My 2nd visit to Aveda Institute since moving to Florida in May.Again I received an amazing service w Whitney! She listened to me and made suggestions. She was skilled and precise. Her instructor was hands on! I Have ALOT of very wavy hair. I like to dry it sometimes but love my air dry curls too.Im sad only because Whitney graduates soon. I went in with ideas that I wanted to have achieved and although they can never guarantee a precise color they always do their best to match it. I walked away happy and will go back and see my Jr Stylist Jay! Always remember this is a school and unless you have at least minimum of 4 hours to devote to a color and cut then consider elsewhere. If you are looking for a great service even with prolonged time and a great price then most certainly come here. This makes my 4th trip here for color, foils and bleach. The student services were professional, the facilities were clean and inviting, as always the Aveda products are high quality, and the prices were very reasonable. I had a waxing service and the 90 minute facial. Highly recommend and will go back again. Massage services are in high demand though, and if youre interested, you may need to schedule well in advance.

I was greeted when I walked in, given tea, and escorted to the spa area as soon as I walked in. I had the body polish service, which was really relaxing, but I prefer back facials, I think. I was basically just body scrub and lotion applied to back, legs, feet and arms. She did a great job, but its basically what I do in the shower. I didnt like the end when I was escorted to the retail area, and she filled a basket with the products she used. I think that is pushy. She dropped the basket at the desk and, when paid, the cashier was adding them to my bill until I stopped her. If I wanted products, I would ask. It is ok to ask someone if they want to buy items. Putting them in a basket and giving them to the cashier is rude.

I have had a great experience with Katie K (student stylist) there. I have been a repeat client of hers. When I express what I am wanting my finished hair to look like, she works very hard to make that happen. The last visit I requested whole hair color with a large “money piece” around my face. Katie did a beautiful job and I am very happy with my look. I have received so many compliments on the coloring job Katie did! Would recommend - just keep in mind these are students and not long term experienced stylist. That’s why the prices are less. :)

In need of a haircut, and a bit disappointing that the place I normally go has tripled prices since COVID. A friend suggested I check out Aveda. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told it was required. I also discovered that haircuts were only done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, so I requested (online) a request for Saturday AM.I arrived several minutes early and found the check-in station with three staff. I was checked in and told it would be few minutes, “Would I like a water, coffee or tea while waiting?” Hmm my barber never did that!After a short wait I was introduced to Lys, who would trim my hair. As I followed her back I was amazed and the sheer size of it all. Huge! Dozens of stations for different treatments, plus what appeared to be rooms off to the West, probably for massages.Lys asked how I wanted my hair trimmed and I answered her. Then she asked specific questions about each area. I really liked that. She was great. The only issue I had was that the chair was short for my six foot frame, the headrest pressed on my shoulder blades.After a cautious and very detailed cut and approval of a supervisor I was done. I was cautioned by my friend that it would not be a 10 minute trim I was used to having. True, it take longer, but I loved the meticulous attention.Then I asked for the ticket and where to pay. I expected $12 to $15. Imagine my shock when there was no charge!! What!! Maybe because it was my first visit or because it was done by a first year trainee? Either way, I slipped Lys a $10 bill and she was off again.This was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back. Next time though on a Tuesday or Thursday. Saturday was very busy, much as I expected.

Hank did exactly what I asked him to do and trimmed 1.5 inches off the ends. He validated his understanding of curly hair and the shrinkage effect as it dries. I tried the new BeCurly line but still prefer the NutriPlenish products because they better moisturize my thirsty curls. Thank you Hank for my fun visit!

I enjoy going to the Aveda Institute. However, you should know up front that students are doing your hair and sometimes it shows. First let me say, I love Aveda products and everyone at the institute is very welcoming. I also enjoy the price of the service you receive bc it’s students. All that being said plan on being there for a long time. My longest visit was around 4 hours for a color touch up on my roots. Hair cuts usually take 2.5 hours but I do have a lot of hair but still a very long time. Also, on a few occasions I have left with dye still in my hair or just hair that’s still damp after my blowout. Yet I will continue going bc I like and I’m always happy with the way my hair looks once I leave.

