I recently moved to the area and visited Woodruff Institute for for my annual skin check-up. I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. My PA conducted a thorough exam. She was patient and reassuring. The medical assistant was especially notable. She was incredibly empathetic, warm and kind. For anyone seeking a comprehensive and professional dermatology visit I highly recommend the Woodruff Institute in Bonita Springs.

The office is comfortable and easy to get to. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Burton addressed the issue immediately and less than 24 hours later, the resistant rash is clearing up. Dr. Burton prescribed a medication I never used before. I am very pleased!

Ive been seeing Sofia Kulakowski PA, in Bonita Springs, for a number of years. She is absolutely the best and does not miss a thing!!! She has me on a six month schedule, due to previous findings. Her exams are extremely thorough and you are never rushed. Any questions or concerns are always addressed. I highly recommend Sofia for any of your dermatology needs.

I just wanted to say to all the people who write google reviews for medical offices, you should stop. There is no way for the business AKA doctors office to respond without violating HIPAA and I can guarantee that 9 times out 10 the issue is the patient not the office. Most people do not understand their insurance and what the doctors/PAs have to do based on what they tell us we CAN do. We would love to just take off all your benign growths but your insurance company said we cant. If we do they are not going to reimburse for it and liquid Nitrogen costs money. (Just an FYI) If its a doctors attitude by all means write away other than that keep it to yourself.

Take this review and run with it! A+ provider in the heart of Bonita Springs. I have seen Sofia for multiple appointments and she’s been equally as exceptional at each. She’s listened to each concern I’ve had without minimizing my feelings or brushing over them. She’s 100% reassuring with skin checks (when appropriate), while remaining educational and informative throughout. She is proactive when there are concerns. She values collaboration with fellow providers when indicated. She has caught concerning areas on me, while also having assisted with areas of concern to me. Her biopsy skills are impeccable. I could not be more satisfied with the moles she has removed from me (to the point where I have friends and others jealous). Sofia is top notch. My absolute go to. The provider I recommend to people I love. The provider I recommend to people who are seeking to be heard and well cared for. Truly, I cannot thank this woman enough! Her compassion, understanding, and love for her profession, family, and her patients radiates from her.

This is my opinion only. I made an appt as a snowbird who needed a check up after 2 years. A neighbor recommended the Woodruff Institute and I was very happy with my experience. It is a beautiful building and waiting room had chairs spaced out. Reception area organized and I was greeted in less than 10 minutes by Erin. Dr. Hernandez gave me a full body complete check up and explained what were age sun spots, one to watch, a sore that needed prescription ointment and a pre cancer freeze. I enjoyed chatting with her for a few minutes. I highly recommend this office if you have issues or just need a yearly exam. Note I went to Bonita Springs-but they have offices in North Naples, downtown Naples, and Ft Myers also.

Such a wonderful office! I had the best exam ever by Debbie Wallace! She was so thorough..she went from the top of my scalp to the tips of my toes! Which being a Florida Native I definitely needed. The Woodruff Institute is a great place to go to for any cosmetic needs that you may need. I have been very pleased with all the JuVaShape that Ive had done in the past with Martha. I have also had a pleasant experience with the P.A. Sarah! Needless to say I have no doubt that this company has really good employee working for them. One more good thing that I would like to say is the Billing Department is amazing when it comes to getting the answers that you need when getting a bill from them. They are very prompt and efficient! Thank you The Woodruff Institute for being so great!

I transferred to the Woodruff Institute to have a melanoma removed. DR. Russell did the surgery and she was awesome. After that, I started seeing Debbie Wallace for my check ups. She is amazing. She does very thorough checks and takes her time. I felt very confident with her. I have since moved out of state and have tried 5 or 6 derms and have not found anyone who will take time time to really check and be very thorough like Debbie. I wish I could keep seeing her. I would highly recommend her. Also while doing checks, she would give advice on skin care and sunscreens etc. I never had other skin issues, but she was very honest and informative and would explain everything.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. My daughter was recently seen by Sarah Schloss for a wart on her toe. My daughter was very frightened, and Sarah went above and beyond to assure my daughter that she would be okay. At the end my daughter was smiling and thanking Sarah. I would highly recommend anyone to go to The Woodruff Institute for any dermatology needs they might have.

The Woodruff Institute guarantees you an appointment within one week from the time you call. I went in for one concern and found I had a mole positive for basil cell, the most common type of skin cancer. I had the results of the biopsy in two days.The staff is wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and very considerate of your fears and comfort. In my case, they removed thin layers of tissue to test so they didnt take any more healthy cells than needed. After the procedure, I saw the plastic surgeon, who advised I could let the wound heal by itself or have it surgically covered with a skin graft today. If it heals by itself and I am not satisfied for any reason I can return and have the graft done. There was absolutely no push to have additional surgery done at this time. Thank you Dr. Russell, Dermatologist; Dr. Sonne, Plastic Surgeon; Mikey and another PA whose name I dont know who helped Dr. Sonne.
