Only complaint I have is the wait time to be seen. To wait for 2 hours sitting in a chair is pure torture for me with a bad back. Then having to wait another 30 minutes in the exam room is unacceptable. They need to step up their scheduling for the courtesy of their patients.Staff and drs are thorough and professional.

I wish to acknowledge Jesus. His patient care is exemplary. It is obvious that he has an authentic desire to help and a willing heart to do so. I am so grateful for my interactions with him and I hope his supervisors are aware of the quality of the employee they have in him.

I went to see Natalie today. She was very friendly and professional. She explained everything I needed to know about what was going on. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. Yes it did take a couple weeks to get in, but it was well worth the wait. The office was very clean. I didnt have a long wait to be seen when I got there for my appointment. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

The doctor suggested three different creams and or ointments. It turned out that they all three worked for me in different ways. She had me come for a follow-up and when I did she decided that I should continue that regiment. I was able to be provided with refills without having to revisit for each refill costing me more money! I appreciate her saving me the trips as well as having to come for a visit and spend money that already know what is working as well as herself. She did a great job and I really appreciate it.

This practice has an outstanding and knowledgeable staff. I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years and have experienced nothing but the most professional conduct. The staff is always friendly and flexible in scheduling appointments. Special mention goes to Natalie who detected a rare and aggressive skin cancer in its early stages, literally saving my life.

The surgical team was excellent! Natalie is a very caring & nice person. Pete (who stitch me up) is nice too. Both talkative which helped me. They kept me informed to what they were doing. Dr. Gelikman was in & out before I knew it. I highly recommend this team to anyone. Stitches are out & Im healing well. The ones in the office are nice people too.

Have gone to Davenport for many years. Staff is excellent. Natalie Jenkins APRN and DR Sergio Seche are very professional and easy to talk to.The only problem is the patient portal is never up to date for results of biopsies and there appears to be a shortage of staff at the head office where calls are received.

I am particularly writing about our contact person, Jesus L.. My husband had a small cancerous growth on his right ear. That does not sound scary, but it was to us because it was growing quickly. We were having trouble getting a referral from our insurance. Jesus worked hard for us and instead of waiting two extra weeks, he got us an appointment in two days! Thank you, Jesus, we are grateful.

Wonderful experience with Associates In Dermatology. Dr. Shagalov was a wonderful surgeon, she is very thoughtful and caring. Her staff was always helpful, especially Dakota…very knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Dakota made me feel immediately at ease and for that I thank you! Dr . Shagalove’s medical team ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I’m glad I chose Associates In Dermatology, Dr Shagalove, and her medical staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Davenport Office: From Dr. Aimee Davis first diagnosing a skin cancer spot and a couple pre-cs, to Surgeon Dr. Gelikman removing my C in like 5 mins. and his team of William and Pete - it was a great experience. Dr. Aimee is bubbly and energetic which I like! William was very easy to talk too and explained everything and he made it fun. Pete was Mr. Stitches and let me tell you, I will be sure to request him if I ever need them again. Pete was also fun to talk to as he was stitching away. I joked with him that if the scar was obvious, I just might get a tattoo to dress it up. He immediately told me that was not going to be necessary and he focused so hard on his craft, I actually wanted to giggle, but feared Id mess up his work. So I didnt. He is an artist, trust me. My scar is practically unnoticeable now and its only been a couple weeks. Thank you all for a very positive experience and I hope this review gets shared with them. They all deserve it! :) I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family

Natalie is the kindess doctor that treats her patients with respect and compassion. She is the best dermatologist that I have known for years. She has done numerous surgeries on me, I guess that I have become a cut up when I go into her office. If you want the best care go see natalie
