The level of care and professionalism here is unmatched! I have tried, what feels like, every electrologist In orlando and I am blown away by Lana Gray. The facility is so clean and I really felt at home. Jane was incredibly knowledgeable. I didn’t feel a single hair get plucked and that’s a good indicator that the treatment is being done correctly. Can’t wait for my next treatment! If you’re thinking about going here, do it!!

Professional, personable, and very client/patient oriented. I’ve not experienced any delays from my scheduled time and they make sure their scheduling is very accommodating to my schedule. My experience has been wonderful. I am completely satisfied with the services provided and the results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for laser treatment.

Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I came in for electrolysis and I have an extremely low pain tolerance and hate needles. They were very patient and took the time to find a method that works for me and I’m extremely excited that I can start my electrolysis journey here. It also helps that everyone here is knowledgeable and transparent when explaining a service or answering any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Consultation and 15 minutes of electrolysis for some unwanted body hair was a breeze! Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative of the process and what to expect moving forward. Barely any discomfort and they offer topical pain relief should it become an issue. Highly recommended!
