    This practice provides an excellent service. I was able to get an appointment same day and I was very grateful for that. Lady at front desk very polite and helpful. Dr. Burke was very knowledgeable, polite, and provided us with a lot of information about my sons issue and what the plan was to make him feel better. Definitely we will make them our first choice for future consultations.

    My visit was relatively quick and the PA that serviced me was knowledgeable and very helpful. Admin staff were also pleasant. The online process could use a little work. I didnt receive portal access until the night before my appointment and the portal process for completing paperwork is not intuitive at all.

    Martin Burke was wonderful! I was able to call and make an appointment for my mother the next day, and myself the next week for annual checkups. Although the wait time while calling was long it was worth it. Liz checked me in and got me set up along with asking regarding my visit. Martin was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I never felt rushed although I asked him multiple questions and felt like I had a long list of issues for an annual checkup. He spent as long of time as I needed, made sure I understood my diagnoses, and even gave free samples of products to try. I have previously been disappointed by providers that make me feel rushed, dont answer my questions or dismiss my concerns. Martin did none of these and was the best provider I have ever been to. I would recommend this clinic for everyone.Pros: quick turn around for appointments with phone call (could have been seen the same day; scheduled for the next day for my mom), short wait time after check in to be taken back and for provider to see me, wonderful provider and assistant! free samples, took my insurance with lower copay that other dermatology providers I have been to, online platform is easy to use and you can see all the notes from providers if I want to refer back to what was recommended.Cons: LONG wait time (20+ minutes although said was going to be 11) when calling main number to make appointments, 2 separate towers in 1 location so I initially went to the wrong building, parking spaces were very compact and busy.

    Great staff and Doctor. The original Dr, who just retired, was sick last week at my original appt. This late in December, there would be little chance to get me in before EOY before my insurance changed over 1/1. But, their amazing and helpful staff was able to pull it off. Happy New Year and Thank You to Suncoast!P.S. They also helped my wife with some serious issues and did a fantastic job. Youd never know the difference before and after the surgery. And, when its on your face, having a professional that knows what theyre doing is critically important.

    My first visit to this office. Dr. Aaron Sookhoo was great. He explained everything and made sure my comfort level was good while taking a biopsy. His assistant and the office staff were also great, friendly yet professional. I will recommend Dr. Sookhoo to my family and friends.

    Excellent customer service and very proficient with their exams. While I think their self-pay prices are a little high, Ive always had a great experience with everyone there. I recently had a billing issue and Stephanie, the Office Manager, handled it quickly and professionally. It was very apparent that she cares about the patient and wants to ensure that they return, which I definitely will, if the need arises.

    I’ve been seeing May Ko for at least (5) years for treatments. I travel an hour to make my appointments, because she is such a so nice and has a wonderful manner. The entire team is professional and makes you feel comfortable during routine or surgical visits.

    First time visiting this Dermatologist and was treated with kindness and compassion. Doctor Burke was very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with my condition.     Whole experience was fantastic. Receptionists are kind and professional. The nurse was helpful. Dr. Burke was fun and kind. I needed a wart to be removed, and the whole experience from in the door to out the door was under 45 minutes. Cheap for out of pocket payers, but very professional.

    The staff and receptionists are great... I explained to Dr Hendrick and he listened and understood exactly what has been going on with my skin.     I am a new patient and today was my first visit. Everyone that I spoke with from reception, the medical assistant and Dr. Wishik was absolutely wonderful and so very friendly! Dr. Wishik is very easy to talk to, kind, friendly, funny, very thorough, very knowledgeable and immediately makes you feel at ease. We need more doctors like this.     For the most part, I have no issue with this place. It was the first dermatologist I’ve been to and everyone was very nice! The doctor was thorough in explaining everything going on & the nurses were very sweet.With that being said, I was not as thrilled with my most recent visit. I was not given any aftercare/discharge instructions from anyone I spoke to before leaving my appointment, and when I tried calling twice to ask about it, they reassured me someone would call to talk to me. No one did. Then I finally receive a call about my experience and the person was told someone reached out to me & left a voicemail - when no one tried reaching me at all. Or left a message. Only Ellen, the after hours on-call specialist, called me back and was very detailed in what I need to do to take care of my wound. And even she seemed taken aback no one gave me any kind of wound aftercare instructions.Like I said, Dr Murray & his nurses were very thorough in explaining what was going on with my situation & were very nice. But not getting any kind of aftercare instructions then finding out they lied about calling me back makes me very hesitant to return shall another situation arise.

    Im new to Florida and I read lots of good reviews about Dr Wishik! Hes highly skilled in what hes doing in helping me remove a mole and not skin tags but something and explained so well! I didnt even know that is done in 2 seconds painless! He even advised me to do skin check which I never heard before! Thanks so much for the care n professionalism from the front desk till the assistant and the Dr himself! Highly commendable! Excellent service!

    I came to Dr. Hedrick for a second opinion for a diagnosis of Schaumburg Disease. I didn’t trust the first doctor because he had no bedside manner and frankly made me very uncomfortable. But when I went to see Dr. Hedrick he made me feel so comfortable that I trusted his diagnosis and he told me something that could help (not cure) this disease. I will definitely recommend him!

    The best decision I made was to come here. Ive never visited a dermatologist before and Im 35. Since the beginning everything was smooth, easy and the lady at the front was very nice! Mr. Aaron and Paul took care of me and the whole experience was AMAZING. They are very knowledgeable, nice and make you feel very comfortable. Aaron was ready to take care of few things right at that moment but since Im pregnant they decided to wait few more weeks to do it (which is fine with me) i never felt like he was rushing anything at all, he took the time to ask me questions and answer my concerns. Aaron is terrific without leaving behind Paul and the lady at the front desk. Paul didnt let me leave without giving me few good stuff and I love it!! Im happy i decided to come here for my skin care, it was the best decision ever!! Thanks Guys yall are AMAZING.     My experiences at Suncoast Skin Solutions have been very positive. I see Dr. Brooke Baldwin in the Lutz office annually for screenings, and she and the staff are always friendly and professional. At my screening this year, for the first time she saw a concerning spot on the side of my head that I would not have been able to see on my own. She would not have caught it either if she had not been thorough because it was covered by my hair. She biopsied it and it was basal cell carcinoma. Three weeks ago I underwent Moh’s Surgery performed by Dr. Ewanowski, who is highly credentialed for and experienced with this type of surgery. I am recovering well from the surgery and have been very confident that I have received the best possible care. I highly recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions.