Tiffany Griffin and educator Brandon were both great for highlights and a cut! Patient, gentle, and meticulous, and got me the result I wanted. It does take about 50% longer than at a salon. However, this is great service that’s affordable with clean Aveda products!

My first time at Aveda was Friday 6/28. Ansleigh did a phenomenal job! She did exactly what I asked for. My hair has volume, looks a million times healthier and feels so silky soft. The overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Went in for a full highlight and low light. My student was graduating the following day, so I lucked out as far as experience went. She did an amazing job on my hair. Although it took 4 1/2 hours (twice as long as my regular stylist), I would say it was worth it, as it is 1/2 the price of what it would be at a salon. I also feel like she took the time to really be precise with the foils. She said she loved doing foils which was evident. So again, I lucked out on that.I’m not sure you can request a level of the student. But there are juniors and Masters. If you’re nervous at all request, the master student, they are closer to graduation. Tipping is done in cash only-directly to the student if you wish. FYI.The greeting area is much nicer than I expected. I was offered water or tea. Everyone seemed friendly.I would go back.

The Aveda services are very convenient, it was easy making an appointment online. The service was very good from the moment I walked in. they offered me water or tea. Paris was the student and she worked with her teacher Brandon on balancing my highlights. Over time my highlights became too blonde. Both teacher and student worked with me on best approach. The end result was a beautiful color combo that fits me better. This is the third time Ive gone to the school for color and I have nothing negative to say, they do a good job of trying to understand and satisfy their clients. When making an appointment allow a little extra time in your schedule.

Always a great experience. The students are thorough and careful with all services which I appreciate. They ask plenty of questions to grasp what you’re looking for. The prices are very reasonable too. Be patient with the students and be kind if they need more clarification. This is not the place to come in and yell at people. Go somewhere else if you’re going to be extremely picky. People are learning here ❤️

I have been coming to Aveda for over three years. More often than not I have a good hair experience. However for the last year your pedicure stations are really going down hill. They are badly stained - they are black. It is embarrassment to your establishment. Many of the jets dont work and the water is not hot enough. They need repair and upgraded. During my last visit I had to change stations three times because the hot water did not work. When we found one with hot water the jets did not work. Again - this is not an exception but the norm . I also had a color retouch that turned out very well.

I have gotten my hair cuts here for years. Gives the students the opportunity to gain experience while I save a little money.Teachers sign off on their work before you leave. It may take a little more time than at a regular salon but I go with that in mind.Overall I would recommend people to give it a try. They have other spa options to try also.

Maya was my student yesterday and she is great !!! The only reason I am disappointed today is because it was my last appointment with Maya since she is graduating in 2 weeks.

I have been here several times and they are meticulous and do a great job. They also use Aveda products which I enjoy and smell great. However be prepared to spend a lot of time here. The students have to consult frequently with their instructor and this takes time especially when they are busy. Also gave it 4 Stars because at my most recent visit they spent a long time cutting my hair but they didn’t style it at all like I had asked. So I had to style it myself when I left. But you take the good with the bad when you pay so little for a service.

This is the most delightful experience Ive had with a haircut in a long time. I chose a cut by a senior student and Lexie was wonderful. She asked me for my input, had her educator double-check everything, was very patient and I left with a great cut for only $20!. I booked a second cut with her immediately. Ive gone to Aveda many times for products but the services are terrific too. UPDATE: Booked my follow-up appointment with Sam before leaving. She was very skilled in both listening and cutting. The Aveda Institute is clean, comfortable and continues to provide excellent services.

