    I had a Footlogix pedicure done by Evee yesterday and from start to finish I had an excellent experience. Evee is professional and friendly, she offered me coffee and answered all of my questions about all of the different services that they offer. I had a Footlogix pedicure done and Evee made my feet look amazing! They use high quality products, are very big on maintaining excellent hygiene and sanitary practices, and had a wide variety of colors to choowe from for my nails. I will definitely be making this my new spa. Highly recommend!!

    Iā€™ve never been to a nail salon that offers hand facials. It is absolutely my favorite part of getting my nails done because of how well the massage loosens up my tense hands.     I honestly had an incredible experience. I never go to these places because they are never really clean or sanitary. City Escape Spa go the extra mile in the sanitation department. Well in all departments I should say. The moment you walk in youā€™re embraced with a very calm and subtle aroma. It isnā€™t noisy and I love the clear communication. Definitely came home very calm and relaxed.SN: You have to try their sensory room. Iā€™m probably not naming it correctly. Inquire anyway because it is an experience!

    EXCELLENT! This was my 1st time at City Escape Spa- after coming across their page in Facebook. What caught my attention is their HIGH standard of cleanliness & hygiene - since I have been looking for better salon quality! This is it! Booking the appointment was easy. I had the Footlogix pedicure & Gel manicure with IBX strengthening treatment with Ashley. I loved how she took her time to consult and go over nail concerns & explained all the products she used with pedicure and manicure. My nails look healthy and amazing! In addition, I absolutely loved how the environment is very calming, relaxing & quiet! Relaxing overall! Unlike other salons where thereā€™s loud music playing or people talking on their phones for everyone to hear. I will definitely be coming back to this spa to try out their many different services!

    I always have a great experience with Evee. She is top notch,professional and a great person.This are some of my photos of my beautiful nails she has done. From dip to Acrylic overlay with gel. I love it and my nails have looked great. I get so many compliments on them. People who are posting fake reviews need to just stop doing that.Update. 12/2023. Evee and her busband Shawn are still the best and now they have added Ash to the crew and she is the bomb too when it comes to nails and pedicures.     This is probably the first spa that I have EVER been to that properly takes care of your nails when it comes to getting a manicure(regular , gel, dip, acrylics and gel-X).Prior to them it was becoming more difficult for me to find a nail place that actually KNEW what they were doing and I didnā€™t have to worry about my nails weaken or breaking over time.So far I have been with them for almost three months now and my nails are still healthy and strong(thanks to their IBX strengthening treatment).Trust me you wonā€™t regret going to City Escape Spa. Evee is a straight shooter & will always be honest on whatā€™s best for you. Shawn does an excellent foot massage after the pedicures. I always get Footlogix it leaves your feet so soft. I went to their latest Open House & that was so welcoming.     When I went to Evee the first time, it was my now or never attempt at gel polish. Id gotten gels three times previously at salons around town and never had an experience good enough to warrant the extra cost. Evees technique sticks and holds up. My manicures last a full four weeks without chipping or falling off my nail. Shes also a great artist if youre into designs.

    I think everyone should get a Footlogix Pedicure. If youā€™re anything like me youā€™ve probably been to the nail salon where they have you sit your feet in the water sometimes col sometimes too hot. They will use a cheese grater thatā€™s not good for your feet and youā€™ll find yourself needing to go back for that same pedicure too soon cause your feet have callus or the polish has chipped. Just know when you come to City Escape that wonā€™t be the case. The salon is very clean. I was greeted by the owner Evee when I arrived. She gave me a tour of the salon and showed me where everything was and what the rooms were used for. When I got into the lobby area she offered me a beverage and she had me complete an intake form. What I appreciate about the form is it asked about issues that you may have when it comes to your feet so the technician can have a better understanding on how to personalize your service. Evee was very friendly and I was greeted by Ash and Shawn. There were two chairs for the pedicure station. The ambiance as youā€™re getting your pedicure has relaxing music and good conversation. The Footlogix products used were so great on my feet. I had callus on my feetā€™s since itā€™s been a while since my last pedicure. Evee was not judgmental about the condition of my feet and I appreciate that. I would give my experience and the service a 10/10. Iā€™m already planning to bring my mom to the salon for a pedicure. If you are looking for personalized service look no further. I also want to mention Evee was very responsive to my text when I had questions before booking the appointment.

