I went to Ulta on Sunday the 13th with my sister to have a fun girls day to get some essentials and Halloween makeup pieces as well, and it was busy! That didn’t stop Mary and this other lovely young lady from helping both of us out not once but 3 times unprompted! I have never had such a great experience at Ulta like this one because even though it was busy Mary still made us a priority! She also grabbed the absolute perfect lipstick for my sister’s costume with just a description of the outfit! We had been to 2 other stores before looking and it’s easy to say I am so thankful we went to this specific Ulta! I know I speak for my sister and I when I say we will definitely be back! Mary and the other young lady (I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name, but she would know about the greenish/teal lipstick) deserve a raise for sure!!! Thank you so much!

I wish I lived closer to this location because this is the best Ulta Ive been to. It was a moderately busy day but they were well staffed. Most Ultas I have visited are understaffed and the staff dont seem as knowledgeable as everyone here was. Everyone was also super kind and helpful! This location also has a huge selection! Definitely my favorite location so far.

I like the location of the store, and understand theyre going to remodel so itll be closed for a while and excited to see what happens. I hope they work on the staff too as its hit or miss with some of them. Sometimes I feel like Im bothering them by my question or in their way. Ummm excuse me should be in their vocabulary when theyre hustling through the store and almost run you over like youre not even there. Im there to support your business and I spend enough money. (Its almost like the pretty womans experience) 😳 But there are some good people in there, maybe just not enough! Sorry not sorry

Omg believe me when I say this, Alia P. blessed my hair. I got a haircut, color and did a whole new look I am not used to…. Especially with bangs too. I am in love. It’s been 3 weeks since my cut and every day (not trying to be dramatic) I still get compliments on my hair. She is NOT heavy handed and was gentle with my head. I’ve been to places who have traumatized me and honestly my hair was down to my buttcrack at that point. I literally had trust issues until I met Alia!!! Thank you for blessing me with your magic hands. I will definitely go back and I have recommended so many friends, family and even strangers about her. #Obsessed

THANK YOUUUUUU. I wanted to thank this Ulta store and foremost (goodness, Im bad with names). She is the makeup artist who works over in the makeup department and helped me TREMENDOUSLY today. I told her how, after being sick for so long, Im finally getting to wear full face makeup and feel good, but I was really struggling to match my skin tone. She took me through primers/cc, made suggestions, offered any answers to questions, and guided me through my skin needs (that have also changed🙄), answering all of my 1,400 questions. A friend suggested a brand, so she took me to different brands of cosmetics to discuss everything foundation ! She was such a great help/teacher/guide, and Ive already suggested a friend to stop in and see you guys. We will be back in soon!P.S. she has black hair, curly, pulled back. Perfect eyebrows 🤔, forgot her name. Either way, give her a raise.

Without your recommendations I honestly wouldn’t have known where else to look for the perfect concealer. As someone who is usually the lightest color in foundations (if they go that light) it’s hard to find a concealer to brighten without it being too yellow or red. Thank you so much!! I have a love and hate relationship with ULTA for many reasons. Normally I am able to find the products that I am looking without a hassle, however this time I was very upset to find that most of the skincare had been completely rearranged with no one on the floor to help locate the items. As I went to the front to check out, I wanted to redeem my birthday gift and needed help finding a product which neither were in store!!!!! (completely upsetting) I was very pleased with how Cashier Chloe handled the situation. She was very nice and reassuring, providing the correct information to get both my of my concerns addressed as well as the cashier next to her. Normally I have issue’s especially at check out but today I was very pleased! I stopped shopping at this location a few months back due to the lack of good customer service but my experience today has completely changed my perspective!

Im not in Ulta too often but I was surprised by the level of service and the product knowledge Bianca (associate with luxury brands) gave me. I planned to start some Christmas shopping but Bianca also helped me with the new line, Pat McGrath and I sampled some new perfume besides picking up a few things. Of late, customer service is often not as polished as my experience in Ulta. Recommend that you seek her out if youre in the store.

Wow I am sooo pleased with my shopping experience. the younger girl who had pink glasses and blonde hair (didn’t get her name) but she was so helpful and sweet she made my day she complimented me and she gave me wonderful advice in which items I picked out because I was a bit confused on what I needed to get for my hair and skin. And this ulta compared to others I have seen are so well taken care of not dirty at all and the other employees there were all so nice as well. Definitely will be returning back.