If you have curly hair go see Jada! I came in on Saturday. I really wanted/needed to get my hair done. I have super curly hair and so Im not going to lie, going to a school is kinda scary. People say they know how to cut curly hair and they dont.Let me tell you Jada did an amazing job! She helped me through the whole process because honestly I had no idea what I wanted. Just something different. Miss Elani helped her through the entire process and let me tell you shes an amazing teacher.I would recommend these two so much!I have half foils and a hair cut! Price was surprisingly high for a school. But Im not holding that against Jada ☺️

From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a great experience! I checked in at the front desk which was a simple process and a few minutes later was greeted by Helen for a full foil. I knew coming to the salon that they are students doing hair so I planned for a full day. since I have ALOT of hair that is super long and thick, I expected it would take double the amount of time for a regular full foil.When I started the process with Helen she asked questions about what tones I wanted and gave her recommendations as well. I’m a pretty laid back person and told her the gist of what I wanted but also wanted to allow her some space for her own creativity.I was there for a total of 6 hours including consult, foils, shampoo and style which is NOT BAD! I loved how meticulous Helen was with taking her time and making sure my hair turned out perfect! Spending six hours with someone the conversation starts flowing and it felt like I was just hangin with a friend! I will definitely be back and will be booking with Helen again!

I had my haircut today by Jordan W. She did an awesome job and love it! I hadn’t had a haircut in over a year and have been a loyal Aveda institute customer for over 10 years. But what made this visit so special was Jordan. She was super nice, warm, kind, really listened to me and her educators. She really took her time and know she will do great things after she graduates. I’ve been getting layers in my long straight fine hair for years and I took her recommendation for a one length cut and her educator agreed. My hair looks much better and fuller without the layers. I now know what to ask for going forward thanks to her. Her customer services skills are awesome. Like I said I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this is definitely one student I will remember for years to come. I love my haircut as does my husband.

I just completed the Clinical skin care course. I needed continuing education to transfer my license to Florida. The clinical Skin care instructor, Mrs Stephanie is the best teacher/instructor I have had. With her experience, knowledge, and teaching the proper technic for all modalities, and facial techniques. Her She shares her knowledge of ingredients daily and help with products that are to be used properly according to a clients skin. She goes above and beyond to help each student, and Truly cares that you Graduate with all the tools and knowledge to become successful. I have attended other schools in the area, if you are looking to become knowledgeable, proficient in your skills, I recommend American Institute of Beauty and complete the Clinical course.Also the staff is Amazing. The director Mr. Bill goes above and beyond to help each student, and always makes you laugh and smile. Thank you

Keep in mind that this is a beauty school and the students are still learning. You can choose to have a junior level or senior level hair stylist. For my visit, I saw a senior level student named Chloe for a simple haircut. It cost me $16 for a shampoo, cut, and blow-dry which is a deal considering they only use premium quality Aveda products. I was happy with the way my hair looked and felt. After my service, the stylist escorts you to the front to checkout. Before they bring you to the register, they have to show you and recommend the products that they used on your hair during your appointment and they put them into a basket to take to the register. You are not obligated to purchase the products so if you do not wish to buy them you can politely decline. Everyone was really nice at Aveda Institute and I enjoyed my visit from start to finish.

My stylist was amazing. She definitely could walk and chew gum. We carried on a wonderful conversation while she did wonders to my hair. I have been going to the Aveda school for over least fifteen years and the experience is so consistent. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try. And yes I have to plan the outing as I live in Tampa...plan ahead.PS. The most amazing and small world experience was that the stylist had lived in Nederland Co (I lived in Boulder) and she knew the story of the Frozen Dead Guy...go figure

Ive been going here for over 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. Each student is different in personality and skill. The last one I had a few times, Emily was absolutely the best all around. Of late, I have noticed that the instructors dont check the color saturation after it is applied or the barrier cream is not applied around your face prior to color unless you ask for it (which should be standard like in professional Aveda salons). All in all, I will continue to go because I am happy with the services. I think this is a great way for students to learn. As a nurse, I was a student once :)

