her time to reach the style I was trying to achieve, our appointment started promptly at the time it was scheduled, and there was great care taken re: Covid-19 precautions. Donna provided lots of maintenance and aftercare information for the style. I would absolutely recommend her for all things hair related. I attempted to book an appt online so I could get feedin braids on the same day while here on a business trip and she was able to add me to her schedule. I was given instructions on how to book and I did. When I arrived I was greeted asking to wear a specific mask which she supplied and we got started after I was asked what color hair I wanted. She explained to me at different points of doing my hair what she was doing. I enjoyed my 1st visit with her and would recommend her to anyone who needs their hair done while visiting Florida or if you live here. She will be on time, she is knowledgeable, clean and chic shop and she has great customer service.
