I’m a bit picky when it comes to beauty services, but I’ve been coming here for a while now and DELMA IS THE BEST!! The service is super quick, professional and she never disappoints. I truly can’t go anywhere else anymore because of the quality of her service. Besides, inside the spa is always clean, receptionists are attentive and they offer great package deals. 10/10 recommend!!

I’m from Jersey where I’m used to some very aggressive waxing. I came down here to visit family and pick this place because it’s one of the cheaper places around here. I was a little nervous about how cheap it was, but I was wrong! I got a couple of services here. She started with my eyebrows and I was so surprised how gentle the wax was! When I told her that it didn’t hurt, she said that a lot of people from up North say the same thing. I’m now considering coming down once a month to this place just to get waxed. This place was so gentle and everyone was so nice! Please put a location up north!

Found my new Wax location. Cute lobby design. Clean environment and very well maintained. Pleasant staff. I was greeted immediately upon entering the lobby.I was impressed with Juliana’s, my technician’s, attention to detail and care. I received a Brazilian wax. In general, waxing isn’t the most pleasant of experiences. However, Juliana , made the best of the situation. Even during the most awkward of positions, she made certain I was comfortable every step of the way. She monitored my responses and wanted to make the process as painless as possible. I think the waxing hurt her more than it did me. Ha! Juliana was knowledgeable and very thorough. She even pulled out her tweezers a few times to remove any strays.I’ve booked my next appointment and will be using their services going forward.

I’m a guy and new to wax hair removal. I have been to 3 different commercial locations and all have been good but a new huge fan of Claudia. I was in a hurry and had a friend who said she was an expert do about ½ a Brazilian and needed someone to “finish” the job the right way. I signed up for my nose, nipples, and Brazilian(full). Luckily I found Delma at Claudias. I explained the attempted wax I had and apologized profusely as I know that is more difficult to fix than a fresh wax. She not only fixed the attempt of my friend but went way past a great Brazilian. Literally the smoothest my skin has ever been down there! Girls who don’t get the dynamics: Guys have a lot of floppy surfaces in that area and much more difficult than tight stretched skin on other body areas. She went after every straggler with tweezers and just couldn’t believe how complete and the attention to detail she gave. Delma made me feel very comfortable even in very awkward positions and just couldn’t have been any sweeter. Being new to wax removal still a little anxious getting naked with strangers in brightly lit rooms and Claudia’s is all pink and more geared toward girls. Every last stray hair was waxed or pulled out of my nose. Best of any service I have ever had.Claudia’s is really good, clean, professional with an easy booking system. Delma is just off the charts excellent! Not a good location for me however ever time I can I will be a returning customer.Update: I have now been seen by Delma, Maria, and Wania. Now is the hard part. I cant decide who is better! All three did such a great job. All professional and very very complete.