OK. Ill admit it. I came here because I needed to save some bucks. I was not expecting much and if anything I was like well its just hair and itll grow back, no biggie. I keep my hair in a very short pixie and Im usually really good about keeping up with going to the salon every 6-8 weeks to keep it in shape. Unfortunately due to a myriad of reasons I wont bore you with, I wasnt able to go to my usual salon for about 5 months because the usual $66.00 price tag was a bit too much for my current circumstances.I walked into Aveda with a sweet, sweet mullet that would make any trailer park proud. I was instantly struck by how professional the place looked. Everyone, from the lady who checked me in, to my stylist student (Brianna) and all the wonderful instructors were great!I was warned beforehand by other folks who have gone to cosmetology schools that it would take longer than my usual in and out. I wasnt concerned with this since it meant a two hour vacation from my (ahem) wonderful children. It did take longer than usual (about two hours) but my hair looks amazing and at every step of the haircut an instructor would come and inspect, give pointer and then the student did her thing. All in all very professional and I will definitely be going back and for the bargain price of $12.00 (plus tip) I will definitely be going back. Might get a facial next time. Fantastic job!

Ive been going now to the Clearwater Aveda for 6 months. I get facials, color and cuts. Allie will be missed by me as she graduates. Im easy going, so I enjoy the ladies learning process. Everyone that I have come across is very friendly. Dont go here if you are fussy and expect way beyond what students can deliver. Personally, I have enjoyed every visit. The supervisors are great and watching the students.

The staff and students are very professional and nice. The student that cut my hair did a good job. I enjoyed talking with her and she didn’t mind all my questions about her life, the training she is going through, etc... They recommended products that I should purchase but applied no pressure for me to buy. They actually took my basket away thinking I didn’t want anything and I had to grab it back to get the two items I did want.The only bad thing was I didn’t even think to tip! My bad....I plan to make it up to the student when I go back to get my hair colored!Great prices, great job!

This is the second time I have been to Aveda Institute. Courtney W. was my stylist. My hair is super thick, but she did an absolutely amazing job!!! She was not afraid to ask her instructor questions to ensure a fabulous outcome. I love and appreciate the time she took. I am very pleased with my experiences here. Ive been here twice, both times for a facial. This time, they had a deal for a 60-minute facial for $20.21. You really cannot beat that price, and I like Aveda products. I believe right now with COVID-19 protocols, you are required to have an appointment and cant just walk in. I was greeted at the door by an employee and check-in was easy.Emma handled my facial and she was fantastic! She was very friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. I went in for a relaxing experience and thats certainly what I got. I upgraded with a plant peel for an additional $10 and the entire time I couldnt help thinking what a treat this was. Afterward, youre given an opportunity to speak with an instructor to provide feedback on the student and then youre taken to the retail area to check out. Thankfully, Emma wasnt pushy at all and just let me know which products she recommends for me. I will definitely come back here again for another facial and will also check out their other services.

This was my first time at Aveda and let me tell you I was so impressed!!! I read the reviews before coming so I was thinking you get what you pay for type thing. But wrong!!! Anne was amazing. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. The students have an instructor they have to report to before starting service and after to insure everything is going smoothly. I have very thick long hair so it’s hard to find someone good but I did with Anne she was so amazing. I’m so thankful for this place and for her.

I had a thoroughly delightful experience at Aveda Institute Tampa Bay in Palm Harbor. My stylist is named Katie. I needed a refresher in make-up application. She is extremely professional, very friendly and validated what I know while quickly and efficiently guiding me with her vast knowledge. To top it off, it is super fun! It is like spending the afternoon with a friend trying different looks and cosmetics. Katie held her color shades like an artists palette while she lightly brushed my face. I had a wonderful experience at the Tampa/clear-water location. Me and my daughter came in for our first service. This is a cosmetology school, but the student we had for our services were highly professional. They give you a head and neck massage while performing your hair service. This is a fantastic option for salon services at a lower cost. The educator was overseeing the services and me and my daughter were treated like princesses. I felt as though I was a celebrity, being catered too by a staff of professionals. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will return. Lisa and Erica rocked!

