    Iā€™m doing laser hair removal and so far so good! Not only are the ladies at balance aesthetics absolute gems but I actually see results after my first treatment.     The team at Balance Aesthetic and Wellness are awesome. I was having skin reactions due to chemotherapy drugs and they helped me through every step. They didnā€™t just sell me products. They allowed me to sample some to find just the right regiment that my skin needed. They also followed up with me over the phone which gave me the feeling that I wasnā€™t in this fight alone. They helped me through what a dermatologist couldnā€™t do. If you want someone who really cares to help you, come see this team of professionals and friends!!!     Iā€™ve been thinking about Tox for a long time. I came to balance after reading all of the great reviews. I was very nervous to start injections but from my first appointment I felt so welcome and comfortable. Hetal and her team are great!     I had the best experience getting my lips done with Hetal. She did such a good job, I love my lips.     I have had Botox and lip filler done by Dr. Patel. Her and her team are wonderful and caring. I was nervous about getting my lips done because I had heard it hurt. They made me feel comfortable and explained exactly what was going to happen. I love my results and it didnā€™t hurt at all!

    Balanced Aesthetics will be the only place I go for skin care needs. Hetal is an amazing nurse practitioner who genuinely cares about her work. Ive been to many med spas in Tampa and none compare to the treatment you get here.     Okay this place was truly amazing. Yes the aesthetic is stunning and the whole vibe is exactly how you want to feel when you walk into a med spa type of setting.     Love the staff here and this office is beautiful! I currently get botox and laser hair removal done here and I think they do an amazing job. I like that the staff does continuing education for their services because it shows me that theyā€™re always trying to get better and better which is important to me since Iā€™m not just going to let anyone just inject my face. At the med spa I used to go to I would get Botox for my gummy smile and I noticed that my lips would droop but I have not experienced that with Hetal. Highly recommend getting injectable services done here.

    I was unhappy with how periomenopause had affected my skin and the result of surgeries needed for my knee. I had lost confidence in my bodyā€™s ability to function well and was discouraged. I had tried skincare lines, supplements, and made lifestyle changes with little success. I attended an event hosted at their spa and it was such a great experience! Thermal, Scarlett, and Sara all listened to my concerns, considered my life factors, and were genuinely invested. They presented realistic options that addressed the things I wanted to improve with multiple ways to achieve my desired outcome WITH financial options.They did not try to push treatments or sell products and their medical expertise was also impressive.I have now had three micro needling session to improve skin texture and fine lines.Each session has been done with SUCH care to my well being and the results? HOLY COW, you can really tell as time progresses that the quality of my skin has improved so much!!I opted for Laser hair removal and if youā€™re think about spin it, just do it! The improvements in lasers is amazing and Scar is a PRO!!I am also having laser revision to address stretch marks and scars left by multiple knee surgeries - I am so excited.My only negative comment is that I didnā€™t find them sooner!Also, Sara is a military veteran and this really helped me (Iā€™m a veteran). Hetalā€™s understanding of skin pigment concerns for those who are melaninated is unrivaled. Scarlett was able to really provide comfort as she understood the intersections of culture and roles.

    Hetal was so great! I went in for laser hair removal and they also consulted and went ahead with Botox. It was awesome. The space is beautiful and inviting. Their equipment is state of the art and not how I remember laser hair removal 10 years ago, pain free and an overall great experience. Hetal really approached my treatment with my desired results in mind. Subtle but effective.

    Hetal is the most amazing person ever. I had my first appointment and i had always been terrifying of botox, but she was so HONEST. She did not push ANYTHING on my and gave me great advise. She cares for her patients well being, not making more money out of them and pushing procedures or products that patients may not need.     I really started seeing Patel at Balance Aesthetic for neuromodulars and microneedling and I have been very happy with the results. She took her time with the Dysport and I liked that it wasnt too heavy on my forehead. The microneedling was not too painful during the process and my skin healed very quickly.     The great experience begins the moment you walk through the door and youre greeted by sweet Laura. After a few pics, Hetal takes you back and spends the time to address your areas of concern and even recommended a couple of things that I didnt even know I could easily fix with a bit of tox.     Im not one to write reviews but I had to after seeing my results. I was looking for a med spa with an experienced injector because I wanted to get a chiseled Jawline. Did a lot of research and went to a lot of different meds spas, but just felt comfortable with Hetal she was very welcoming and took her time to really explain everything and explain in detail. She didnā€™t want to rush the results instead wanted to take her time and do my jawline over a couple sessions which is the right thing to do. She even did laser on my skin and I couldnā€™t be any happier with the end result. so glad I went to her. I would highly recommend her! Not only does my jawline look great but my skin looks fully rejuvenated after the laser post 5 days after treatment. Amazing results.     What can I say?!? Having turned 40 this year, I really began to notice a drastic difference in my skin with wrinkles, crows feet, dark spots, loss of elasticity, etc. This was the realization that I am starting to age! I decided that I had to do something before these fine lines and wrinkles started to set in. Thats when I approached Hetal. Everything from walking into her office to her consultation to her warming and welcoming demeanor, I knew she was going to be the one to help me. She has such a kind, gentle, nuturing and patient soul, all the qualities I look for in a provider. She never made me feel rushed, went over EVERYTHING in detail, what she recommends, what she doesnt recommend, everything to the tee. I told her my concerns and she went over each and every one of them. I was worried looking too frozen or looking like I did too much but I have to tell you, she never pushed anything on me. In fact I respect her so much for using the conservative approach at first and then touching up as we need so I wouldnt feel like it was too much! We did laser resurfacing (which helps pigmented spots and boosts collagen production at the same time!), juveau toxin, lip fillers for hydration, and to top it off a vitamin shot! I also took away some AMAZZZZING skin products. I really truly couldnt ask for a better provider. She is highly highly recommended, you wont be disappointed!     Where do I begin ? Truthfully I canā€™t begin to say how amazing Hetal is. Her work ethic, knowledge is beyond words. I had been looking into different treatments at home remedies (clay mask, toners, constantly changing deodorant)for excessive sweating ( hyperhydrosis). Iā€™ve struggled with this my whole teenage to adult life. From choosing outfits that wouldnā€™t show a big sweat stain, to never putting my arms up, to be completely self conscious. Until now with the help of Hetal my sweating is under control. She injected some Botox in my armpits and it sounds painful but she numbs the area and moves quickly but efficiently and within a day or two I noticed that my sweating was so minimal. Iā€™m not worried about what Iā€™m wearing and the little sweat I do feel goes away instantly. And I appreciate her checking in on me ever so often to see how things are holding up. So if you were ever thinking should I do it ? 100x yes do it. It is totally worth it.
