    Dr. Besnoff is a wonderful doctor. He is a perfectionist and emphasizes follow up care. He spends extra time performing consultations and making recommendations which make his patients look natural. I like that he is honest and would prefer to opt out of doing a procedure if he thinks the patient will not look improved. He has a great bedside manner. I liked his energy, great listening skills, and his sense of humor that puts patients more at ease when making a decision to undergo a procedure. Love his staff. They are kind, caring, skilled, helpful.

    This is the best place to have Dysport & Radiesse done. Literally, the best! I still have the best results years later! Thanks. They go above and beyond. I felt a warm welcome from the staff, here. The doctor, looked out for me. He said I didnt need another injection of radiesse, as I was able to buy one, get 1 free of the radiesse filler. Thank you!     Im an active, 50 y.o. female who has seen a fair share of providers. This appointment was for Hyaluronic injections.I almost didnt return (thus -1 star). Each time Ive spoken with Arlene on the phone I get sighing, and attitude like Im wasting her time.Melissa on the other hand is an exemplary provider! And I can personally compare her to at least 15 other providers in the Tampa Bay area.Melissa is exactly what is hoped for when allowing someone to poke you with needles! ;) She is professional, kind, patient, and listens very well!I will be back! :)

    I had the most wonderful experience at Ultimate Image today I met Carla one of the providers that does the injections of Botox dysport and the facial fillers. Carla, is one of the kindest most gentle people I have ever met in my life. She was very informative and very sincere. 1 Ill definitely be going back for a follow-up. Also all of the office staff was unbelievable they were also kind and very helpful. If youre looking for a place to have filler or Botox or start a great skin care regimen this is definitely your one-stop-shop. A MUST !

    Just STOP looking anywhere else and go here. I looked at so many places for tear trough (under eye) and cheek filler and ended up going to a med spa that basically deformed my face. Twice. I walked around so embarrassed and so upset at the money wasted for 9 weeks. I finally decided to come UICMC, after a lot of back and forth, with very little hope that it could be fixed (and almost zero trust in injectors) but Dr. Besnoff knew exactly what was done wrong and what to do to correct it. I was incredibly impressed by his meticulous technique and care. I look AMAZING. Even with some bruising, I look ten years younger than I did before and he did EXACTLY what I wanted from the very beginning. There’s a difference in my confidence today that honestly makes me feel like I could cry. I’m not going to anyone else ever again. Only this guy is allowed to put a needle in my face. (I heard great things about the NPs there as well.)I’ll add photos to this review, once my bruising subsides (which I’m very prone to, with low iron issues.)

    The staff and doctor are wonderful. Dr. Besnoff is personable and friendly. I was very impressed with how well the office ran. He knows his stuff, I was going for Botox due to Bell’s palsy and it’s made a huge difference. I decided to get some fillers as well extremely happy with that decision. He spent time with me and made suggestions which where spot on.I think you would have a hard time finding a better doctor and staff in Tampa.

    Absolutely would not let ANYONE else do my eye filler. The Dr is professional and skilled. Explains all your options and respects what you want. Most importantly he was extremely careful with my eye area and I truly felt his number 1 priority was my health. I would never want a doctor that would jeopardize the health of my eyes just for an aesthetic result. I was ecstatic that his priority was my health and he did a phenomenal job with my filler. I think he could tell because when he showed me the mirror I could not help but smile. I look 26 again! I only wanted 1 syringe and he never made me feel pressured to do more.Also he has a wonderful bedside manner and anyone who says otherwise is smoking something special. Doctors swear an oath to “do no harm”. He upholds that oath and isn’t interested in just taking your money. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

