    I’ve been coming here for years now and I just Love them! Everyone is always so sweet. Even my boys got their hair cuts here while they were little. Highly recommend this place, specially Candence. Her patience while cutting my boys hair ( constantly moving) was speechless. Not to mention the ability to engage in conversation with them (fortnight and other games lol )plus she always nailed there haircuts along with mine.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Faith at Salon West in Clearwater, Florida for a highlights color and cut, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and caring staff who made me feel right at home. They even offered me a coffee or something to drink while I waited for my appointment.Faith is truly a talented hairdresser who made me feel beautiful again with her expert coloring and cutting skills. But what really set this salon apart was the extra attention to detail, like the amazing head massage I received during my wash. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep!I highly recommend Faith and Salon West to anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the results are fantastic. I will definitely be returning for all of my future hair needs.     I have been a client of Rachel Meyer’s for well over 10 years now and let me tell you… I hit the jackpot with her! She is so creative and talented with all things hair, especially color. I tell her a small idea and she puts what I’m thinking but 10x better onto a magical hair canvas! And… Her scalp massages are heaven. 😂 The salon has a relaxing and welcoming environment. Very accommodating in all of the ways through all of the years, and such nice staff. Each visit is a joy to come in. Thank you Salon West Clearwater!

    I haven’t gone anywhere else since I began coming here. Cadie is someone I trust and can always count on at this store to always listen to what I want but also gives her suggestions on things I may not either be thinking of or aware. She is truly the best and there isn’t anyone or any place I would go to other than this salon! Truly a one on one exceptional experience that I would recommend to friends and family! I am never disappointed when I come here & I know that everyone will be happy they chose this as their forever salon!

    Really great environment. I went to Krissy, who took her time making sure my cut was even, the color was exactly what I wanted, and recommended the products I needed to upkeep my new do. Its a little pricey, but I didnt even realize how uneven and damaged my hair was before coming here, it really is true you get what you pay for! I will be going to Krissy from now on to keep my hair healthy and in style. 🥰

    Maxine is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to color. Im From Chicago and been in Florida for 3 years. Spent hundreds of dollars on color, no one could get the color I described and showed pictures of. Maxine got it exactly how i wanted on my first visit. Also, my haircut turned out perfect and she I received many compliments.

    The people who work at Salon West are excellent. They will definitely give you what you need in terms of a haircut, color, or whatever. But you will most definitely pay for their expertise; it is expensive. I do recommend them.

    I was having such a terrible day a salon I had been too earlier in the day messed up my haircut and betrayed my trust in the way that I thought they knew how to make layers even and symmetrical and not say a particular style would look bad on me and proceeded to not listen to me and or do what style I wanted and am paying for cough cough it was bellas so i had to come in for first time and beg this poor woman Faith to fix my hair and she did an absolutely amazing job I came in so upset so sad depressed and left so happy and feeling so beautiful and gorgeous if youre feeling insecure and iffy about who you can trust with your hair salon West has my vote as somebody who takes their hair and their appearance very seriously i trust them and will be back in the future ❤️🙏❤️ ps thank you Faith ur a lifesaver

    I went in for a trim/change of style. They got me in the same day without previously having an appointment. Jessica did exactly what I asked for and provided the perfect amount of conversation for me; not too much and not completely silent. I haven’t had my hair professionally cut in about ten years and I was pleasantly surprised. My hair looks great and feels amazing! I’ll definitely be going back!

    Fantastic experience from the second i walked in! The whole staff was super sweet and welcoming. My stylist’s assistant Brittany gave a great shampoo and the chairs were super comfy and relaxing. Kelly was my stylist and was SUPER communicative and friendly! She made sure we were both on the same page before starting, and delivered exactly what I asked for! Super happy and will be back 😍

    This is hands down the best salon out there!!! I found out that they were pet friendly and brought my dog with me. I was Apprehensive at first but Patty assured me it would be fine. Not only did the puppy do well but the entire staff lives on her! I have been going there for 24 yrs. Patty has been doing my hair that long and she’s the BEST! She became more that’s my stylist but a dear friend! Will never go anywhere else! Thank you Salon West for being amazing on every level!!! Everyone there ROCKS!!!

