From the beginning that Michelle gave me the options of services and financing as well as educating me on what to expect, I have to say that I have no regrets on having my tattoo removed with Body Details. Alex and Lisette are super great. I go in, get lasered and Im out the door after they cover me up. Very friendly, considerate and professional treatments. Excellent clean and professional clinical environment with awesome equipment to get the right job done correctly. I must give appreciation and high recommendation for Lissette at Body Details in Altamonte Springs. She made my first experience worthwhile and stress-free. Starting from answering all my questions to working with my schedule and providing quality service, I have no complaints! The laser hair and tattoo removal was not painful and she took her time and was very thorough. She also gave me good recommendations for maintenance, other useful services and the best payment plan. I respect that she has a background working with E.R. patients and it shows in her relatability and quality care. This photo is after the first of five treatments. Went in for a tattoo removal services, first 2 sessions was with Haley. Haley was a breath of fresh air when it came to how serious the sessions were for me.This removal journey is very painful yet therapeutic for me.With Haley it just feels like seeing an old friend throughout the service with whom I could talk to and update when it comes to my life changes.My most recent session (which was my 3rd one) was with Stephanie, she was fantastic as well. She helped me feel like I wasnt alone in this removal process and transitional stage of my life. It also helped quite a bit knowing that she went through the service herself so the session felt a bit more personable and manageable when it came to the pain.For those of you who dont know, the laser gets stronger as the sessions continue so this isnt to say that Haley did a poor job or anything when it came to providing the service.But every session does seem to be a bit more difficult when it comes to managing that factor.Both parties also are always there to provide the proper aftercare information in any means of contact; in person, over the phone, via email. Its great to know that they are just one phone call away if I have any questions in regards to this journey!

I recently started to notice my progress and honestly that’s why I’ve kept coming back — but honestly, I can’t say I ever looked forward to sessions…until today. Being able to use the cooling hose during my laser hair removal, made such the different. It’s a better and more comfortable experience, and the fact BD allows you to do it, is why I will always choose it and tell people to go here instead of anywhere else. I’m not exaggerating about the difference it made and I’m so appreciative.
