I had an appointment with Hillary for tattoo removal- everything from start to finish was spectacular. I was really nervous to get the laser done but upon speaking with Hillary I felt much more at ease with how the process would go. The best way I can describe the feeling of the laser is that it feels like an outline needle…and after a pass through- some heat to the skin. I also have tattoos that she had to work around and she did a PHENOMENAL job leaving in tact what I asked to be kept- I mean like it’s SPOT on. She kept checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. And also took measures to make sure if I needed any aftercare help that I would be able to reach her directly with any questions I may have. Hillary is amazing! Very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, and was friendly! Looking forward to my future appointments with her and seeing the progress of things!

Second time there and just as great as the first. Lena is very knowledgeable in products and adjusted the facial that my skin needed that were different from the month prior. The environment is clean, friendly and offers plenty of maintence services for healthy skin care. They also have very generous give back options and sales.

Holly is great. Always a pleasant experience. The Pico skin treatment isn’t exactly fun, but it gets the results and she knows what she is doing through training and certification to operate the equipment. I enjoyed going to see her. If I wasn’t complete I’d be looking forward to the next session.

I called to book a consultation for tattoo removal and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Super convenient that they are open on weekends and with favorable hours! I’ve been doing my research for some time and ultimately decided with this spa due to them having the best laser for my tattoo removal itself. Hillary walked me through the process, what to expect before and after my sessions and answered any questions that I had. She was even able to begin my tattoo removal process that day when all I expected was the consultation!They have other services that I also browsed and will be back to try in the future.Thank you again, Hillary!

What a delightful and refreshing experience!She welcomed me with a huge smile when I walked in today.Small spa but offers many services ~She was informative but not too talky during the most relaxing visit to a spa Ive had in a very long time. I never fall asleep during these treatments (but I believe I was puffing just falling off to sleep I think)She was so professional and both treatments were awesome. TY Shelby, my face is still glowing. I had not purchased Eminence Organic Skin Care products in a very long time. I love their line of skincare and bought something today. They were not pushy about additional purchases and gave me a few samples to take home to try.She used the Eminence Turmeric Energizing Treatment on my face today., Really nice.I will be back, Thank you Shelby and the lovely woman at the desk when I checked out. I recently visited Organic Skin & Body and had a fantastic hydrafacial experience. From the moment I arrived, Shelby made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.The treatment itself was great. Shelby’s expertise and gentle touch made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. My skin felt rejuvenated, deeply cleansed, and remarkably smoother immediately afterward. I was also impressed by the personalized attention and care Shelby provided, tailoring the treatment to suit my specific skin concerns. I asked her to recommend some products and the facial oil she recommended has truly made my skin look and feel younger (I’m in my 40’s). My husband even noticed without me saying anything :).Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Shelby for anyone considering a hydrafacial.Side note: There aren’t lockers, sauna, etc. You’ll wait in the reception area until you go back to the room you’re receiving the treatment in.

I learned about Organic Skin & Body Med Spa for tattoo removal, based on the recommendation of a friend, and I decided to try it out. I am so glad that I did because I could not have asked for a better experience. Going into the appointment I was extremely nervous, but I was greeted with a serene waiting area, friendly staff, and complimentary snacks. The session itself was done by Paris and she was the absolute sweetest. She walked me through the whole process with full transparency, offered me various pricing options, and kept me calm the entire time. The laser removal was much better than I expected, and was done before I knew it. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I was given a gift card for a facial for my birthday, and what a fantastic gift! From the point of walking through the door to getting up from your facial, you will totally enjoy the experience. So relaxing and rejuvenating!On top of excellent service, their product line, Eminence Organic Skin Care, is absolutely par none! I have extremely sensitive skin and am allergic to everything. I now use Eminence twice a day (face and body) and what a change in my skin! It not only works, but smells delicious, as well!I highly recommend giving Organic Skin & Body a try. Im not new to facials and this one was fabulous. I literally dosed off and felt I was an extremely capable hands. My facial felt luxurious and relaxing, just what I needed. Luisa was very thorough and she explained each product that she applied to my face. (I extracted at least 10) I felt like there could have been more time spent on extractions. Especially when you pay dear $$ for that particular service. Also I love that they use organic products as I have been using Eminence products for a few years now and love it. I will give it a second chance as I booked another facial.

The best thing is everything is clean and organic!I can’t say enough good about my experience! I’m even contemplating gift cards for family and friends!

I’ve been seeing Luiza for a while. She’s is very professional and sweet. I love the facials. The last thing she did was the body wrap. She applied this Product that had a wonderful scent on my body and I saw immediate results. I felt a little uncomfortable to be in the same position for 30 minutes, but the rest was vey relaxing, unlike another place I went that made me feel claustrophobic. She Even took extra time to show me a few makeup protects that I requested.

I did microdermabrasion with Payton and had a great experience. She was thorough during the process and very welcoming and pleasant. She walked me through each step before and as she was performing it to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I took off one star because I have a darker skin tone (dark skinned black woman) and the sunscreen provided resulted in a white cast on my face so it was hard to see the glowy results afterwards. Im going to continue the microderm facials but bring my own sunscreen for afterwards.

Rylee is very good at what she does in her field as a laser tech. I had 15/40 done on my surgical scars with great success and now I’ve started a new package with IPL for my face.
