    I have loved my experience at this Ideal Image. I’ve been coming here for years. Their lifetime guarantee is what sold me and it’s been well worth it. The nurses are amazing. The clinic space is clean and beautiful. It can be a bit of a wait for an appointment during lunches or after work hours but they do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend laser hair removal and wish I had done it sooner. I’m glad I found Ideal Image.

    Everyone here is very professional and friendly, easy to talk to. My first treatment was a little painful but my body adjusted quickly and my second and later treatments were much easier (and the numbing cream they referred me on helps alot). Great people and excellent service overall!

    The wait for the initial consultation was a little long, but once in, it went really well. I was excited and ready to start my new laser treatments. They were able to get me same day! The wait was a little less than the initial consultation. Laser treatment went well and the technician seemed to know what she was doing. She also made small talk which made the experience go by faster.

    I was skeptical at first with the laser hair removal, but OH BOY, it was the best decision I have made. I have finished all my treatments, and 90% of my hair is gone.     Hair removal is not a cheap treatment and results are different for everyone. In my case I had to return for follow ups quite often to achieve the results I wanted. I’ve been a customer here for at least 5 years now and I couldn’t be happier with selecting the Altamonte store for it’s new and old staff’s customer service, it’s exceptional. The nurses are thorough and friendly. Receptionist are accommodating and will honor discounts even if you’re not aware they have a sale. Even though I spent more that I had budgeted I’m glad it was a place I could feel comfortable coming back to.

    This is a status update to let everyone know that after getting my treatments done at Ideal Image in Altamonte Springs, I have been hair free for almost 5 years! The areas I have had treated were my legs, underarms, lip, chin, bikini, abdomen and legs done. Once I did one area, I became hooked! I noticed a difference after my first treatment. I only have to go in on occasion for touch ups and the rates are quite reasonable. This location in particular has the best staff. The entire team is so friendly and professional! Areas I got treated are my under arms, Brazilian and Perineum area.Courtney treated me and she was amazing.Apply the magic cream from heaven (BLT numbing cream) generously about 2 hrs before appointment, then another thick layer one hour before your appointment and you will be fine. I am the biggest baby and I only felt a consistent pinch at times, as well as some heat at other times. Yes, its a bit uncomfortable, but beauty is either pain or annoying and I would describe this sensation as annoying.Four stars because of a contract issue that I need clarity and resolution for. Will update.Update: Five stars. I had laser hair removal on my face and upper lip. It does hurt a little and it feels like rubber ands popping you. However, totally worth it! I would do it all over again.     I have been getting treatments at this location for years, I believe since 2011 but I cant remember exactly. Every visit has always been excellent, the girls are so friendly and helpful, I actually enjoy my visits! I skipped treatments for almost 2 and a half years (life got busy), and when I went back for a much overdue treatment I was provided with the same amazing attention and care. Not to mention the staff is highly knowledgeable about the services they provide and the professional/educational requirements of those providing treatment really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. the results of course, are worth every penny! I met my husband after I had already been through a good number of treatments and he was so amazed at how smooth I was all the time, he still gets excited if I tell him Im going for a treatment (even though Im now only going for periodic upkeep). I no longer have to deal with razor burn or ingrown hairs, and it hands down just feels wonderful to feel silky smooth all the time.

In the consultation I was impressed to learn that all the NURSES have Masters degrees & they’re ALL nurses, not someone hired off the street. She has now provided my services on two occasions and I have specifically requested her exclusively. With Lindsay, the process was virtually pain free in even the most sensitive of spots. She was beyond respectful and nurturing, focusing on maintaining my comfort and privacy. I arrived 25 minutes early to my last appointment and she was kind enough to take me early, I was finished before my original appointment time. Lindsay is the best.     My first time here! I went in for a free consultation and loved the attention I received. I was set on what I wanted before I got there but they are so informative! Great packages! Everyone was really attentive and kind. Got my first session right then and the NP walked me through everything, very talkative which was nice to distract me from the procedure which was very tolerable!

    This location is fantastic! I’m a lifetime member and since I had my treatment several years ago, I’ve only needed a spot check every 2 years or so.     After only one treatment the results are amazing. I did all of my due diligence research before going in for the free consultation. I was mightily impressed at the thoroughness of interview. My consultant was very upfront about all the pros and cons, especially the cons which many places gloss over or actually claim that there ARENT any. Al of the staff that I met with were friendly, professional and seemed to really enjoy working there. The facility itself, was very clean, comfortable and presented a soothing atmosphere. Well worth the price of the package, the terms of which were explained in GREAT DETAIL BEFORE I signed up so there was no misunderstanding on my part.

    I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I love that their technicians are almost always Nurse Practitioners - so they are extremely experienced, competent and knowledgeable. Also, their machines are state of the art and work the first time - not cumulative. For instance, I have a friend that bought a Groupon for a cheap laser hair removal at another salon and it has taken her multiple procedures and she is STILL not done!! This is the gold standard!!

    I was greeted at the door. The NPs and staff were all so sweet and accommodating. I have never done laser hair removal, so I had a few questions. I looked it up and I have family whom have taken the hairless plunge. They were extremely kind and patient with me. Despite the pain, the results so far have been worth it!
