    Angela did my hair on Saturday 12/7/24 and it was personally life changing. We were colleagues and co-workers for years. I suffer from depression and completely let myself go and neglected my hair. Angela took 90 minutes just to detangle, then colored and gave me a new cut that I LOVE! I’m so grateful and fully recommend Angela as a stylist and as a person that truly cares about making clients feel good.

    This was my first time in this beautiful hair salon and Izzy did my hair today. I went for a consultation and then, I ended up with a beautiful haircut by Izzy. He understood my concerns and after listening his suggestions I decided to trust in his judgment and expertise.     Yesterday, October 12, 2024, was my first time attending this beauty salon, and it wont be the last time... I went to get my hair cut and styled it differently, and Carole was very attentive and sweet to me... she washed and cut my hair with complete professionalism. The way she treated me made me feel like I had known her all my life. The price was better than I expected, and I ended up making an appointment in 2 weeks to get highlights... I think I can say that I have my own stylist. This morning, when I looked in the mirror, I still loved my hair. Thanks, Carole.

    First time having a haircut in USA- and everyone are so lovely, the place is so cozy as well. My stylist is Carole she really did a great job to my hair I really love it and what I like about it is after the haircut everyone are so pleased and genuine with how the haircut looks on you. I recommend this salon 100percent especially I call the same day for an appointment and they let me in. So lucky!

    We have finally found the salon we have been looking for. Everyone at Primp is so friendly AND professional. Izzy does an amazing job on our hair; one short with color and one long with a beard. He listens to what we want a gets it perfect every time. Owner Yvette is always available and ready to assist - she even made a change to her website based on one of my suggestions. And product - Im not one who falls easily for overpriced hair products - I used Aqua Net most of my life - but these products are really good ones, do what they say they do and are worth the money. Its a bit of a drive for us, but were 100% happy with Primp and have made it our salon.

    Always have a great experience. Color is perfect! I always receive the best compliments on my hair after an appointment.Follow up visit on 08/19/22, got the new Cali Curl perm. I love the texture, and the look! A little pricey, but well worth it! Just a little spritz, scrunch, and go in the mornings. Definitely not your grandma’s perm!

    Needed a change and was thrilled to go to Primp and meet my beautician Valerie.. She’s extremely sweet and cut my hair with perfection. I also had highlights and low lights added. I’m thrilled with my shorter cut and color and it’s so manageable now since I have fine hair. Receiving compliments daily.. it’s very relaxing in the salon. Beautifully, peaceful and spotless..I would highly recommend treating yourself to this experience!

    I’ve always had a good experience at Primo, whether it is a haircut or color or other service like pedicure or face wax. My latest haircut with Annette was great because I had wanted a shag style—which I wore 50 years ago—and she looked at some photos and did a cut that was what I was looking for and was one of the most flattering cuts I have had in many years. It was so flattering that my neighbor asked who cut my hair because she plans to go to Annette now for her next cut.

    I have been going here for over a year…and I love it. It’s a hidden gem in Casselberry commons…really a spa like setting . Angela is my stylist and I can honestly say she has never given me a bad haircut. Relaxing professional and friendly. Full service salon with a professional staff. I told her the other day when she cuts my hair I can not even look and fall asleep…because I know it’s going to be perfect. Abs 5 stars.

    I have been frequenting this salon/spa since they opened, even since before they operated in Winter Park/Casselberry/Maitland junction. I get my hair cut, colored, foiled, and even Fairy-haired. I get so many compliments! I also go here for IPL treatments, derma planing, microneedling and microdermabrasion, pedicures, and the occassional manicure. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming and smells good too! I love their hair products and skin products, and whenever I have a question as to what I need, someone is always available with a free consult. I highly recommend Primp. I go to Yvette (hair), Helena (spa side), Morgan (spa side), and Janet (Nails) but everyone there is lovely. You cant go wrong with any of the stylists.

