I am currently 2 and a half weeks post op with LA plastic surgery and I cannot praise them enough. From the moment I had my consultation I knew this was the place I wanted to entrust make over to. At my consult Brianna was amazing explaining everything and listening to what I wanted and helped ease me to feel more comfortable and without judgement. When I met dr Lacerna I knew I found my surgeon immediately. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable in her field and everything I wanted she guided me for the best possible results. Their post op care has been fantastic. They made sure I had my meds ahead of surgery, Dianna was clear and helpful in explaining my recovery process and Michelle and Lexi have been two of the nicest girls I have had the pleasure of meeting. I look forward to my follow ups for the hype ups and the chats alone. Maya has been my masseuse afterwards also in helping with lymphatic drainage and this woman has magic hands aswell as the sweetest soul to boot. Again I feel listened to when I come see her and I leave relaxed and hopefully a little less swollen lol. The fromt desk (lord forgive me for forgetting her name I’m sorry) is yet again on trend with the rest of the staff. She is friendly and super helpful no matter how much of a pain I am trying to work around life for my appointments. Last week, I underwent a total rejuvenation from head to knees and I LOVE my results!! I look better at 50 than at 25!! And I was back in my clinic on day 5 !!!! I have minimal swelling and bruising thanks to her treatments and procedures! I wished I had done this sooner!

I am very impressed with this practice. From the 1st phone call when Brianna scheduled my consultation, to the reminder texts, to the waiting room and wait time (virtually none). The exam room is beautiful and inviting. ( the one i was in did not have an exam table, just a nice leather couch with sequin pillows and a beautiful mirror )The nurse Michelle answered all my questions and was very informative. Then Dr Lacerna came in, listened to me and explained the procedure in great detail, and I felt very comfortable with all of these great ladies. I have found in general, women owned businesses are run much better!!. They working hard to get my Xplant procedure scheduled, and I appreciate the dedication and hard work of all involved. The place Brianna referred me to get pre-op tests also seems awesome. The prices also are not outragious as the surgery center is on-site. Lookin forward to getting the pam andersons out of me and will update the review after I am recovered. P.S. went to another consultation with a guy I would not let touch me with a 10 foot pole!! UPDATE: Explant is complete with better results than expected. shout out to Diana who is very patient with a scardy cat trying to decide what kind of anethesia (went with twilight sleep- was great). Also Ashley, flexable re-schedualing let me sneak in a last minute cruise. And of course the double board certified Dr, Lacerna, who absolutly nailed it. Go with this practice- you will not regret it!!!! Thanks again Dr. Lacerna, I am sooo loving my new shape. I will be back, maybe for jowls

As a 68 year old woman I have never had fillers or anything done before. I disliked the lines above my lips and around my mouth. Went to 4 other plastic surgery office for consults. I was thinking of CO2 lasers but worry about changing skin color and the monkey look I have seen many times. Dr/ Lacerna was honest and explained that she considers laser to be old technology. She suggest renuvian resurfacing which uses radio frequency to split helium into cool plasma beams. She showed me before and after pictures - which I am always wary about because the lighting is different and the patients facial expressions, and often they have makeup on after. While still researching, I called the office to ask more questions. Brianna - the Manager - suggested I talk to a patient who recently had the Renuvion procedure. I talked to her on facetime and her skin was amazing. She was in her mid 70s and her skin looked like she was in her 40s. I was convinced and have put down my deposit. Also, unlike CO2 laser, I did not need to get blood work and EKG etc., as they only use light anesthesia, which is quite sufficient.I will write another review once I have had the procedure.OK I am continuing my review now that I have had the Renuvion procedure. I was worried it would hurt. The only discomfort was the needles for the numbing injections - felt no pain with procedure. There is a lot of swelling, but already significantly reduced 3 days later. No lines at all, but of course I am still puffy. Was told next week I will see a huge diffence, and can see friends for Thanksgiving. I will keep you posted over the next week.

LA Plastic Surgery & Derm is my go to place for all of my spa needs! I always have the most amazing experience at this spa thanks to Piaa and Elsa! Piaa is by far the best esthetician I have ever seen. My skin is always glowing when I leave, not to mention how knowledgeable she is in skin health and skin care products. When I started going to Piaa I had breakouts regularly but after a few facials I cleared up and my skin has never looked better. I also cannot express how grateful I am for Elsa. My husband and I both see her for massages and she is absolutely wonderful. She has incredible technique that makes the pain melt away and the results are truly therapeutic. If I could give this spa 10 stars I would!

