    Mandy Moore, APRN is by far the best.She is caring and fun spirited. She addresses all of my concerns in a manner that helped me understand. She’s not the type of provider that gets annoyed if she needs to turn medical terminology into layman’s terms. She cares for her patients and their needs. She makes you feel like you’re part of her family/ friend group to have a comfortable environment. I enjoyed not having to wait 2 hours. The fast and efficient way is the best way!

    I called on a Friday, unsure of what the heck I was doing. I told them what was going on with my hands and they got me in the following Monday. The doctor knew immediately what was going on. Got me a prescription and told me to give it 2 weeks, if it wasnt almost gone to let her know. I pick up the script today and am excited to see if it works!

    Sarah from Advanced Dermatology in Clermont was amazing. Made me feel comfortable about my skin cancer on my leg. She did not rush me and explained everything apparently.

    Just had the Mohs surgery on my face. Every member of the staff that I encountered and it was a lot as I had to go back more than once, was wonderful, helpful and knowledgable . Dr Schulze was great ( and efficient ). Very happy with my care and treatment.

    Dr. Rivera is great! Her bedside manner is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and answers all questions patiently. Sabrina her assistant is just as wonderful. Very caring and kind. Afterwards, I had an appointment with Amanda, the esthetician. It was my first time seeing her. She was knowledgeable and educated me on all the procedures of her field. What I especially liked was she did not push me to purchase anything and just reassured me that I could make an appointment in the future with her. The checkin and checkout process was just as super! Friendly and welcoming!Kudos to the entire staff!!!

    Sara is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She makes the process of a full body skin check , (as well as finding something slightly of concern and then biopsying it, )very thorough and yet non stressful.     Overall my experience was a pleasant one. I didn’t wait long to be taken into a patient room. I waited a reasonable time for Medical Assistant who was pleasant and efficient. Dr Rivera was her sweet self.. kind, thorough and treated skin lesions as needed with compassion & efficiently. My experience was excellent and I recommend her strongly.

    Dr.Rivera removed a cyst from my chest that had abscessed. She did such a nice job you can’t even see a scar. She is a very friendly doctor with a sense of humor. I love that! The staff there is so nice as well. Also never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen.

    I took my daughter to be seen at this practice and I was blown away. Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the call center when first scheduling her appointment. When we came in the front desk was so nice and inviting. The nurse and the doctor when above and beyond to make my 5 year old feel comfortable. I recommend this practice to EVERYONE!

    Every single staff member from start to finish was so kind and warm towards me. I was so nervous for my MOHs surgery and they truly did everything they could to make me less anxious and feel more comfortable. They were so patient with all my (redundant) questions when I was in office and when I’d call/text the on call RN. I couldn’t recommend this team enough! I’m on week 2 of recovery, stitches are out and every day I feel better and the wound site continues to look better and better. Thank you so much!

    Absolutely love Mandy Moore at advanced dermatology. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful and the nurses are amazing! The only downside is the parking situation. Because of hospital construction the parking lot has gotten much smaller, give yourself enough time to find a place to park.

    The support staff was exceptional. Because of a past surgery, I needed a bed to correct a stoma problem I was having while at their facility. They found me a private room each time that I had this issue so that I could fix my problem. They were very understanding and helpful.

    Extraordinary experience. Dr. Valerie Rivera-Roig, and the staff are amazing!!!!! They were on time, provided fast service, and I appreciate that Dr. Rivera-Roig focused on the situation I presented, instead of pushing to sell an esthetic treatment or products, as I’ve experienced with others. I was searching for a professional who speak Spanish, and I found more than that. She’s funny, and demonstrated her knowledge. Fantastic and recommended experience!!!

    During COVID, the staff was very meticulous about cleaning everything and maintaining distancing. My wait was only about 5 minutes before I was called back, and my wait for the doctor was also about 5 minutes. Dr. Rivera is an absolute delight, very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.     Ive never had a long wait to see the Dr. and have always been given plenty of time to ask questions. I had MOHS surgery on my face in two places and the scars are barely visible. I am more than pleased with the care I received and the friendliness & professionalism of all staff.

    Truly loved the interaction I had with all of the office staff. Went to see Sarah Rojek. She was so personable and I truly appreciated that. But what I appreciated the most was that she was ‘present’ in the room with me. She was not thinking about any other appointment and was not distracted.     Dr B and his staff were amazing!! I thought I would be there a while as the lobby appeared busy. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour! I was nervous as it was my first visit to a dermatologist, Dr B answered all of my questions and then some, he thought of things to give me answers to that I hadn’t even thought to ask about! I was prescribed a medication and lotion for this horrible acne I’d been having on my jaw line since COVID and the masks I’ve had to wear working in the hospital. It has been a week using the medicine and my face has cleared sooo much! It’s no longer painful either! I also had 6 pesky skin tags removed and what a confidence boost! I’m so thankful for Dr B and his team and I will be back in the future to work on some other concerns!! Also shout out to his sweet receptionist who handled the busy lobby and all of my questions just flawlessly, I wish I had gotten her name.