    I am new to the area and was looking for a new place and stylist. I found it! Very clean, professional, friendly and my stylist Nicole was awesome! She did a great job and I was all over the board trying to decide and articulate what I wanted. Bonus, it’s less than two miles from my home. I already have my next appointment for another cut, style and color. I highly recommend, check them out in Largo!

    I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and there has never been a time I’ve left disappointed. All the stylists are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The salon is clean and all the staff is welcoming. If you are looking for a new place to get your hair done I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

    I decided to stop in to check this salon out since it is right next to my job, and I am so glad I did! From the moment you step into the salon, you are greeted by friendly staff. Very nice lounge area, very clean and very reasonable prices as well - I have long hair that usually costs $50+, however I was able to get a cut and style for under $40.Kailah was the stylist who cut my hair, and she did an amazing job! I loved receiving a thank you card in the mail, it shows just how dedicated to customer service they truly are. I will definitely be heading back, and I highly recommend!

    Superb salon. I have been going to Salon West Clearwater for over 5 years and cannot say enough about the level of service they provide. Their facilities are always clean and their staff is always friendly. My appointments have been on time on every occasion and I have never had a cancellation. Amber is by far my favorite hairstylist of all time, the absolute best!!! Give her a shot, you will not be disappointed!

    I have been a client for 5+ years, and have never had a bad haircut or color. Kelly is the best! I have been every shade of blonde (literally!) and she always has me looking fabulous. The massage chairs at the sink station are amazing! I always feel fantastic when I’m leaving and look forward to my appointments!

    I visited Salon West on Saturday for cut and color with Kelly. I left my old salon after 3 years because my stylist moved to North Carolina. Dont let the storefront location fool you this salon is very nice inside. The waiting area was clean and welcoming and the staff checked me in upon arrival and asked if I wanted a drink. Kelly also asked if I wanted anything before we got started. She took a few minutes to find out what I wanted and she always walked me through what she was doing. They even gave me a price quote before we got started. This was nice because there was no surprise at the end. She trimmed my hair and cleaned up the layers. I dont do much with the cut. My color was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and got it exactly right. It looked even better when I got in my car out of the salon lighting. I will be back for sure! So glad I found Kelly and this salon. I had shopped at Publix for over a year and never even noticed it.

    The amount of money I have spend in salons, this was my most favorite experience at a salon in my life and for a great price! The service was beyond excellent from the front desk till departure. My hairdresser/hair stylist, Brittany, was amazing! I had fear of getting bangs for a while and she gave me confidents it would looks good with facial feature. Im happy I went with it. It looks awesome!!! Im definitely going back!Thank you for an excellent service!!!

    I was having serious hair loss issues due to an illness. Patty was recommended to me by one of her customers. Not only did she address my concerns, but she colored my hair (it had not been holding the color), and it lasted for 6 weeks.  In addition, she advised me regarding hair products to use, and advised me that my hair was naturally curly and styled it accordingly. I have since been fortunate that my hair has begun to grow in thicker.  I have never been so happy  with my hair in my life.  Not only is she an expert hairstylist, but she is a very kind and compassionate person.  I am always so excited before my hair appointments because I feel very comfortable with the results.  She is a true gem, and I am forever grateful to her.     I have been going to Salon West for over 10 years now. I recently started seeing a new stylist (Kelly) and shes been amazing. So far, shes been consistently on time, she does exactly what I ask for, as far as cut and color goes. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. The other employees at the salon are always friendly and welcoming when I am checking in/out. The salon has always been clean, but even more so now with the COVID-19 pandemic. Love Salon West.