Your probably nervous doing your research on where to go and who of who when it comes to your surgeon. Let me help you with easing your mind some. I am truly the biggest critic. I judge to the extreme. I will look at the baseboards of each and every room and tell you flat out “Ah maybe you should get a toothbrush and scrub those before you talk to me”! Which means Im obviously very observant and will tell you the honest truth. That being said let’s talk about LA Plastic surgery. First and foremost all of our first impressions start at the phone call in to an establishment. For LA Plastic surgery…you call And are greeted by Ashley she is very professional and sweet. She guides you to Brianna. Lord help me with that one! Ha I joke…I truly can’t say enough good things about her. For me she was the one that made me say “yup I made the right choice” she is not only professional, welcoming, kind, patient and everything you want when inquiring about something from small to big when it comes to so life changing… but she’s that extra boost of confidence needed when making a choice for your future within yourself. For me the receptionist and Brianna are the face of this place. If your first impression isn’t great… patients wouldn’t care to take the next step and book a consult to meet the fabulous artist herself Dr. lacerna! So I genuinely need it to be known that Brianna is far beyond an asset to this establishment. Now to Dr.Lacerna herself. From The moment you start your consult she exudes warmth, knowledge, understanding and passion for what you want! I was one that had two consults with her and felt both times she was the ONE! Fast forward to surgery…I seriously have Zero…ZERO bad things to say. I had many procedures done. Face lipo, chin lipo, Body lipo and BBl. Basically a whole new me! From start to finish to recovery zero complaints. Dr. Lacerna took my body and used it to sculpt what I envisioned for myself yet used her skill and talent to turn it into a true work of art! You only stick with whom you trust. Dr. Lacerna did my breast augmentation back in 2013. I got the exact results I expected with no complications. Now, in her brand new facility, I went to her for a MACS lift and a neck lift. This is a procedure involving my face and I wouldnt trust my face to anyone else. She didnt make me look like someone else. I didnt look fake, stretched, or plastic. She made me look like ME, only younger. Anytime you choose a plastic surgeon, horror stories youve heard on TV pop into your head. If thats what stopping you, you will be in good hands with Dr. Lacerna. Her new facility is a beautiful, new building with that posh spa feel. My procedure went according to textbook, I had zero complications. Her staff was there for me every step of the way and even communicated with me by text and answered every one of my questions. Once again, I got the results I hoped for with absolutely no complications. I love what Dr. Lacerna does. Being a woman herself, she gets you. I will always trust Dr. Lacerna.UPDATE: Since I posted this review I’ve gone back to Dr. Lacerna for a MACS lift (2019), a chin lift (2019), an upper lid belpharoplasty (2022), a brow lift (2023), and vaginal rejuvenation (2023). I had a very good experience. LA Plastic Surgery is the best esthetic place in Bradenton. Doctor Lacerna is amazing. I think she is the best surgeon in town and her team was very kind professional. You can trust them totally. Renuvion is an amazing face resurfacing technic to remove acnea scars. Since I did it, I have no more acnea and a baby skin. I look younger. I did it because someone told me once I was looking 44 years old and I was 35.

If I could give Dr. Lacerna 1000 stars, I would. Not only is she truly a gifited plastic surgeon that continues keeping me look my best, Dr. Lacerna gave me my life back meaning my taste. I had a tonsillectomy Jan. 2022 afterwards I was not able to taste sweet or savory. I was devastated especially since I love sweets. This put me into a deep depression. Possible cause was nerve damage, which is rare. At a routine Botox maintenance visit I mentioned this to Dr. L. in tears. Thats when she introduced me to Exosomes. She clearly explained what Exosomes are & how they work. I was ready to try anything. First, I did IV Exosome therapy after a few wks I was able to taste some sweet intermittently which was absolutely amazing. Next Dr. L wanted to try a sublingual spray. I started the Exosome spray Aug. 17th2023 By the 24th I was able to taste coke & lemon drops!! As of today 10/10/23 Im able to taste about 80% of sweet & savory again!! This is life changing for me. I never thought I would get to eat pie or ice cream & enjoy it!! Now I only have tears of joy. Just a few sprays under my tongue, thats it. This is a happy beautiful girl.