    I just wanted to take a moment and give Angela,my hair stylist of about 5 years, a long overdue review! She is absolutely the best! My hair has never looked better! Sitting in her chair, I know I am in good hands and feel confident she will give me the best cut and color. I always leave happy and satisfied!     FACIAL: My first time at this spa/salon. It felt very modern, clean, and had a professional vibe. Ansley was my facialist and she did a phenomenal job. The way she massaged my face, shoulders, & back of neck made me have a hard time not falling into a deep sleep!! The smells of every product she used was wonderful! I felt like Ansley worked hard the whole time and gave me her undivided attention. She was also extremely pleasant. I had blue (antibacterial) and red light (stimulates collagen) in my package and the price was not exorbitant. I keep checking out my face today and it looks so bright and smooth now. I have made another appointment in 2 weeks with Ansley to try dermaplane. I will leave another review to let you know how it goes!

    My hair gotten so long and I really needed a trim and style back to my hair. I called this salon to make an appointment and they told me too come in that day, so I was thrilled. Yvette was my hairstylist. And wow, she was absolutely amazing. She washed my hair, conditioned it and massaged my hands and arms and it was truly pampering. She cut my hair and gave me layers exactly what I had envisioned. I felt so beautiful when I left this salon. Ask for Yvette, she’s professional, sweet, and knows what’s she’s doing. I couldn’t stop looking and playing with my hair when I left.

    I saw Donny Dy this past Friday for a hair coloring and styling service. Specifically, he fixed my balayage that had grown out from the previous 4 months. Donny achieved the exact look I was hoping for and I would even go as far to say that he exceeded my expectations. I always have a hard time finding stylists who are willing to tackle my naturally dark hair, but Donny respectfully filled me in on what we could do for my hair and I couldn’t be happier. He was also super efficient as he didn’t have me sitting in the chair for ten hours. Overall I’m more than excited to show off my new hair and already looking forward to seeing him again for my next touch up!!

But I had noticed that some pieces werent as curly as others, and I thought a curly cut might help define her curls. Izzy cut her hair, and was incredibly informative. My stepdaughter walked away with a great cut (having lost almost no length!), and armed with tons of information on caring for her curls.

    I went and got a pedicure and facial done, and it was amazing i now found my fav spa!! Kiana (i think that’s how you spell it) was amazing with my pedicure. I had Ansley for my facial at the end it was the perfect ending it was so relaxing the products were amazing. I am actually going 2 make an appointment sooner than the one i made, so i can get another facial done that i was talking with her about getting. They also have soooo many options on services. If you want an all relaxing spa day this is the place 2 go 2!!!!

    Yvette was awesome! I wasnt sure what I wanted to do with my hair but I gave her a few ideas and she made it look amazing!     I came to Angela at Primp with a seriously bad haircut. Which she, lovingly, pointed out. But as a part of doing that she talked about what was wrong with the cut and how cutting it differently would help shape my face in a much more flattering light. She also made my curls absolutely bounce with life. I left feeling lighter—both physically (cause we cut off a lot of hair) and mentally. If youve got curly hair you are doing yourself a disservice NOT seeing Angela. Seriously. Go now.

    Im so impressed with Morgan and my results from the Glo Anti-Aging Facial + the Hydra-Bright Peel. Morgan talked me through the whole process and made adjustments to fit my skin type (very sensitive skin). The next day my skin was much more bright and smooth. I will be back!

    Ive been going to Angela for almost a year, and my hair has never looked better! She is truly an expert at color and cut. I have long (thank you, Angela, for not chopping my hair) naturally wavy, light brown, fine hair.     I always have an amazing experience with Kim! I have been waxing my under arms/ bikini for years with several experiences of pain and breakouts. However every experience with Kim leaves me feeling beautiful and breakout free! She is quick and professional and somehow makes an unavoidably uncomfortable service as pleasant as any other spa treatment!