Madison Littke’s skill as a hairdresser exceeded my expectations, which were quite high at the outset! She quickly assessed my request for cool highlights in my hair, got approval from her mentor, and got down to business. I came in for a highlight but had some remnants of blue and purple pigmented conditioner on my hair. I talked with them about my concerns and they determined that they also had concerns and a strand test was needed. Thank goodness, because my strand test turned mint green! Instead of risking my highlights, they gave me their professional opinion and suggested a trim, a botanical treatment, and we finished with a blowout. Kinga did an amazing job on my hair! I took a no-makeup selfie when I got home and felt so confident with how my hair looked, even though it wasn’t what I went on for. I appreciated their professionalism and am glad they were honest with me so I left satisfied. I will 100% return!

I had incredible experience with an impeccable student, Rhiannon. I went in to get a half head of foils which took longer than expected because my hair is much thicker than it looks. An instructor asked another student to come help and the other student didn’t do what rhiannon had asked her to, so one side of my head had a few bleeding foils on the hairline. However the salon gave me a service guarantee to come back and have it fixed. The first time my hair didn’t take to the color so I came back once more 2 days later and eventually we were able to fix the other girls mistake. Rhiannon was so delightful the entire time and did a great job listening to the instructors suggestions. I was so grateful to have her as my hairdresser. In the end my hair turned out even better than I had hoped for, and I will definitely be back again. And as for the angry people who want to pay half price for a stellar/professional hairstyle, please understand that these are students who are still learning their technique. It is so ignorant of you to expect these young men and women who haven’t even graduated yet to do a color melt with not one mistake made. If you expect a phenomenal outcome then dont go to a school with students who don’t have the experience yet. Get over yourself.

I made an appointment for a pedicure and a lash tinting at the Tampa Bay/Clearwater Institute. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and my nail tech, Jessica W.,actually took me 15 minutes early. She was very professional, super sweet and easy to talk to. She did an awesome job and I enjoyed the foot massage and final product. I even got to take my polish and files home with me. Next, I saw Michelle (red hair) for my tinting. She too was very friendly and my lashes look amazing! Ive had this done other places over the years and sometimes it can sting. With Michelle I didnt feel a thing! I tipped both of my ladies and not including tips, I spent a total of $28. You cant beat it and I will absolutely make another appointment with both of these women.

I drive 3 hours to come here and get my hair highlighted. This visit Dio did my hair it took 8 hours but my hair is thick and long and I knew what to expect. I love this establishment! I was born into a familty of cosmetologist, therefore, I know very well, when Im in a professional well run salon. Once I entered, everyone had smiles n salutations while following the nessesary health precautions. The building is very clean, neat n well decorated. I left Aveda with all my expectations exceed and it cost under $100. Definitely book and appointment!Just remember that these are STUDENTS. So it’s going to take them longer than it would a salon. I have a friend, Danielle Winckel, that is a student at Aveda. She invited me to come and experience a facial with her. It was OUTSTANDING! Aveda creates a wonderful environment for a peaceful and relaxing area where the facials are done. Danielle was over the top a professional and honestly,.... she preformed the facial like she had been doing them many years. She and her teacher ensured that the proper products were used on my skin. After about 60-90 minutes of being pampered, when the facial was over and I looked in the mirror, I was extremely impressed with the results! My skin was smooth, fine lines diminished and the areas around my eyes were bright and youthful looking! Danielle also assisted me with purchasing some of the products that she used, because I wanted to continue using them at home. I highly recommend that you allow Aveda and its students ----to make you feel and look beautiful! Be sure to ask for Danielle!