    Sara who I believe is the PA, is amazing. I came in as referred by my primary doctor in order to have my skin looked at. I was misdiagnosed with a Staph infection. Sara saw me and immediately mentioned vasculitis and told me about autoimmune illnesses that present themselves on the skin. She was extremely patient and a pleasure to talk to. Her assistant was amazing and super knowledgeable too. I was very impressed. 2 doctors that most likely had more experience at my primary’s office couldn’t figure out my situation after seeing me 3 times. They never explained the results of my blood work in a way I could understand. Sara called me personally. She did not wait for my follow up. She is a blessing. Very proactive, very passionate and knows what she is doing! Thank you so much Sara!

    I was impressed by the professionalism the doctors and nurses demonstrated. I had mohs surgery that required six removals of face tissue to find an all clear from cancer. The operating doctor realizing how extensive the surgery had become recognized he needed assistance to sew me up after the procedure. So he sent me to a plastic surgeon on the floor beneath his. That I thought was a real demonstration of professional judgement.

    I have had an issue with my face for years. Went to multiple different doctors who all said I had acne and I knew it wasn’t. I made an appointment and Sarah immediately knew what was wrong.     I feel Sara was thorough in her Full Body exam since I’ve experienced a Melanoma a few years back ! Place very clean and friendly people ! However, my partner who was also scheduled for full body exam with Nathan was very disappointed, his exam was minimal and had to be asked to be more thorough , he won’t be seeing Nathan again .

Sara had warned me to get the correct amount, but the office either didnt send it correctly, or, when I reported the problem, the office delayed so long in calling it in again that I had to visit the office in person on Friday afternoon so I could be assured to have the medicine over the weekend.

Went to several other doctors and dermatologist but they never could figure out the problem, Dr Montalvo was the first immediately to correctly diagnose the problem and has been treating me for 3 weeks and showing great improvement.     On 09/14/15, I met for the first time, Dr. Valerie Rivera-Roig which is in my opinion, the best Dermatology Specialist in Florida and the rest of the world! She is very compassionate, honest and cares for the patient! She takes time to explain the condition of the skin of the patients, explain about the disease that you have and explain to you about the treatment of the condition. I will recommend this place and Dr to anyone without hesitation! She and her office staff have Excellent Customer service and she calls you at the time of the appointment! Today, 10/09/15, Dr Valerie Rivera Roig, did surgery to remove a abnormal nevus, She and her staff called me at the hour of the appointment, the nurse anesthesized the neck area, The staff and the Dr explained all the findings on the biopsies, the surgical procedure, the treatment and everything was pain free and successful with no complications! Thanks God and the Virgin Mary that I am dealing with this excellent professionals! 3 more surgeries to go Today 10/23/15, Second surgical excision done of abnormal nevus on the left upper back! Thanks God and to the Dr they removed all the pre malignant abnormal skin tissue from my first 2 surgeries! 2 more surgeries to goToday 11/09/15 the third surgery for removal of a abnormal nevus was done without problems! Surgery was pain free and quick and the Dr and the assistant were excellent health care with adequate anesthesia! Thanks God the second biopsies with no cancer! Now I surgery to go

    Everyone at Advanced Dermatology is so accommodating and friendly. They have helped me a lot with many skin problems. I have an immune deficiency and when I have a problem, they always get me an appointment right away. Dr. Montalvo is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable. He always greets me by my name and has a great sense of humor. Mandy, the Doctor’s Assistant is very competent and friendly and will help me in any way she can. Both Dr. Montalvo and Mandy listen to what I have to say and follow through with my treatment. Alll of the assistants are very kind and gentle when they have to give me shots.     My sister, Marcia and I went together in the room for our full body exams. Dr. Sara Rojek was fantastic and covered everything on our bodies. She found 2 precancerous spots on me, checked both folds of my nose and a bacel cell spot on Marcia. Also, took a biopsis of Marcias left ear. We were then treated and left her office very happy. She is the best.

    I have suffered from EXTREME eczema my entire life. For the last 15 years, I have been in a constant flare up. I went 18 dermatologists, at some of the most sought after hospitals in the entire South East. NOBODY knew how to help me. I have been diagnosed with everything from rosacea to HIV when people see my skin, but all I had was really bad eczema! When I first met Sara Rojek PA-C, I told her that I had been denied for Dupixent for 3 years and that she was my last resort, I cant go to another dermatologist. She promised me that if I gave her 3 months, she would help me. She would treat me, she would come to understand my skin and what it needs. SARA IS A GOD SEND. Not only is she empathetic to skin conditions, the isolation, embarrassment, pain and depression, she took the TIME to help me. And, I can say that my body is now responding the new medication and for the first time in 40 years...I finally look like me. She figured it out when nobody else could
