    I absolutely LOVE the Bayshore Gardens Fantastic Sams location and its all because of Maggie. Maggie is the only stylist I trust with my hair now, she is talented, kind and a master of her craft. I started seeing her back in May to start reviving my hair and she is so wonderful. After 2 Ola Plex treatments, trims, help with caring for my curls with product selections (she even takes the time to answer questions and took the time to show me how to use a diffuser) and recently a full head of color I couldnt be happier. My hair is growing again when before it took my hair forever to grow and I was thinning badly and now my hair is healthy and beautiful. My most recent appointment was for coloring and she was able to take my very dark black hair to a beautiful warm reddish brown without using bleach which was amazing. Attaching photos to show the color. Dont mind the mild frizz I wanted to show the awesome color Maggie achieved on my hair with no products in my hair.

    Im really impressed with Barbaras ability to cut curly hair as well as he color techniques. I can be difficult at times especially when it comes to my hair. I have a lot of it..as you will see I went for a hair cut the other day and I was so impressed with her I went back today to have her put bonde and red highlights and low lights in it...I will share another photo when its dry but for now heres a few from the other day and some from today yes I think Im funny ... happy Barbara is patient with this much hair.after two trims beautiful color and alot of hours of her patience..update.. not as happy today its been a few days and Im trying but there is nothing to style this time it was cut shorter than I asked for and Im not thrilled about it...

    I went here to get my hair cut with hesitation because every place I go to doesn’t give me what I want. I booked with Stephanie and she knocked it out of the park! She was excited, we took before and after pictures . More importantly she didn’t make me second guess the haircut that I’ve been wanting for years, but haven’t been able to get done due to hair stylists being uncomfortable with cutting that much hair off of my head. I’m super happy with the outcome. Thank you so much Steph! I have my confidence back and and awesome hair style because of you! I love it!

    I came in yesterday for the dynamic package and I only sorta knew what I want. I talked to my stylist Stephanie about my ideas of what I wanted. She got my natural hair color spot on because my roots were over grown and I wanted my natural hair color back. She suggested a color for my highlights. The color came out amazing. I told her my ideas for a hair cut and she made it come to life. I am so grateful for her. She made it the best experience ever!

    This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly, and Maggie F. even took me earlier than my appointment time. She listened to exactly what I said, and even made it better! I’m the type that doesn’t really know what I’m doing with my hair I just know it needs to be cut. She did better than my expectations. The haircut is so cute. I love it and I highly recommend her if you’re going here to get your haircut!

    A few months back I was looking for a new hairdresser as my previous hairdresser retired. So Fantastic Sams is so close I figured I would give them a try. The first cut I had was with Stephanie, and she did a very nice cut on my hair and at the time I really had no idea what kind of haircut I wanted to be honest. So, when I called back to make an appointment Stephanie let me know she was not available, and I let her know I really needed to get my hair cut so she said Stacie would be available to cut my hair the following week. The appointment we scheduled was before work, so the time was perfect. So, I came for my appointment and Stacie, and I got talking and I explained to her my dilemma. I showed Stacie past photos of my haircuts, and she was able to do a cut very similar to what I have had in the past. And before I left, I also made an appointment the next few weeks to have hair color done.I went in today for my hair color, and the color we picked turned out perfect, it hides the gray hair and gives me a softer look; to be honest it is so close to my natural hair color when I was younger it’s scary. I love both my haircut and color so much!I asked Stacie not to retire anytime soon, I am very happy with all the services I have received at Fantastic Sams. I recommend everyone should give Fantastic Sams a try. :)

    Stopped in at last minute and got hair cuts for myself and my daughter. I was pleased with my cut, as usual, but we were not pleased with my daughters end results.The owner of the company not only reached out to me immediately to get full details of the situation, but she continued to reach out and offer suggestions to resolve it. She coached her team, added a few procedures in her operations to assist the customer in obtaining their best results and refunded me for the bad experience.I have been a regular customer of Fantastic Sams and will continue to do so.     5 stars for my Angel from heaven, Mrs. MAGGIE! She fixed an issue that caused me an emotional distress from another person who took advantage of my hair.(whom I will not discuss). I’m a Hispanic woman who Maggie has helped for years! She is a MVP, is always gentle and cares about her clients!     Maggie is amazing! I recently relocated to the Sarasota area from CLE, OH. I have short hair and have been having a challenge finding a stylist that understands how I like my cut (razor cut) and color. Being Maggie is from the CLE area and trained in OH she understood me.     I had a color correction today with Jade. I was at the salon for more than 3 hours. Jade is absolutely the best, my hair is thick/curly and it takes time to work with it. She was so nice, patient and answered all my questions. I went from reddish brown ( box dye) to a beautiful reddish auburn what i absolutely love. My hair is not damaged at all. Also got some layers and a blow out. If you need someone who knows color and have a passion for hair, definitely ask for Jade!

    Sharon is truly a color pro! I recently went to her. Every time I go she exceeds my expectations! To start off I came in with absolutely ruined hair color from store bought hair dye, and I have really long and thick hair. I didn’t even want to be seen in public (it was that bad) I set up an appointment with Sharon. Not only did Sharon fix my hair color in such an amazing way. She really took the time to make sure she helped every layer of my hair. After she was done correcting the color, she deep conditioned it so that my hair felt healthy and soft. She was kind and patient with me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut and color.

