This is the best massage envy I have been to. Ive been a member of the one in Dothan Alabama for many years and they dont really cater to their clients but in Bradenton, they are the cream of the crop. Geri is the manager and went out of her way to help me. She walked me through using my credits because I was living in a place for 7 years that didnt have a massage envy so they just built up. Dothan office never tried to help me with any of that. Anna gave me the best massage I have ever had. She massages with purpose. Her touch is very methodical and rhythmic, not like some therapist that act like they playing a piano on your back. She was professional and treated my massage as it should be, a time of comfort and peace. I would highly recommend her. I will definitely go back because of these 2 people. Thank you Geri and Anna!

Given his medical background, he has a far deeper knowledge of the body and it shows!In several instances, I told him where I had issues, and each time he went directly to the spot that needed work. I hear all too often people are surprised to hear you can get a facial, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, etc., so I want others to know how much better my facial routine and acne has improved since under Rosie’s care. I so enjoy a quick little shoulder/arm/hand rub while she cleanses my face while providing her expertise advice on how to combat my acne/skin issues. I enjoy the relaxation of facial self care on a heated table and can leave massage envy just as relaxed as if had gotten a massage from Rosie! I’m just saying if you want to switch up your membership perks, dip into their aesthetician services and reach a whole new level of care/self love!! Or do both and get a back to back massage/facial combo with Rosie because she’s dual trained and who doesn’t need that ME time?!

Lately I’ve been rethinking my membership at Massage Envy because the therapists I keep booking have not been what I’ve been looking for. The massages have been very fluffy and almost as though I’ve been getting a lotion application. This all changed with Rina. I asked for firm and she delivered. I have been traveling the past 5 years and had closed out my Massage Envy membership. Lately I’ve been in a lot of neck and lower back pain. I’ve been doing every kind of stretch, exercise, seen doctors, and taken TONS of pain killers to give me some kind of relief which has been temporary at best. I KNEW I needed to get a massage in the worst way. Now that I’m no longer full-time traveling, I went back to Massage Envy yesterday. James was AMAZING. Today I feel like a new person and for the first time in a LONG time, I can turn my head, raise my arms, and bend with no pain. I have purchased another ME membership and plan to continue my massages with James. For me, massages aren’t a luxury; they are a necessity in remaining healthy and fully embracing life. Out of 1-5 I would give Trina 6. It was my first time at massage envy. Trina was very professional but also personable. I know she was also very busy, but did not make me feel rushed. I will be back Trina :)

I have severe sensory integration disorder and am very sensitive to touch, so I have always been hesitant to get a massage done. However I have been a CNA for 7 yrs and its taken a toll on my muscles. I did my massage with Charlotte (medium pressure) and she was exceptional. She led me through the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend her for anyone, but especially for anyone that is hesitant to get one done.

I scheduled a 90 minute massage on my vacation to Fl. My therapists name was Rina and she was excellent! I read some reviews before I scheduled my massage and one read “ they Didn’t call me back to the room until after my appointment time and I didn’t get my full 90 minutes of massage “.I arrived 15 minutes early but still waited in waiting room a little after my appointment time so I asked if I was getting my full 90 minutes and she said “ 80 minutes bc of consultation”.. I wasn’t happy about that , they should not advertise 90 minutes if they don’t honor it. I paid for 90 minutes.I gave 4 stars bc Rina my therapist was VERY good a super sweet.

He is able to figure out problem situations and is very comunicative in his process to make you feel comfortable.