    Ive had two pedicures with Evee. Came into a super clean salon. She sat me down at the pedicure station. My bowl had a liner and all her tools she opened from their package in front of me.     I moved to the area from Rhode Island one year ago. Ive always had issues with iffy salons and in recent years, would always leave my appointments with cuts, uneven nails, and I started developing greenies. I started looking for a salon almost immediately after moving, and I did end up finding a place. However, once again, I got a greenie! Thats when I decided to give my nails a break, and start doing research. I came across City Escape Spa on TikTok. I then scrolled video after video on Evees page. Evee talks about nail fungus (greenies), proper disinfection of tools, following protocol and how a nail salon should maintain proper standards. My husband made me an appointment for my first visit a few months ago, and Evee is the ONLY tech that I will let touch my nails. Shes super kind, funny, and knows what shes talking about. Ive never left her spa unhappy. She speaks honestly and clearly about her standards and client rules. Everything is outlined perfectly on her website. If you know how to read and you have the understanding that this is how she wants her business run, you should have ZERO issues. I love going to Evee. No, she is not everyones cup of tea, but maybe its because shes a piping hot cup of coffee! I would recommend BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT....check out her videos on TikTok, read her website, and do a trial appointment and then decide. I dont regret my choice at all!!!

When I called to book my appointment for my Therapeutic Massage I was given clear information on their key policies and how this massage will be best for my needs which totally put me at ease. When I arrived Evee greeted me with such kindness and care knowing it was one of my first massages and I was a bit nervous. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean and organized she keeps her spa. I was blown away with her attention to detail. Now moving on to the massage, well it was truly amazing! I made is to City escape and the place is absolutely gorgeous and super CLEAN!!! Evee does have certain policies that you must follow, but how do you not appreciate it that. Everything Evee does is based around each and everyone of her guests services. Evee is very professional, dedicated and super clean. I had a pedicure done. I absolutely loved my pedicure.     A place to go when you want a true professional that takes care of your nails. I have gone twice now to Evee for dip and nail strengthening treatments and have noticed an immediate difference. Before Evee, I would get my nails done and notice they got weaker and thinner after every service until I eventually had to take a break.     I have been going to Evee for the past 8 months as part of her nail membership. I absolutely love seeing her once a month to get new fun dip nails and spa pedicure. She has recently added massage services to her list of services provided..and WOW is all I can say. I received a custom massage which included cupping and stretching. It was probably the best massage I have ever had. I strongly recommend Evee for any of her spa services. She knowledgeable and she continues her education to be your one stop shop. When I came to her I was just going to the local walk-in salon and I was getting inexpensive and quick service but, it was never the greatest quality or consistent.     I get the 30 minute dry body brush followed by an hour facial. The body brush feels so good. I have parts of my upper body that has little to now feeling and after my session I have more feeling in those places. The facial Evee gives me is absolutely amazing. I am not a mask wearer, but was willing to abide by their policy because again so many people I knew said they got great service there.Where things went South for me was a few hours before my appointment I got a text message explaining additional Covid procedures.ā€œDue to Covid-19 and for the safety of our staff and other clients we are requiring all clients to bring and wear mask for your appointment. Only items allowed to be brought inside is your phone; no purses, bags, or backpacks. We thank you and look forward to seeing you today.ā€We are almost 2 years into this ā€œpandemicā€œ and I found the procedures to be ridiculous, but if I canceled I would be charged for the appointment.I gathered my keys my phone, and iPad because I was planning all along to complete some important training while I was getting my pedicure, and a bottle of water. Upon arrival I was told I couldnā€™t bring in my bottle of water. Honestly this is ridiculous. They donā€™t know what peoplesā€™ medical conditions are and why they might need to have a bottle of water with them. Youā€™re taking your staffsā€™s health concerns into account with your policies well canā€™t I take my own health into account with a bottle of water?I was annoyed at this point and probably rude, but the reason Iā€™m giving five stars is because the person who came to the door to greet me said ā€œif you donā€™t like our policies you can cancel your appointment.ā€ I mentioned being charged for the appointment and she said they would not charge me. I respect each businesses right to have policies that they feel are right for their business. And I appreciate the fact that they owned not properly advising me of all the policies prior to me booking the appointment. While I donā€™t intend to go back, I think anyone who is OK with their policies should certainly give them a try because in my book they did handle the situation properly.