    I follow Heather everywhere. She is awesome at her job. She is also honest and educated. I wanted a full highlight and because of the condition of my hair Heather insisted I just do root touch up.     Katie did a great job. I made an apt for a haircut using their online reservation system. It took no time and I was able to get a same day apt with Katie. I have very thin hair that tends to look scraggly and hardly ever looks good. Katie did a very nice cut. She took her time and checked with me a couple of different times. My hair looks quite a bit fuller and she did a great job with my bangs. I recommend her highly.

    I give this place a 5 star but yesterday when I went in to have my haircut this lady by the name of Sharon cut my hair. She did not cut it the way I wanted it.And she was rushing to get thru it .I have been working with a wonderful lady by the name of Crystal. She has been working with me on getting my hair the way that I want it. I would recommend anyone to Crystal because she listens and does exactly what you ask her to do the first time.     First time trying this location. Had a color retouch done. My re growth was not more than an inch. Still got an additional $15.00 up charge. I was a bit disappointed that she walked away from applying my color 4 times to complete a hair color that she was not complete with. I would have much preferred that she call me to say she was running behind, rather than have to wait for her and then all the interruptions. Put me behind on my tasks for the day by 40 additional minutes.

    I went in last Saturday for a haircut on my long hair. Sharon was my stylist and gave me a wonderful haicut that added some face framing and taking off just enough to make it look healthy and beautiful. Later in the week, after coloring it, a friend went in to dust the ends and messed it up not meaning to.Today I went back in and Sharon squeezed me in immediately. She fixed it and it came out just the way she had it originally without taking off hardly any more length. She was so sweet both times!! Thankyou Sharon!!

    I made an appointment with Jade, I came in with faded and splotchy black box dye in my hair. I was so scared to start the lightening process. Jade went beyond my expectations with the first session with only a color remover! She was able to lift most of the color and return my hair to its natural brunette color with no damage once so ever, (even shiner than before) So blown away by the professionalism and coloring experience i found with Jade at such at such reasonable price! Book with jade!!

    My stylist is Iris, and I can highly recommend her, as she does a wonderful job with highlighting & cutting my hair!She is very skilled in her profession, is a Chi Master Colorist, and cuts my hair, utilizing a combination of shears, razor & the clipper, for a beautiful result!To make things even nicer, she is friendly & personable, listens well, and makes sure that you are satisfied with your hair before you leave.She is wonderful, and I am very happy with her services!

    My girlfriend and I were in the Bayshore Gardens Plaza shopping.I had been needing my hair trimmed, and as we were leaving the plaza, we noticed the Fantastic Sams, located at 6092 14th St. West, Bradenton, Florida. So, we stopped and WALKED IN, on Sunday May 16th, 2021, around 1:00 pm.We were greeted with a smile by two employees and were asked if they could help us. I asked if someone knew how to trim a mullet and KATIE S., replied yes. You see, she also had a mullet style cut. I didnt even have to wait, Katie took me back immediately. The conversation was pleasant, she took her time and she did a beautiful job. My girlfriend was impressed, she decided when she was ready for a cut, she was going to this store.The atmosphere was laid back, the employees were very pleasant, the cosmetologists were experienced from what we saw in the other clients requests and out comes. Even the prices were very reasonable.I totally recommend this store for their experience, pleasantries and prices.THANK YOU Katie S. for an excellent trim job.

    I have tried several salons since I moved to this area. I have finally found a home!! Everyone was so friendly!! Miszee was amazing!! This was my first visit, and she really took the time and understood what I was looking for!! She knew exactly what color I needed!!! She mixed several shades together and my hair looks perfect!!!     I decided to go in for a haircut on a whim after work. I went for a dramatic change. I cut about 10 inches off. I was a little nervous, but ready. Susie E was fantastic! I showed her an image of what I was looking for and she made a few suggestions. The end result was exactly what I wanted.     I got an appointment quickly, Samantha was very nice, professional, and courteous... but what she did with my BOTCHED at home amateur dye job😬 was nothing short than AMAZING. 😁I went in embarrassed with a hoodie hiding what I had done, looking like Ronald McDonald 🤡 and I came out feeling like a million dollars and looking awesome. 💯 And I was even able to get a 25% discount coupon for being a new customer ☺️ and I must add that she didnt even LOL when I took that hoodie off 🤣

    My stylist Sandy (I believe. I was half asleep thanks to working night shift) did an awesome job with my hair. I always get a cut and dye and usually walk away with a ring of dye on my forehead and ears. Not this time, she made sure I only had a faint line right up against my roots.     My hair was an absolute disaster. I swim five days a week and walked in hoping to try and make it look decent. Miszee pulled off a miracle! She cut it and did a partial foil. It looks amazing now! Everyone, including my husband, loved it. Thanks Miszee. You rock!

    Cristel Smith did a awesome job cutting and blow drying my hair ... I am usually scared of getting haircuts bc most people like to cut to much , Cristel cut just the right amount the length was perfect , she gave me great recommendations on what hair products I should use , as well as leavening my hair feeling full, soft and healthy . I’m def coming to her again !!!

    Jenna, Jenna, jenna ! I repeat, JENNA! She was able to take a horrible situation into a Fantastic one lol. I was so scared to have anyone fix my hair, but after speaking with the owner Michelle, she set me up with Jenna and Im so happy she did. Jenna looked at what was done to my hair and took her time to figure out what would work best to salvage it and turn it into something really pretty 😍Instead of me never coming back, I will now be a repeat customer so long as she is there.