I checked out 5 different places before I chose Salon West. I moved to Florida 6 months ago so its important to me to find and check for good places, prices and service. I asked if they did mens hair because I have men in my family. They do!

    A. couple of weeks ago I had my hair cut and styled buy new Talent Krissy, she was amazing she went over a bunch of different photos with me that were similar to what I brought in, went over in detail what I wanted and expected to be able to do with my hair and we made some choices together. now after being able to play with my hair on my own and see what I could actually achieve I have to say I am beyond thrilled whether I quickly brush it and run out the door or I take the time to manipulate it perfectly the way she did it always looks great and I get tons of compliments this is by far one of the best haircuts I have ever had. In the salon was great ,they had some great precautions in place to keep customers separated and was extremely clean and a friendly comforting environment will definitely be going back. :-) 5stars.

    Holly is absolutely a miracle worker!!!!! I was ready to chop off all my hair for a shorter style as I am getting ready to go into cosmetology school school myself and I am very happy with the way it came out !!! She also glossed over my existing highlights with a warm tone that when I looked in the mirror in my car I noticed immediately how well it enhanced my skin tone and features and everyone said “something about you has changed in a good way and that I look more lively !!!!” . She is very professional and I love her input on the hair industry would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!! The staff and atmosphere is also amazing!!!

    I had a great experience at this salon. It was a quick, last minute decision appt that I made. I called in on an early Saturday afternoon and received an appt a few hours later, hair cut and style only.I was greeted warmly upon arrival, was offered a beverage, I believe all non-alcohol products, and was given a tour of the salon, which I might say, was very nice and I may partake in some of their other services (nail and/or spa)!Emma was my stylist that day. Very pleasant personality and did a great job. The shampoo head massage💆🏼‍♀️was very relaxing, with a little extra time given than just a normal shampoo anywhere else, and additionally, the shampoo chair has built in massaging 😌 so just that whole experience is well worth it.Here is one thing that I know happens to me every time I get my haircut ... I walk away with red scrapes along my forehead. 😖 I dont know if anyone else experiences this but I have sensitive skin and salon stylists fingernails always get the best of me, and this is why I dislike getting my haircut. This did not happen this time and I appreciate just that little aspect more than anything. Stylists may not realize it but customers do! So, thank you Emma! I will definitely be returning and already have my followup appt made! 😉

    I felt welcomed and safe, as I entered the salon. The reception was warm, welcoming and respectful. Patty is an artist and hair is her medium. She looked at my pictures, listened to my ideas, studied my hair and after an AHmazing shampoo (head massage), she gave me the cut and style I has imagined. I highly recommend Salon West, and especially, I recommend Patty.

    I came here for a haircut in the very first person I met was a stylist named Denise. For the last year she has been the amazing Guru that managed my crazy Main. I just found out this past week that Denise is no longer with the company. Salon West did offer to introduce me to to new stylist that they felt would compare to Denise with my particular style. And they also offered me 50% off visit. I appreciate that and will definitely. Ill be back to edit on my new experience and if Ill be returning again.

    Kelly & Holly at the Clearwater location are both amazing. While dealing with some very difficult health issues Holly offered to braid my hair before I went in for another surgery. After undergoing so many surgeries and anesthesia my long hair was very damaged. Kelly knew the best option was to cut many inches off. While I was sad, she made me feel beautiful and did a fabulous job on my hair. I have gotten tons of compliments since cutting it. Kelly has helped me over the last 9 months to strengthen my hair while blending in the parts that had broken off and covered up the areas that had thinned due to illness. I am very thankful for both ladies and highly recommend them!

