Ive been a client at this location for a while now, and after some not-so-great experiences, I was feeling hesitant. However, everything changed when I started booking with Natalie. She is truly exceptional at what she does. Im so pleased with the service I’ve received from her and will definitely continue to book with her in the future.I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Kathy. When I shared my concerns, she reached out personally and assured me that Natalie would be the perfect fit for me—and she was absolutely right. Kathy went above and beyond by offering me a free wax session and even stayed late on a Saturday to meet with me afterward to ensure everything was done to my standards. This level of care and attention to detail really made a difference in my experience.Thank you, Natalie and Kathy, for turning things around and making me feel valued as a client. I have been getting waxed at European Wax center for about a year now and to be honest I’ve always had pleasant experiences. I’d say that the all specialist are pretty reputable. I recently went and had a woman named Ashely do my brazilian wax and she really paid attention to detail. Very happy with the outcome! Warm and inviting place literally all the women who work there are very sweet!

Its a convenient location. On congress in Boynton Beach. Parking gets crowded only around lunchtime. Staff is warm + friendly (not like some other EWCs) Front desk helpful + not pushy. Waxist Jennifer is awesome there. Quick, thorough + professional. Definitely will go back to that location.

Ive been going to the location in Boynton Beach on Congress for the past few months and getting a bikini wax. Each associate Ive worked with has been great, but I think I found my favorite, Meisha. She was so easy and fun to talk to and did a great job with the waxing. Its a very personal thing to have done and I really want someone who can set me at ease. And also make it hurt as little as possible. I would still book with anyone there, but Meisha is who Ive rebooked with and will continue to book with as long as shes available when I need the appointment. I even bought the Wax Pass, which has 12 waxes, I like this place so much!

Abby was my first wax specialist, and she was absolutely great, but on my most recent visit, she had an emergency and was unavailable the day of my appointment. I was able to get in with Jennifer instead and she was wonderful also! Funny and friendly, and finished quickly but was very thorough with cleanup and everything. From the ladies at the front desk to the specialists themselves, 5-star service all around!!

My new favorite wax specialist is Abdyne (she likes to be addressed as Abby)!! She is the absolute best. I’ve had other waxes in the past but she is by far the best at the job. From now on, she will be the only person to do my waxes. She’s super friendly, has a contagious personality, very caring and you can definitely tell that she loves what she does. BrieAnne made my first time experience more comfortable than I expected. Walking in terrified not knowing what to truly expect to being completely calmed down and reassured by Brie. She explained the process throughly and told me it was going to hurt in certain places and easier in other places (which granted I knew this was gonna hurt) but she made it a little less painful somehow. She took into consideration my requests and pain tolerance in some areas. We had genuine great conversations, answered all my questions with pure honesty. A beautiful person inside and out and I definitely will return to her!

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for years. I love them! They always use the same product no matter what state you’re in. For some one that changes the state she lives in as much as she changes her socks, that makes for a very convenient and reliable experience. But until I met Natalie I was never fully satisfied with my experience. Natalie is a professional and a bit of a perfectionist. Which makes her the most trustworthy of Waxers. I use to have to check the work to make sure all hair was lifted but never with Natalie.