I had an amazing experience today at Ulta with Lee -the Clinique consultant. She gladly took her time to help me pick the right products for my skin & has given me tips to better apply my makeup. I am also greatful for her to introduce me to the Clinique products and show me how well they work. She was very knowledgeable, kind, not pushy, and respectful. This was the first time at Ulta someone helped me to chose the right products for me. This establishment is lucky to have Lee.

I received an email saying there were changed to my account. So I immediately contacted customer care and spoke with 2 different people, they said they couldnt see any changes and to email them the actual email I received and they would investigate (their wording) and get back to me. I didnt hear back so I called again a few days later and still no one was able to help. I had almost $200 dollars saved on my account from the diamond rewards, so I was a little concerned. I then attempted to go onto my account and change the password. It told me I had no account. So I took a screenshot of that and I sent it to the same email that said they were investigating and someone completely different messaged me back telling me I dont have an account and to create one!! Talk about frustrated! If I was basing my review on Ulta Customer Support, they would have ZERO!! ZERO STARS!Luckily for Ulta, they have actual people inside their stores that care. I decided to go into the store in Clearwater and just ask for help. The people in customer care were not helping and obviously theres no investigation going on since its been almost a month and no one has contacted me. When I went to the counter a very nice lady named Christine helped me. She knew immediately that someone had hacked into my account and changed the email. She then called over her manager Nathan who went above and beyond by contacting customer support for me, on his phone, to be sure that everything was handled. We did find that someone (on the day that I initially called about the email) hacked into my account and spent the money I had accumulated through the member rewards. Not only did he fix my issue, but he made sure that they returned my rewards. I was a little irritated that I had to create a new account, but so thankful that he was concerned and caring enough to take time to do this for me.Christine and Nathan are assets to Ulta! I am very thankful for their help, as the main 800# and the 3 different people I spoke to were useless! They actually could have saved their company money if they would have acted on my initial call about the email.

I have very long hair and it had been way too long since my last cut so I was nervous, but Liz made me feel so comfortable and gave me probably my favorite haircut ever. My 14 year old daughter and I have both had a haircut by Melissa D and wow she is amazing. Not only is so so sweet and so cute but man is she smart! She took her time with my daughter helping her decide on her color and cut. She explained how certain colors would be to much damage and really worked with my daughter to get the look she wanted without damaging her hair. She styled my daughters hair and showed her how to do it.She has cut my hair twice and will be coloring it next week. My cut is so cute and I would of never even tried this look had she not suggested it. But I 100% love my haircut! Thanks Melissa you are the best!!!!

I came In yesterday, Wednesday 2/2, around 5pm, a girl with long dark brown hair and perfect makeup helped me pick out foundation, mascara, lip plumper, and setting spray. If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have bought anything, I’m clueless with makeup but I need it right now because of a breakout. I never spend that much money but I love everything I got! Way better than what I had. She was so helpful and nice, I just wanted to say Thankyou, and I’ll be back soon!

I was feeling a bit bad about myself and needed a new look. My hair was in need. It was my first visit to Ulta Salon and my appointment was with Melissa. She was seriously the best stylist I have ever seen. She spent hours correcting my color and the cut was the icing on the cake. Her enthusiasm is contagious. It was the first time I met Melissa and when I left I had a new friend. She definitely knows what she is doing. Her work literally brought me to tears. If you need a cut go see Melissa. I love this store. I have always been treated very nicely and have been offered help a lot. Every time I go in, no matter how I am dressed. Today I was in sneakers, shorts and a normal t-shirt and I was welcomed. Asked if I needed assistance, which I did. Was offered enough assistance, but it wasnt sales pushing. Especially coming from another store that I will not mention where I was ignored - I was very impressed. Unfortunately, the cap of the perfume that I bought today was broken, but I have a lot of faith that they will be able to exchange it. I will update you guys after I go in tomorrow to see if my opinions change.

I scheduled a last minute appointment with Melissa to have my hair trimmed and it was honestly one of the best salon experiences I have ever had. Melissa is SO SWEET and gentle! She definitely made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend and usually I am super shy/ anxious when having services done. She made me feel comfortable enough to say how I wanted something done and didn’t hesitate when I asked if she was able to style my super curly thick hair. My hair was so bad off when I showed up, I didn’t have a single strand of hair that didn’t have a split/dead end. She took the time the dust those off my hair before even starting the service, and asked if I wanted a deep conditioning to reset my hairs ph without making me feel obligated to say yes (which I’m so glad I did say yes!!). She also didn’t take too much length off my hair, it’s basically the same length which is something I usually worry about since it’s much easier to cut length off instead of taking the time to trim all the dead ends. I also must mention that she has angelic hands when it comes to the hair washing, I literally started dosing off lol. I left with so much confidence, not a single dead end in sight, 10x more knowledge on how to manage my crazy curls and with a new stylist I am going to regularly book with! It may have been a simple hair trim but she definitely made it feel like a luxury experience. It’s so refreshing to have a stylist that genuinely cares that you leave feeling great about yourself, if you couldn’t already tell I HIGHLY recommend Melissa!!!!

