I had a wonderful experience on my visit starting with the gracious girls at reception. They were so kind. Then the DR and his assistant were outstanding, knowledgeable and informative. Check out girl was also great. What a delightful experience. I even got a follow-up call when they found out my Rx could not be filled. What a place!!!😘

Went to Arsenault for my annual exam. As always, Doctor and staff were friendly and efficient. Checkup went quickly but did not feel rushed. Took the time to answer questions and explain the process for a minor procedure I’ll be undergoing later this year. Good experience as usual.

Best Dermatology offices in the Manatee/Sarasota county area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, quick to answer any questions. I like that they call or text with results of biopsies, unlike other dermatologist I have been to who tell you to call.Nick is great, very personable, takes the time to explain things and treatment options to you. Very thorough exams.Have tried a couple of other dermatologists over the past year and opted for more expensive insurance that would cover Aresnault Dermatology. The others were a quick glance and seemed put out to answer questions, not to mention having to call multiple times to get results of biopsies. Having grown up in Florida and spent most of my days in the sun with and without sunscreen and the dreaded baby oil days, its important to have a good Dermatologist.

Had to change providers because of an insurance change. Follow up and continual care is vital as I am a melanoma survivor since 1991. Meeting Kaitlyn [PA] and Lyndsay [RN] today was wonderful. This office gets a 5 star rating. Although it took several months to get my first (new patient) appointment with Dr. Arsenault, I must say it was well worth the wait. My appointment was scheduled at 10am. I arrived 15 minutes early, but the provider showed up at 10:50. The session lasted only 5 minutes so I didnt have time to ask all of my questions. The provider left to get samples and never came back. She didnt say goodbye so I thought she is coming back. This is the first time I have had this kind of experience in this office. I am disappointed.Update-I received a call from the provider the next day and resolved all my issues. I still go to this practice.

I went for my annual skincare check up with Dr Arsenault today. As usual was greeted at desk by a very warm welcoming front desk attendant.I was seen on time and my MA was Angela she was kind friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Arsenault came in soon after, always kind and cheerful and very patient with questions. Never makes you feel rushed and explains what is going on with your body. I had a small procedure performed, Angela got me prepped, she was gentle and I did not feel any pain or discomfort, she knows her job well. After the procedure was completed Angela stayed afterwards to answer any questions. She is very compassionate and I hope she stays in medical field a long time. We need more providers like her. I’ve been trying to find somewhere to remove my cherry angioma for over 6 months and every office I’ve called has made it so difficult, expensive, or refused me as a patient. Dr Olivia Wrobel was able to treat me at a very affordable price, without any pain, and I was in and out in 15 minutes! My nurse today was Lindsay, and she was very helpful. I use the new Bradenton office. The facility is excellent and the staff is very accommodating. They are very tech-savvy: I received a text confirmation a week before my appointment, and another reminder an hour before. (One caveat-the parking layout is a one way drive but be alert for people coming in the wrong way.) All in all, Arsenault is the premier dermatology office in the area.

Had an appointment this past Wednesday 5/22/19 and was very pleased. Friendly staff and clean office. Only had to sit in waiting room long enough to complete my patient update paperwork. Sat in exam room less than 5 minutes before Melissa came in. Melissa was very informative of the 4 areas of concern I had. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dermatologist.
