    OBSESSED!!! Melinda did amazing❤️ after years of black box dye i wasn’t getting my hopes up too much, BUT SHE DID AMAZING.She took extra time to color correct my hair, and was sure to focus on keeping it healthy during the process which I am so appreciative of. Definitely found my new salon❤️

    Dawn is amazing! This is my second time having her do my hair. The first time was a color and it was the best color I had in my life. She really listened and got my hair to a gold tone vs ashy. Today she cut it and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be back

    I had my hair done with Lexi today, and it was the first time I had a professional cut and color in over 3 years. She did such a great job and I love my new hair! I live in Los Angeles, but I’ll likely plan to get my hair done only when I’m visiting family in Lakewood Ranch, just because Lexi did so amazing.

    Great massage and lovely atmosphere.Did have a short period of time with loud talking and door slamming outside the room.Massage is all about quiet, warm, low light relaxing for me so maybe I’m more sensitive than I should be.Andrea always gives a great massage so I’ll be back.

    My first hydro facial at this location was, without a doubt, the best facial I’ve ever had. Alissa was incredibly thorough, taking her time to ensure every step was perfect and addressing all my skincare concerns with expertise. My skin felt amazingly refreshed and glowing afterward. The check-in and check-out staff were also exceptionally sweet, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The facility was clean and welcoming, adding to the overall excellence of the visit. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

    One of my amazing clients gifted me a 90-minite massage with Roxanne. It was heavenly! She was very intuitive on where I needed extra work. She did a Swedish massage. It really was wonderful and I cant wait to return. When checking out I learned about their membership program.There are different levels to join, but basically they charge your card monthly and then you can use that credit dollar for dollar in the spa. Not only that, but when you are a member you get Up To a 45% discount on most services. So I figured, I might as well just come to one place for all the things, get a discount, and enjoy the added benefits of a day spa whenever I go to have a service done.I’m so grateful I found Sirius. From the friendly girls at the front desk to the quiet zen waiting room, to all the talented staff- I’m thrilled.

    The front desk is very accommodating, customer service oriented and always greeted with a smile. Brian (hairdresser) and Merari ( nail tech) are the very best! Merari has an excellent knowledge of manicures and pedicures. She is a gem!Brian is friendly, customer oriented and listens to you and your needs. Two invaluable assets to Sirius Day Doa!!

    Just had my bachelorette there today and the front desk was so accommodating from booking 7 dual services a few months out to seeing that we all received the most first class service! Prosecco and all!!! Our facials and massages left us all so relaxed and blissful we almost needed a nap before the rest of Bach night!

    Excellent massage and therapist. Massage chairs in the waiting lounge are wonderful! Only suggestion would be to close the glass door for better relaxation, because you can hear people in the hair salon.

    I love this place! One stop shop for all your beauty skin and hair needs. I signed up for a monthly membership after my 1st visit. Everyone is very friendly. I have had facials and lazer hair removal with Barbara. She is so knowledgeable. She is also so kind and compassionate. I would recommend this spa for any of your needs!

    Had a massage with Irina, she was fantastic! She kept asking me if I was comfortable and if the pressure was what I wanted. I highly recommend Irina and the business due to the providers actually making a difference for the clients.I do, however, have a problem with the female owner of the spa as being very unprofessional. It was brought to my attention as I was there that the female owner made some slighted comments about me and I left feeling very uncomfortable and will not return if she is present in any way.

    I had an amazing experience at Sirius day spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair. My stylist (Melinda) was skilled and knowledgeable, giving me great advice on what would suit me best. I came in with one idea and left with something much different and I am so thankful for it. My hair was very long and thick and she was very thorough.The salon itself was clean and stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling absolutely thrilled with my new hair and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

    If you are pregnant and wanting to get a prenatal massage, you MUST see Andrea. She is absolutely amazing. Her technique is the perfect combination of relaxing while applying the right amount of pressure to help relieve pain from pregnancy. I have gotten many massages while being pregnant and she is by far the best. I highly recommend her!

It is a good program and makes my monthly Swedish massage very affordable.The waiting room has complimentary water and teas and a half-dozen high-end massage chairs to use while you wait. Members can also drop in anytime and use the chairs even if you dont have an appointment for a service.Wonderful place!

    I decided at the last minute to see if I could get a blow out for an event that night. I know…last minute! I never do this! Wherever I went, I could just feel the disdain, as though asking was offending them. When I found Sirius, I booked online (so easy) an hour before my appointment. I arrived early, was treated to a chair massage and refreshment. I felt celebrated! The front desk receptionist was kind, understanding, and welcoming. My hair stylist was delightful! I laughed, and was so thrilled with the results. She heard what I needed and her skills were way beyond what I thought that I could expect. This was true five star treatment (and I know…I lived in Dubai). I am looking forward to using the spa for more treatments and Maria is absolutely fabulous and a world class stylist!

