    Nivien has been the only person I trust with my eyebrows since I was 18 years old. She knows my brows and how to make them perfectly sharp and clean. She always fast and efficient. And has become one of my Altamonte brow art friends 😀 she’s amazing

    Gehan was a really great brow technician, she ensured me that she would take her time and make sure that I got my eyebrows looking the way i wanted. She also allowed me to try color on my brows for free. She asked if I would like to use the product at home and I told her yes. I brought the product and she told me if i needed help I can come in as many times as I want for her to show me how to apply the color on my own. Most of the times when I get my brows done at other places they rush and just take my money. But I actually built trust with Gehan and I know that she will get my brows right everytime!! The photos doesn’t even show how good they look!

    Nivien is great! I’ve been doing my eyebrows with her for years and what I love most is that if something will not look good or if she feels something will be better for me she suggests it and explains it to me! Would not change her…Give her a try and you won’t regret it!

    If I could leave them 10 stars I would. The customer service was great and she was able to fix my brows lol. I want to start with the customer service because that stood out the most to me. I could a head of time and the friendliness on the phone made me want to come in. Once I got there it was so clean and comfortable..like very peaceful. I wish that I would’ve asked the woman’s name but the chair I was sitting in was #2, I explained to her that a couple of months ago someone cut my browns so thin and I love thick eyebrows. However she did it, she was able to thread my brows in a way where you couldn’t even tell that someone messed them up months prior. I also like how they explains things. I noticed with other clients and myself, they explained why they’re going to do something, so that it keeps us informed on what’s going on. And after every person she gave advice on how to maintain healthy lashes by applying castor oil. Great service I will be back

    Nivien is my best kept secret ( until now of course) it’s been a few years now that she has done my brows. I come from NYC from time to time to get them done by Nivien. I am never disappointed, time , patience, perfection. Getting lashes was something I’ve always wanted to try, She gave me the option to try a few to see how they would look, ended up getting a full set! :)

    I’ve been coming here for years and trust Nivien completely! She’s friendly, quick, and my brows always turn out great!For anyone who’s ever not had their brows threaded, it’s maybe a smidge uncomfortable but not painful. Of course, I felt I was being targeted but decided, why not?!!$75 later, I looked in the mirror and had an immediate emotional reaction. She gave me my sexy back and in only cost me $75!! My husband was incredibly happy and my kids were very surprised and pleased about my new simple enhancements. Money well spent!!My enhancements were micro blading, eyebrow tinting and lashes.     I have been going to Brow art 23 in Altamonte for 6 years, and will never go anywhere else for my threading needs. Everyone here is amazing. Gehan is a wizard with the thread, and she always makes sure my eyebrows are perfect. I have very sensitive skin, and would tear up when getting my eyebrows threaded, but Gehan talks me through it, makes me laugh, and ensures my experience is nothing but amazing.     Nivien at Brow Art has been threading my eyebrows for a couple years now & always does a great job! I’ve recently started having my eyebrows tinted by her too & I love it. It fills them in & they look so natural. It lasts for about 2 weeks for me & definitely saves me time from having to do them in the morning.

    I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 7 years now, prior to going to Nivien at the (Altamonte Springs location) my brows arent what they are today thanks to her.     I went to get my eyebrows done recently and I walk in and there was only one other customer in there who was being worked on. After she was done she wiped off the seat and her tools, she had her string across her neck and her mask was on at all times. Overall I am very satisfied with the precautions that she took to make sure everything was clean and disinfected. The lady who worked on my eyebrows was named Nivien Moussa, and she was the only worker in there. She was very nice and friendly and took every precaution she could.

    I waiting as long as possible after the mall opened after COVID until I couldn’t anymore. The only person i let touch my brows is Nivien (she’s the best!). The salon was extremely clean not all employees were working at once to reduce the amount of people in the salon. & Instead of using the thread their mouths like they’re used too they wrapped it around their necks while also double masked. I appreciated this extra step to change up the ways they normally do things to ensure our safety and beauty :) I also noticed they did wipe down the chairs in between every client as expected! Thank you for the amazing service!

    Got my brows done here and must say I am very much so satisfied! They are the most even they have ever looked in my little yet wide life span thus far. Turned out great! But like everyone has been saying though my left brow looks better than my right. They are twins, sisters even. But the right sister twin is looking better than the left! Is what was said to me. If only I had sat still, I was crying the whole time! Also laughing too!Still love my brows and glad I got them done. But for to tolerate the pain for beauty and come back again...this will be very difficult.