I got a facial at the Clearwater location by Amanda and she was amazing. The front desk staff are also pleasant and always ready to help. I definitely plan on being a repeat customer for more facials. My one critique is the noise that goes on outside the rooms. There is always a lot of chatter and movement by (Im assuming) the staff RIGHT outside the doors of the spa rooms towards the back. It made it hard for me to fully relax and there were some moments where I could barely hear the relaxing music over the speakers. I felt bad that Amanda had to apologize for the noise, because it wasnt her doing. I would definitely recommend this location for low cost facials to my friends and family if there was a more quiet, relaxed atmosphere. That is the only thing missing!

I love this place! You get to feel totally pampered for a fraction of the cost of a professional salon. The students strive for customer satisfaction, and the instructors are diligent. I have had service from Joleigh twice in the past couple of months and she is great! Very personable and professional. She seems to really care about making her customer happy and love their hair. She spends a lot of time with me, and the cost is very low, cheaper than some of the walk-in places. Its a fun and vibrant setting, and just good vibes to be there. You get offered a beverage when you are waiting, and the wait is never more than a few minutes. Also, they are not hard sell about their products. I have never been made to feel like anyone is trying to upsell me something. I have even asked about a product they used, because I love the smell, or the way it makes my hair feel, etc. I have been going to this institute for about 5 years now, and absolutely love it!

Love how my hair turned out. My only complaint is that one of the educators told my student the wrong formula: the use 20volume with clay bleach. So we wasted 2 hours waiting for my hair to lift before a different educator came by and told her that she had to use 30 or 40 volume with clay. She corrected with the different volume and it took 10 minutes. So that was a bit frustrating, but the overall result my student was able to achieve is phenomenal. She did a great job even with the hurdles.

I was originally going to JCon and needed to trim my budget. Thats when I discovered the Institute.The students are absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and attentive. I usually receive a Master hairstylist because my hair is long/curly/coarse and I get a 2 color treatment with balayage as well as toner/deep conditioning and its very affordable. The only thing I dont like is you cant tip on a credit card so I know now for next time to be more prepared.Thank you Hannah and Elana - two fantastic hairstylists !!!!

I wanted my hair lightened, and the professional hairdresser who did it about 6 weeks before made a mess of it....brassy red instead of blonde. I thought that Id try the Aveda institute since the instructors know what they are doing. Olbi did my hair, and there were 2 instructors who worked with him and me. Long story short, they fixed my hair, and I am pretty much back to blonde. The only reasons I am docking one star are because it took six hours and the place was freezing. Olbi is great, and Ive already made a return appt. Next time, though, I wont have foils as I cant take the long wait.

My services were great. My stylist, Olbi, went above and beyond to help me with my color correction. Unfortunately the only issues I had were the instructors. When asking a question about cutting my heavy, thick hair, the instructor came over took over the hair cut and removing length and angle I wanted in my cut. In our discussions with her we hadn’t discussed the cut yet so that was disappointing but it’ll grow out in a week or two and I’ll be fine. More importantly my color is gorgeous. Thank you Olbi!! 🖤My boyfriend had services at the same time an d unfortunately his experience was subpar. He asked for a cut and to be colored pastel purple. Pastels are hard. But after several bleachings and just toner his hair is still yellow with purple roots. This literally went on from 9:45 to 7pm. He did leave at one point to eat since this was not supposed to be an all day activity and no one told him that possibility. I feel with his there should have been better communication and actually discussed if this wasn’t possible after the 2nd attempt. It’s ok to say this isn’t possible since they’re students, people are understanding, but wasting all day for a total of 4-5 processes with no end result is not right.

So I love this place. I’ve been to several Aveda Institutes. This one I’ve experienced twice. If you are expecting too much you are going to be disappointed, but if you have the right mindset this can be a fun place. I’ve had awesome hair styles and acceptable. One time I left with Marcho Grouch eyebrows, but it was just makeup. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a special day, but if you are open to helping someone and have a good attitude, then it’s a fun place to try something new or enjoy luxuries at bargain prices.

I walked into Aveda to see what I could get done with my hair. It is wiry and was way to long for me. I met my stylist, she was cute and a little older than I expected. Now this is a school and my expectations were not very high. I showed her a picture, we talked a little. She took on the job and did a really really, great job. Thank you Michelle.

