    Katie is amazing!! I have been an ideal image client for a year now for laser hair removal but recently moved and had to change locations. The Brandon location was so great! The girl at the front desk (sorry I didnā€™t get her name) was very friendly and Katie was super friendly, professional, kind, understanding and caring!! Definitely recommend!!

    The Ideal Image office in Brandon, Florida location has been a great experience so far despite the mishaps from lack of communication with the two hurricanes this season, the staff all around from the front desk to the office manager to Bill the head of the region have been lovely. Shout out to everyone I interacted with in person too on my first official in-person appointment that came to fruition: Heather, Jasmine, Morgan, and Lindsay were stellar and very enjoyable to interact with and do business with. It is hard to expect a great experience these days with service of any kind and be pleasantly surprised with your time there by the end.

    I took on Saturday my first session of CoolSculpture on lower abdomenEverybody is so nice and friendly, since the girl at the front desk(sorry I dont remember her name,but I will edit this review on the future) ,,my nurse Diana, was very friendly and professional,She answered every question and concern that I had.This session wasnt painful at all, just a little when you finish every cycle when she gave it the massage on your treated skin, is just a little uncumfortable but is part of the process,I want say thank you to Bill Hudson for his concern and care, thank you for all your help with my contract and appointments.Well, after I finished I felt a little sore and swollen,the treated area is a little painful, but nothing you cant deal with, I didnt have the need to take any Tylenol or Benadril, I did research It is advisable to continue doing the massages at home every day for at least 5 minutes, because it stimulates the lymphatic system and helps you breaks down fat cells. I have done it for two days. It is a little uncomfortable ,but if you can hold it, just do it because you really feel relief afterwards. It is also very important for those who like to use the compression belt.I have been wearing and for me works,that pressure really helpsThe first day at least for me, was a little painful,just in the treated zone,but everyday you start feeling much better and less sore and numbness, I am very exited to continue with my treatment, I look forward comebackI will be updating this review with my progress

    From the moment I entered Ideal Image in Brandon, I was welcomed and treated so kindly by the entire staff! The consultation session was excellent and I was introduced to Laura, who was scheduled to do my BBL laser treatment. Ive had several BBL treatments performed in a dermatologists office a few years back, and Lauras treatment was so much more thorough and far superior to any of my prior treatments. She was very personable as well! I will definitely go back to see Laura for future BBL laser treatments as needed, and I would highly recommend Laura and the entire staff for their services.

    I came in for my first Xeomin treatment and had an amazing experience! Decided to go ahead and get lip filler as well! They look incredible. I have had them done before elsewhere and was disappointed. Laura made my lips look beautiful!

    Ive been doing my laser hair removal treatments for about 16 months now, just finished actually, and this is the best decision Ive ever made, including picking Ideal Image in Brandon. I have PCOS and Hidradenitis Suppurativa, so this has been a lifesaver for me, but my initial reasoning for picking Ideal Image was the name. Since I was going for medical conditions, I wanted a well-known place I felt I could trust, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff are all friendly and personable and they show they really care about their clients, and the facility is always clean. I 100% recommend laser hair removal and 1000% recommend this location.

    My experience at Ideal Image Brandon has been one of the best and most professional experiences! Katie is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable with a service that can be intimidating. She is very knowledgeable of the laser hair removal service and happily answers all my questions (which is a great distraction). Sheā€™s also set expectations of the service and the reality that everyoneā€™s hair grows different but she does her absolute best to remove as much hair as possible.Every person in this office has been professional and responsive. I moved closer to other locations Ideal Image locations in Tampa and still drive back to Brandon because of Katie and the team.Iā€™ve completed 6-7 sessions so far.

    Update:After Posting my original 1 star review (below) Tamara reached out to me. She got both my account confirmation and prescription issues taken care of within the hour. Thank you Tamara and I am now looking forward to my next visit.******************************************************************Ive been receiving treatment at this location for over a year now. Every time I go in there seems to be a new issue. I travel out of town a lot and am constantly rescheduling appointments. As soon as I made my last payment they stopped sending me confirmation/reminder texts and emails. I had spoken to Debbie once or twice about this issue and she said she would look into it. Yesterday I spoke with Tamara who said she would look into this and get back to me. At my last visit I also filled out a new prescription form. I had contacted Ideal Image a few times to find out the status of this prescription. Finally I called the pharmacy yesterday who said that Ideal Image never sent over the prescription. I just wish the customer service experience was better.

    Let me start off by saying Nicole is AWESOME!!! She is so sweet and she a get conversationalist. She made me feel so comfortable.     It was a great experience they even show me some progression photos from when I first started up until now. They were very nice and told me exactly when I should expect when the laser started.     This was my 2nd appointment and I was once again not scheduled enough time for my treatment. So it was just a consultation. I have terrible chronic neck pain and the 35 minute drive was difficult so it was disappointing. The technician was extremely apologetic and nice. She helped the front desk schedule all my other appointments out so it would not happen again. I appreciated her honesty in re-evaluating my body and my needs for coolsculpting.

    After just 1 session of laser hair removal Ive noticed a significant difference in the growth of hair on all treated areas. Im so excited I finally did this and cant wait to see the final results when treatments are done.Just finished my 2nd appointment with Farah who is just an absolute doll, easy to talk to, takes breaks when the heat gets too spicy, explains everything and is very helpful when you have questions.If youve been thinking about it for a while like I had, dont put it off any longer they offer a variety of payment options for your budget.My only regret is not doing this 5 years ago when I first moved here.

    My session went really well. The APRN made me feel comfortable and her pace was good. I put on numbing cream about 90 min before the session and the laser didnā€™t feel so bad. I donā€™t know if thatā€™s because of the effectiveness of the numbing cream or the fact that I have less hair. Overall it was a good experience.

    Farau is so friendly and makes sure that everything is done correctly. The place itself is very organized and clean. The scheduling is effortless and so many reminders so that thereā€™s no way you can miss your appointment. If your wondering if laser hair hurts, it does (use numb cream it helps). But if your wondering if it works, it 100% does. I donā€™t have to shave in those areas anymore and Iā€™m not done with the treatment areas. And itā€™s guaranteed for life!