    I went to Ultimate Image for jawline and lip enhancement. My experience was outstanding, the staff made me feel welcome and they are all very knowledgeable and professional. The nurse practitioner Carla performed my injections, and I was very impressed with her techniques and attention to detail. If you are interested in cosmetic enhancements give them a try.     I live in Los Angeles half of the year and Clearwater the other half. This is one of the most professional places I ever had the pleasure of going to. All the way up from the doctors assistant (blonde lady- excuse me I forgot her name) she was so knowledgeable and answered every question before the doctor came in. The will not push you on anything they do not feel is safe. The Doctor made it painless and their pricing is excellent. Bonus- they call and follow up to make sure the results are what was expected and that youre doing fine. If you skip this place youre simply missing out.     I had a wonderful experience at Ultimate Image! Dr Bresnoff’s staff was very professional. Nurse Practitioner Megan and Medical Assistant Alexis made me feel very comfortable and confident in the Fraxel Laser skin resurfacing procedure. I had numerous sun spots, hyper-pigmented areas, unevenness and dull looking skin. I am a week post procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the early results!

When I came for my follow up visit there was an unexpected delay and although it was a very minor delay for me, the office really went out of their way to make up for it by giving us a complimentary facial.     I went to Ultimate Image for a Fraxel laser treatment. The office staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Besnoff is caring and made me comfortable from the first time I met him.     This was my first time (ever) with any type of injectables and I was pretty nervous! Every staff member was SO nice and knowledgeable. I loved that they could answer all of my questions and then some as well as make care recommendations for me without being pushy! I was somewhat afraid Id walk in wanting brow/forehead injections and come out with a list of 20 things I should fix haha but not the case at all! (in fact, my provider explained why I didnt need injections in one area I was considering) I 100% feel comfortable in their care and will be back for more in the future (including the lip injection I chickened out on lol)

It was a great experience - I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and how COVID-compliant they are. The Groupon was an absolute steal to begin with, but they made it go even further by allowing me to “bank” my unused units for next time. I never expected this, I assumed it would be good for up to the amount of units specified in the Groupon. I will absolutely be back, and likely for other services as well.

    I am thrilled with the care I have gotten from Brittany my esthetician and Carla (NP). They take time to discuss the products that will work best for my face and recommend treatments that help my combination skin.     Dr Besnoff is terrific and the supportive staff are all so helpful and kind. I actually drive nearly 200 miles from Cape Coral to see Ultimate Image! Their weekly specials are great deals, and you can phone them to bank bucks to use those specials in the future - as long as you use them within one year. Dr B is one of the best injectors Ive ever had ... and, at 63 years old, Ive had many - from NYC to Cape Cod to Hilton Head Island. Hes friendly, fast and really understands what you want. Also, as one who bruises easily, his work (juvederm 1.5 cc in the lips) didnt cause the bruising thats happened with other injectors for nearly as long: usually I bruise for up to 3 weeks, and with Dr Besnoff, I had slight bruising that lasted just a week. Also, he applies a numbing agent which really helps. Its definitely worth taking a day off to visit Ultimate Image!

Dr. Besnoff is very knowledgable and personable and every time I go in for a treatment I feel like at that moment he is present, focused and honest on what it is you are trying to achieve and what is not needed.     I suffer Im serious migraines.. Sometimes they may be in a dark room sometimes I can function. So I come here for botox. BOTOX curves for migraines for several months. Are used to be able to do it longer but now not so much. But when youre sick for several days well take what you can get.     The gregarious demeanor of Dr. Besnoff permeates his entire office and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had Thermitight on my upper arms on March 25, 2016, to reduce the flab that resulted from weight loss over the years. I thought long and hard about the $3000 price tag for a procedure that will give me only a 50% reduction at most. But given the alternatives, liposuction or surgery at a much higher cost. I decided to venture forth. The internet simplifies the procedure in its description suggesting a needle goes in and basically it’s done. Not quite so. Dr. Besnoff spent and hour and a half doing the procedure after the preparatory time. So I now consider the price a bargain. Dr. Besnoff was caring and attentive to me throughout the procedure. I had no swelling, pain, or discharge after the procedure. I saw some results after just one week. I was able to wear jackets that were too tight on my arms prior to the procedure. But since it takes up to six months to see final results, I am hopeful the loss will continue throughout the summer.
