    My skin check for cancer was on time, well organized and went as smoothly as Iā€™ve experienced over the many years Iā€™ve been doing them. The office and staff literally have everything down to a science. The PA, Melanie, makes me feel comfortable explaining what she is seeing or is not seeing. I would highly recommend her and Riverchase.

    Dr. Menendez and her assistant , Gabby, were wonderful. They listened to my concerns and we had a conversation about our backgrounds. Both women were kind, caring an knowledgeable.     Dr Menendes is extremely professional and thorough checking my whole body. She found two suspicious small areas and took corrective action to have the cells checked. She took adequate time to explain what she was doing and why. Simply the best!

    Through the years I have seen a number of dermatologists in the area and have found most are just a money grab. I made an appointment to see Laura Taylor based on reviews left by other patients and I was so happy I did.From the second I walked into the Bonita office I was greeted with smiles and it began my pleasant experience. When I met with Laura I was impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to explain and educate. The whole appointment has reassured me that all dermatology offices are not the same. I did not sit in the waiting room long and my appointment was on time which is not common with most practices. I would highly recommend Laura and the Bonita office.

    I had two concerns and was moved up the wait list to see Dr. Menendez. She (and her assistant) were efficient doing a biopsy. I appreciate the prompt attention and good service.

    Shana Miranti is a wonderful PA. She is very pleasant and very thorough with her exams. She is fantastic at explaining things as well. The office staff is exceptional as well. We highly recommend this five for your dermatology needs.

    I called Riverchase because I needed an appointment right away. My husband had a spot that popped up last week and was suspicious. Since he had a history of melanoma I felt he needed to be seen in the next day or so. Our dermatologist wouldnt see him until the 19th of Dec. We got an appt with Riverchase the same day. Dr Hampton took a biopsy and has sent it away. Even knowing we will stay with our regular dermatologist, she was very professional, very personable and treated my husband like he was an old friend. I would highly recommend her and the practice as a whole. We would change to Riverchase if it wasnt for the distance we had to drive.

    Dr. Pennycook did an amazing job with two Moeā€™s procedures that I had recently. The office staff was super professional and helpful directing me to another location, closer to home for the stitches removal process and Marissa, Dr. Pennycookā€™s assistant was kind, professional and very informative before, during and after my proceduresā€¦.her role, in my opinion is tough, needing to prepare the patient in a timely, seamless, professional way to be one step ahead of the doctor, so he had the least amount of hiccups going between patients and getting back to me. I highly recommend this entire staff who truly work as a professional team in this tough field! Thank you everyone! Kellie Powell

    Front desk staff greeted me on arrival, Gabby was very nice and explained and also wrote directions for me. Dr. Menendez is always great, seems to be in no hurry and listens and explains.

    The office was top notch.The two doctors, assistant Cloie was very professional, made you feel at ease and gave complete details what they were going to do, then explained in detail how to take care of the incision and what to do if any changes occurred that was not normal.I been coming here and the other office near the Outlets since I moved to Florida.     Dr. Menendez is thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Appointments are pretty much on schedule and, if needed, other physicians handle various followup treatments. Everyone should have annual checkups.

    My appointment yesterday was my 5th annual skin check with Shanna and Riverchase. Typically spots/areas were identified for biopsy or nitrogen treatment. This time I was told to complete the treatment myself with Fluorouracil and Calcupotriene cream sent from a compound pharmacy at a cost of $45. If I want treatment in the office it would be $150 for a number of zaps. I feel Riverchase has reduced the service offered and passed on increased cost to me. I am not happy.

    I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the experience and professionalism of my PA, Gia, and the expertise and kindness of my surgeon, Dr Christopher Buckley. Dr. Buckley explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. He performed Mohs surgery very close to my eye. I had concerns because he had to go so close to my tear duct but he assured me I neednā€™t be concerned, and he was right. He got all the cancer on the first go round. Payton, his MA, was also very kind and good at her job. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Buckley and Riverchase Dermatology.

    I had to make the appointment months out because they were so busy. When I was finally there I understood why. The staff at the desk was welcoming, I didnt have to wait to get taken in or for the Doc to show up. She seemed knowledgeable.     Update: The derm office charged me $85 with my insurance, and then the lab that did the biopsy charged me another $85 as well šŸ¤ØšŸ§ITā€™S A GOOD THING THAT TODAY IS MY DAY OFF OF WORK. If I had to go back to work Iā€™d be screwed. I waited 39 minutes just to finally be brought back.

Most impressed since it was Friday before the 4th of July and they made sure I was comfortable and recovering from the acute episode before they dismissed me giving me emergency phone numbers to call over the weekend.     First visit, I was prescribed 2 medications. They didnt work. It took me almost 8 months to schedule a second visit. She looked at my skin and prescribed me something stronger. Its been 2 months, and the treatment is noticeably effective. Communication is key, I wish there was another way to quickly tell the Dr. that the treatment isnt working. Overall, I appreciate the help. The office is busy and well run.
