    Everyone was very friendly and professional during my visit. I was feeling faint during the procedure and they were very quick to offer and bring water and a snack for me. They were patient with me until I felt better and could continue my treatment. They were genuinely caring for me as a patient. This was refreshing to experience these days as I see good customer service fading in the world. Thank you to Advanced Dermatology and all of their staff!     Why didnt you send me an appointment canceled text, so I could have enough time to obtain the required referral document for you, instead of notifying me in person that my appointment was canceled because I needed the referral document from my general practitioner? Instead, you send me this reminder of my appointment a couple days beforehand, and wait til I get there to tell me you cannot complete my appointment without a Referral, stating I received a phone call. You text me a reminder, but cannot text me a cancelation notice? I would have called to find out why.... Please be more considerate in the future. Your doctor Anne is excellent and I do not wish to go anywhere else! Shes amazing!

    Advanced dermatology has many locations and their level of service is NOT equal. After a couple of tries, I can without any hesitation, recommend Advanced Dermatology in Casselberry. The staff and most importantly, Dr. Youngman ar all professioanl, courteous and knowledgeable.

    I have followed Raymond Ramirez DO- since I arrived in Florida more than a decade ago.He is back at Advanced Dermatology, and he is one of the best diagnosticians and teachers. He always explains on a level I’m capable of absorbing and he shows care while examining. I will be returning to this practice as long as Raymond Ramirez is practicing there. Tammy, the assistant nurse, is also detailed oriented and shows great care. It was nice to see them again and be taken care of to alleviate my concerns.

    After four tours in Iraq, I have struggled with different skin cancers. Most recently, I had a spot pop up on my neck. I made an appointment; a biopsy was performed. When results came back as cancer, my appointment was made quickly. The five-hour experience in the office resulted in all the cancer being removed. I recommend Advanced Dermatology. THANK YOU!!!

    My daughter and I both liked Dr. Yungmann and the staff. He was very thorough, had a good bedside manner, and was very knowledgeable and efficient. All of our concerns were addressed, and we were both pleased with the outcome.The wonderful nurse took notes while the doctor spoke, so I could just listen, and she even helped save us money on the prescriptions by telling me about an app I’d never heard of before. Very pleased and feel confident moving forward.

    This is my first visit and I am glad I was able to pick this location. Online scheduling was a breeze and the office staff was very friendly checking me in. Love Mirabella Mueller and her assistant. I had an emergency and was in a lot of pain from a boil that turned into an abscess really quick. Mirabella and her assistant were very professional, patient, calm and assuring. I don’t know why other people complained about wait times and all but I saw everyone checking out were very happy with their visit. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family!!!!!PS: if you book your appointments early, then you might not have to deal with people before you running behind.

    I have been a patient for several years. I have always gotten courteous and prompt service. Its easy to make appointments and their facility is always neat and clean. I will continue to be a patient. My only minor complaint is that I have skin cancers from spending so much time out in the Florida sun. The freezing treatments are a little uncomfortable. That is just a nature of the beast and there is no way to avoid a little discomfort. A general anesthetic would work but Im not going there.

    At this new office have not had a problem with schedule appts. Even at old office if I had an first thing in morning appt never had a problem with wait time.Appt time management is good. Dr. Yunnman has a good chairside manner. He answers your questions and explains the answers to where you understand. He always pleasant. The new office is nice and clean.

    I had a great experience at the Altamonte Springs office. The nurse, I believe her name was Meghan was very nice and took lots of time to gather information regarding my visit.     I went to the 436/1792 location. I had Dr. Yungmann for my appointment. He cut a keratosis off of my scalp. He did a great job. He has been a Dr. for a long time. I was in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. All went well. I will definitely be coming back for any future dermatology needs.

    Ive had Urticaria for many years and could find no relief from it. That was until I saw Adrianna. She gave me scripts for a few things and boom, its been under control for weeks now. I had two troublesome hand warts that werent responding to OTC treatment and Adrianna got rid of them!     Went in for my first ever appointment with a dermatologist and everyone at this office is AMAZING!! Everyone is extremely friendly and they make you feel so comfortable you almost forget your at the doctor!! The wait time was only about 5 minutes from when I checked in to when I got called back and about another 3 minutes from when the nurse person left till the doctor came in so they are very efficient! I have already recommended this office to friends and family!!!

    I have been coming to this place for 3 years since I moved into the area. Despite some negative reviews, I can attest I have never had a bad experience with the doctors at this practice. I have seen Tom, Ann and Ellen here and they are all personable and knowledgeable practitioners. The front desk staff are usually nice in person, although I did find it difficult to obtain any information from them over the phone on several different occasions, including asking for prices, ingredients or general questions regarding practice. This also includes the time I had my insurance attempt to contact them and could hear them laughing in the background and then hang up. Leaving voicemails or asking to return a phone call is useless as well, however I found that calling relentlessly until the question is answered works. On that note, my five star review is for the doctors here, the staff could definitely improve their customer service.

    I have seen Ann Lidowski Clements for many years. she is so friendly and reassuring with her calmness that I love going to her with my skin problems.     My husband had something growing on his head and we wanted to get in to see a doctor quickly. They had an appointment to see Dr. Lidoski the next day. The receptionists that greeted us were punctual getting us into the exam room, despite having a busy waiting room. Dr. Lidoski came right in and was not only *EXTREMELY* friend, but was also *EXTREMELY* knowledgeable and friendly. She even correctly assessed the EXACT brand of product my husband used on his head. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lidoski- even if you have to wait!!

    I’ve been a patient for 14 years. Barb and Beverly are both amazing and their knowledge of fillers and Botox is at the highest level. Dr Coverman was one of the first doctors in the area to bring Botox to Orlando and educate patients about the uses. Thank you Barb for taking care of me. Also, thank you Doctor Coverman for removing the Basil Cell on my back. I hope 2018 is a great year for everyone!

    I travel from NY once a year for a visit with Dr Yungman at Advanced Dermatology! Having a life long skin condition I have experience with many Dermatologists, practices etc and I am so fortunate to have found him during a short time I lived in Florida. The office is efficient, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and I feel so comfortable under his care! The onsite Aesthetician is an added bonus!! You will not be disappointed!!

    Well Ive coming to Advanced Dermatology 15 years+ and always have seen Dr. Mendelsohn.What bothers me is the the young man Tom I believe was name was so fast with my exam I believe , well I know he missed about 3 or 4 spots or growth on my bald head, these spots may have been small to leave alone but when it comes to shaving my head it hurts a bit, for me its sad to see Dr. Mendelsohn retire or leave but he always took great care of this old guy , took his time to look things over.