If you want good hair or eyebrows come here to Gina (brows) or Kylee (hair). Gina is basically a wizard when it comes to brows she has made my brows look thicker and amazing over the past year of coming here. I was a victim to the trauma that is early 2000s brows and my brows have legit never look better now. Kylee is a very talented hair stylist and knows what hair she is just so good. I tell all my friends the two of them at this Ulta location are incredible and I do not go anywhere else for brows or hair.

I had a great experience here. I called on a Sat last minute and got an appt. I sat down with Britt, looked in the mirror at my ugly roots and asked her is she could squeeze in doing my roots. She said yes! My appt was only for a cut and style so she made that happen even though she was scheduled with another customer she worked me in. I really appreciated that. I had a gloss put on my hair and while it did its thing I could walk around and try on makeup, look for xmas gifts, it was pretty cool. I had no problem with sales help. I think 4 or 5 times a sales person offered to help me so the earlier reviews here are not my experience at all. Britt did a really really nice job with the cut and style and color. I am very pleased. I will go back again. It was friendly and the service was excellent. I had used Ulta for my brows before this experience and also had a good experience that is why I went there for my hair.

I love, love, LOVE Sarah Fuentes in the facial bar at this location. She has helped nourish my face back to health from the hormonal craziness my skin went through during pregnancy and the dryness from breastfeeding. I truly have had a pretty good experience with the staff and some of the managers here. Just make sure to always ask what your points are, use them if you want and ALWAYS ask for samples when your purchasing a high end product because most of the time they wont give it to you unless you ask. Other then that I like this location. I always call ahead of time if I was something specific because the Ulta website might say they have some but in reality they dont have it in stock.

Shoutout to Jessica in the salon! She killed it and offered so many recommendations for hair brands. I ended up leaving with the Curl Smith shampoo and conditioner.Left photo with the blonde is the before. My hair was very dry, brittle and wasn’t growing anymore. The color was also dull in my opinion, so we did a color glaze and cut! A glaze is a treatment that provides a new tone to your hair while also making it shiny! I’ll be back to see Jessica!

Since moving to Florida I went to 3 women for a men’s haircut both at 2 different Whole Aveda’s & prior to that NYC at a major expense place. The cut is reasonable and you build up points on purchases besides haircuts, for 11 cuts I get 1 free- who else is doing this? Trust me- she’s outstanding & I’m not one who likes big retail stores, but super professional and trendy

Niccole is the best hair stylist hands down! My hair was damaged and shes brought it back to life. The store in general is always clean and tidy and its easy to find things. Britt Brishop is one of the most talented stylists I have ever met. She can do an incredible cut or style, but color is where she really shines. She will realistically tell you what it will take to do what you want with your hair in a way that won’t destroy your hair. Heather is a product knowledge boss! I have been on the hunt for a foundation/concealer combination that doesnt stress my sensitive skin AND has full but natural coverage for years. Note I have major redness and texture issues, not naturally flawless skin. The way Heather looked at my face, listened to me then grabbed product immediately, I figured she was just winging it like other people in the past. Nope, its perfect and took all of five minutes. Im stunned. My only complaint is that I wish she had done an entire face makeup (eyes, lips) because now I want to know all her suggestions.Only one other person (Jessica at Nordstrom International Clinique Counter) has helped me at this level. I just can spend 72 hours in ulta and still NOT BE FINISHED shopping. For the love if gid, stop me please. I could live in ulta. It was nice during the pandemin that you could order online, drive there, and they brought it out! Nice convenience.(My only problem with ulta the company website is... duri g the pandemic i Was trying to order a perfume which was a little over a $100, but I had to gift cards and then of Isa card so I needed 3 lines of payment to purchase that perfume. It only allowed me to add 1 gift card and one other payment but not the other gift card. It only allowed 1 gift card to be used online for my 1 item purchase that was over that amount.Ulta, please fix this??It was fine though, because the next week the store was open and I just went in and used the gift cards together.