    Salon West is absolutely amazing and professional from Olivia at the front desk to Amber who did my hair. I’ve been hesitant since covid to go to a salon. They wear face masks and check everyone’s temperature at the door, which made me feel safe. I dyed my hair at home and destroyed it! There were blotches and it was orange and I missed a bunch of spots! Amber performed emergency maintenance and did damage control! She completely fixed everything and was a miracle worker! My hair has never looked this good! It’s a georgeous place and the staff is so professional, so nice and do such an amazing job!! I highly recommend this salon!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Kelly S is amazing. I see her every 8 weeks or so for cut and color. She takes her time to talk me through my ideas and her suggestions are always way better than what I was imagining. I am to the point now where I just tell Kelly to do whatever she wants with my color because I have zero doubts that it will exceed my expectations. The salon is clean, staff is friendly and they always offer drinks and snacks and even an arm massage while your color processes if you want. I highly recommend Salon West Clearwater, especially if you can schedule with Kelly S.

    Kristina did an amazing job on my hair. She spent 20 minutes just talking about the color I wanted and how I usually styled my hair. She picked a natural perfect Redken color and have my the style I wanted. I will definitely be back to see her in 8 weeks!

    Ive been going to Salon West at least 15 years back when it was Somers and Company. Many of the same experienced people are still there. Doug, the Manager was mentored by Patty who I saw for years and through his training and leadership is now managing the salon. It is awesome to see such talent arise at this salon for those of us tenured, with not so easy curly hair and color to deal with over the years. Always friendly, concerned, and concentrated service if offered to guests. I highly recommend Salon West, especially Doug and Patty for your hair needs.

    My hair was long and getting stringy after four years without a cut. Amber listened to what I wanted and did a very nice job with my trim. She also recommended products I could use without damage if I wanted to add some temporary color. I was a little shocked at a price of $64 but after four years I think it was worth it.

She will make you experience that much more at ease. She pampered me, I enjoyed every moment.     Salon West is a great salon. My hair always looks great when I leave. They treat you like a queen. It is not the most affordable salon, but you get what you pay for. I gave a 4 star review because a few times they have charged me for additives and/or treatments that I did not know they were doing until I paid. They should tell you what they are doing prior to doing it and if a special additive is going to be used, the price should be disclosed at that time.

    Went here on a whim as I really needed a haircut. I never even checked the price and sometime during the scalp massage/shampoo in the massage chair I was thinking this is going to be $50+, oh well, Im enjoying it. I was shocked when the total was $23! Made my next appointment right there and then and bought a gift card for my wife. Ana was great!

    Ive been going to Salon West for a few years now & love this salon better than any other one Ive tried previously in the area. The atmosphere is great and the new massage chairs in the hair washing station are awesome! I get highlights & a keratin treatment every time and am thankful there is wine & snacks to pass the time! Maxine is wonderful & I highly recommend her for color & cut.

    Brittany is just the bomb! So knowledgable, professional and talented. Ive seen her for 3 appts and my hair has never been in better shape! Everytime I see her she remembers the goals were working to achieve, that is so refreshing! She doesnt sell me on products, but educates me and recommends, this helps me decide what I want & need. The Source shampoo they sell in refillable bottles has been amazing. The sulfate free products work great on my fine hair. Everyone Ive encountered here has been awesome and I highly recommend Salon West. Above average customer service really does still exist.     Britanny was fantastic. It was the first time I had my hair cut since I moved from Brazil and I´m very peculiar because my hair is thin but very curly.     The staff is always friendly and attentive. Punctuality never a problem. The stylist are great. Rarely get a bad haircut, if a problem they are quick to amend. They offer drinks, hand massage and massage chairs. All well done.

    This salon is very nice and I love my stylist Maxine. I always look for a salon that uses Redkin hair color as it stays in my red hair, which is prone to fading, the longest. The salon is very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. No complaints here.

    I Was in there for a facial with Suzy, had a haircut with Nicolette, and for the first time a massage with Suzy. It was unbelievable. I also go to Doug which is a good hairdresser.     Had an AMAZING Expierence Yesterday!! Doug Is The Bomb!! He made me feel comfortable and also eduacated me on my hair more than I knew, to help me find some products.
