    I am never disappointed at this location. The check-in online is so easy. Its rare that I get the same stylist every time but everyone of them listens to what you want and it helps if youre in the system because then they have a guide from your last visit to start with.

    It was okay, I got a good haircut. It was pricey but such as everything these days. I had a free get a haircut card from veterans Day but it expired in December and they wouldnt honor it. But they did give me a receipt or something for $2 off the next time I come in.

    Great cut everytime I go. Carolyn knows my stubborn hair patterns and tames them into a very nice cut. The salon is cleaned and sanitized after each client. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. I love ❤️ the online check-in.

    I didnt have an appointment and they were able to take me within 15 minutes. I got a senior haircut. Its sometimes cheaper than a coupon. I had a picture of my last haircut both front and back. She was able to duplicate the style and I was very happy.

    I live close by and used to frequent another salon in Tampa. But I decided to give this Great Clips a try.Just like Salon A they also have a useful appointment app on the phone to schedule with a stylist at the store. That saves having call/walk-in and find out then the wait time.The stylists there are all very professional and friendly. I have only had one time where I was not 100% happy as they cut a bit more than I originally asked for off the top. But it was nothing to drastic.The pricing for the salon is average (though a few dollars more than I would like to spend ~16.00 mens cut). And I always leave a very generous tip as I have worked in the service industry for years growing up.I would highly recommend though using the app to schedule your appointment. Its really hit or miss with the amount of people at any given day/time also.On average there are 3 girls working the salon. Sometimes 2 at night other times 4 on a weekend. But they tend to stay busy which is always a good sign showing they are qualified in their craft.Which is of course to make sure you walk out with a great clip. ;)

    It was super easy to make an appointment online. I was even able to check in online also. I got notified via text that my appointment will be ready in 15 minutes and to head on over to the salon.I had Melissa and she was wonderful. I have long hair and she did just what I asked. I only wanted a trim, a little face framing, as well as side bangs. She did AMAZING! Melissa was quick and very personable. She was also practicing all of the new cleaning procedures due to COVID.I had an amazing experience and will be going back to her. I recommend this salon.

    They did a good job cutting my childrens hair. The stylist were really nice and friendly. We checked in online and only had to wait a few minutes when got there, it made the process so much easier.

I had melissa we carried a good conversation about my work. I definitely enjoyed the conversation. Overall great experience.
