I recently visited various spas, and my experience with Crystal at one stood out. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor made the spa visit enjoyable. I opted for a facial and dermaplaning with her, and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend Crystal for a rejuvenating and personalized spa experience.

By far the best facial I have ever gotten! Crystal is amazing, you can tell she really loves and cares about what she does. She takes an individualized approach, catering to what your specific needs and concerns are. I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne for almost a year now and saw a dramatic difference after just one visit. I’ve already booked my next appointment. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would be going to her AT LEAST once a month.

This was my first experience getting a waxing treatment in the US and Crissi at Ro & Arrow Co. was very friendly , welcoming and really good at what she does! The place was very neat and hygienic and she didnt take a long time considering i had gotten a full legs and full arm waxing using hard wax. Will definitely go back again