Very reluctant to have anyone touch my hair, too many disasters in the past. However, my hairdresser, Veronica... took her time to find out and transform my experience into a postive situation. Couldnt be happier with the price,... my only uncomfortable part was , during check out.... The gentleman that was handling my transaction was unprofessional and rude,... I chose some products that they used but not all...when I eliminated some items in my cart, he was aggressive and copped an attitude. Enough to make me not want to go back there. Although, I will give it another chance,.... I recommend allowing additional time for your experience. My appointment was for 2 Oclock... I left close to 7:30 pm.

I had the opportunity to get my hair washed and styled by Eva. What a delightful person! She was warm, gracious and a joy to talk with. She did a beautiful job on my hair.My only regret is that I was here for a short visit so I won’t be able to scheduleanother service with her! Went with my friend for the first time. I was Paired with Selena. Very friendly and professional. Friend asked for a pixie cut and has been in there for 3 hours now, so make some time for your cut if you want to do something drastic. Otherwise, loved it 💕

I felt hurt that due to my hair type Grace didnt want to do my hair, she had the facility lie and say she is sick so they reschedule me with another stylist. When i walked in there was Grace, she couldnt even look at me. Disgusted i was but she wasnt worth my energy. I had a wonderful, friendly and warm stylist and she was amazing and my hair turned out great. Grace i dont think this is the right profession for u. 5 star to the stylist who did my hair -0 fpr Grace.

I went to the Clearwater location yesterday for a half foil and haircut. Junior level Deven did an amazing job ...and my hair is super long and thick. I highly recommend this place ... save yourself a lot of money without compromising quality! Great job Deven!

Have been going here about a year for root touch up and hair trims. I have long hair so it’s fairly cut and dried (so to speak). I also use their waxing services and buy my hair care products. Have always been satisfied and really appreciate their attention towards CoVid protocols.

Its very clean and professional the students and staff are the best.However ladies just know these are students and iam not so sure the staff have actual salon knowledge or if they where offered a job there after they graduated. They all have good intentions but they piece meal your hair together i have been sent home three times unsatisfied. Now i need to pay top dollar to undo the mess theyve done to my hair. I dont want to go back there agsinSorry folks have to be honest.One ladt thing we go to students to get cheaper prices. However ladies this is what teally happens. So they talk you into spending so much more both at the chair then i was told they have to try before you leave to buy these horrendous expensive bottles or their shampoo then as if thats not enough fot you never to come back you have to drive a few miles in this crazy highway 19 to find an atm to then leave the student a tip becausr you cant use credit or debit card. So ask yourself three or four visits to them holidays destroyed you spend with tips spprox 250.00 or one trip to a true pro your gorgeous your hsppy one price one trip for 160.00 yoi choose.

What an amazing environment to see your stylists excited to begin their careers. Even more fantastic was bringing life back to my 2 year covid ignored hair. Upon returning home, my 15 year old complimented my hair and again yesterday asked if she could go and get the same thing done to her hair. Wow!Thank you Victoria Pecora for the amazing cut (on long curly hair-no easy task) to provide body to my hair and the color correction that makes me feel 20 years younger.Victoria Pecora, you have an amazing future ahead of you!

Great place to get a spa, nail, or hair service done! This is a beauty school and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve recieved haircuts, waxing, massages, and facials here and they were all great, performed by Aveda students. I recommend this beauty school for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced beauty service. The only negative is that the place is sometimes crowded, but it is a school, so there’s nothing that can be done about that.

I came yesterday and had appointment with Geovanni, for the first time ,this young man did a amazing job on my color and haircut. I have been coming for years and this is the first time the color was done correct and very satisfied with his work, his great personality, kind, over and above to make your visit top notch and happy. In all these years of coming for service, this was the best day, awesome results, and really enjoyed my time at the salon. Thank you Geovanni!