    I’ve been on the fence for lip filler for ever and Alison is who I finally trusted to do them and she was phenomenal! I came into the salon and was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, checked in and sent to the client lounge to relax in their super comfy massage chairs. After a short wait, Alison came and got us (I brought my husband for emotional support LOL). Alison is incredible at explaining the process and making sure you’re comfortable. I was amazed at the whole process, she truly has an eye for symmetry and beautiful natural looking lips! I’m so pleased and won’t trust anyone else to perform any services on my face but her!

    Had a deep tissue massage by Brian! Very thorough. Took his time working every knot out. Probably the best one Ive had. I have also had lip filler and Botox with Alison. Talk about perfection. This woman was more thorough than anyone Ive ever gone to. I had no lumps in the lips. I followed all her protocol which mind you half was never told to me before by where I used to go in NY. She is amazing and I still look like myself which was the goal. I love her knowledge and the way shes always advancing it non stop. Medical info increases by the min and this girl stays on it. Super important when having things injected into you. I will never go to anyone else.

    This was my second visit to Sirius day spa. The first massage I had here was not very good but I decided to give it a second chance and so happy I did. My massage therapist Shelly was absolutely amazing! Hands down best massage I have ever had! Can not say enough good things about how satisfying my massage was. Loved sitting in the relaxing massage chairs beforehand as well.

    I love Sirius Day Spa. Tommy is my favorite massage therapist, Kimberly is my favorite nail tech and Alison is my favorite esthitician. The services are top notch and their relaxation room with the massage chairs is the perfect place to wait for my treatments or to unwind afterwards. Id highly recommend the Lakewood Ranch or University Park location.

    Alison is the absolute best. I had a terrible experience in Virginia with lip filler that I wrote off ever having it done again.     Ive been a member for about a month now. I had an amazing massage and body wrap. But the real treat is the Serenity Lounge with massage chairs and guided meditation which members can use whenever. Beknf able to grab a coffee and sit in there and release for 15 minutes a few times a week is a genuine pleasure. And the staff is so kind! Mary Beth in particular is great, but everyone is so helpful and friendly. Wish I could give ten stars!

    A friend got me a massage at Sirius (Feb 2020) while I was in town to visit. I was booked with a very kind gentleman (?) Brian (?) and he gave me the absolute most therapeutic massage I’ve ever experienced. He said he also works for a chiropractor, and has other specialized training as well. All I know is that I have had a pinched nerve in my neck /shoulder for years due to work related repetitive motion and he did something which released it and it lasted for four days! If I were local, I’d be back weekly. Thanks and I hope during my next visit to FL I get the chance to make an appt for a massage again (hopefully also with the same masseuse!).

    I just had keratin treatment done on my hair at your LWR location. It was a new stylist and she was phenomenal. She made sure not to rush through the procedure so it came out looking wonderful. I previously have had a facial done, as well. Your esthetician did a great job studying my skin and helping determine what type of treatment I would need. Serenity lounge and wine. Glad I became a member!

    I highly recommend Sirius Day Spa in Lakewood Ranch. I spoke with Andres, the manager and told him what I was looking for. He booked me with the right person . Mikel did an incredible job. I had a 1 hour long deep tissue massage. I will definitely be back. The spa is very clean and modern.

    Sirius Day Spa has gone above and beyond after having a bad experience at this location. I was not going to say anything and decided to pay and still tip my service provider, even after it not being what was expected. However, I did leave a review stating what happened and was personally called by the spa owner and another service provider. The customer service and thoughtful calls I have gotten are unheard of for most businesses. I am so happy to say I can not wait to return and will continue to support this business.

    I want to address the malicious competitor reviews that were left by Bhavesh Patel, Devin Thakkar, Jimmy Hawk. They left 1 star ratings, yet never visited the location .I am the previous owner of Essentials Massage and Facials of South Sarasota . I sold my business July 2018 to Bhavesh ( KK) Patel and Devin Thakkar. Jimmy Hawk is a relative of one of the owners.Several of my staff that worked for me over 5 years went to work for Sirius Day Spa and are excellent Therapists. They worked for several months during the transition and gave notices.As a fellow franchisee , the two gentleman that are referenced above did everything to make it impossible for me to run my business. They write their own reviews as well as the manager Hilda of their spa.. so it didnt surprise me that they are trying to sabotage their new competitors.Their business practices such as writing bogus reviews is totally unprofessional . We have contacted Sirius Day Spa to have these reviews removed.I have heard nothing but good things about this business and I support my staff for seeking employment with a professional company. I highly recommend them.
