    Such an amazing experience!! My husband and I got the couples massage and it was fantastic, so relaxing for our vacation trip. The two that did our massage were so great and made us feel so comfortable. We were also able to use the sauna after the massage. The facility itself is very clean, relaxing and professional! So happy to have found this spa while on vacation.

    Awesome experience. Staff was so pleasant to book with in the phone. Massage with Nadia was perfect-just the right amount of pressure! Naomi gave a great facial. Very comfortable beds too!

    Cenote is an ABSOLUTE beautiful spa with the most professional and kind staff.     I had an incredible experience at Cenote Day Spa with Casey! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I had been struggling with lower back pain for a while, and Casey worked wonders on it. She focused on the areas that needed the most attention, and the relief I felt afterward was amazing. I left feeling like a brand new personā€”relaxed, rejuvenated. Caseys expertise and attention to detail were truly outstanding. Highly recommend her if youre looking for a top-notch massage experience!

    From the moment you arrive you begin to feel the stress leave your body. I was welcomed and greeted with warm hospitality from the moment I walked into Cenote Day Spa. The receptionist was warm, very friendly, and a warmth of hospitality. I was provided with a complementary Mimosa and whisked away to bliss.I signed up for the Renew Massage when registering.My massage therapist today was Nadia, and she is simply lovely. I wish I could take her home with me to do massages. She worked on my troubled areas with just the perfect pressure. Then she proceeded to give me a foot massage and scalp massage. She is a lovely mother of 3 I am sure beautiful children, that hopefully appreciate how hard there mom works for them. She has a beautiful personality and warmth to her.After my wonderful relaxing massage treatment, I was able to use the steam room and relax while watching all of my stress melt away. Lastly, this beautiful facility offers a lovely restroom area, complete with a shower and all the amenities to prepare you for reality once you leave.I thoroughly enjoyed my spa experience at Cenote Day Spa and I will 100% return again when returning to the area. In addition, I would recommend anyone to this beautiful establishment.

    This place is very clean, staff is very nice from Diane at the front desk to Katrina my massage therapist. Initially I interacted with Katelyn via text and she was so patient and helpful on Christmas Day when she reached out after I attempted to call forgetting it was a holiday.Katrina was amazing and very experienced as was Lauren who provided service to my sister. My sister was amazed by Laurenā€™s soft hands.

    Ally is AMAZING! I had my first massage ever with her and she is so sweet. She explained everything to me throughly. Her massage was amazing and I almost fell asleep. 10/10 place to go to!

    Heather was amazing. I first had a massage with her and she made sure to continuously check in to see how I was doing. She listened to my concerns before we began and made sure to follow those concerns while giving me a massage. And then she also gave me a pedicure and I am absolutely thrilled with how it looks. I feel much better. Ive already booked a facial with her and I cant wait!

    What a lovely way to spend time relaxing on our week in Florida! We purchased the getaway package which was a bargain considering how amazing I feel! Nadia did my massage and she had magic in her hands - and works all the knots out.Jasmine did my facial and my skin feels amazing!     This was a well needed Spa session. Upon arrival Alondra greeted us and brought us Mimosas. We were then brought back to the service room where we received the Pure Fiji Sugar scrub. Nadia gave the best performance. She was soft to touch and really nice. I appreciate your magical hands. After our scrubs, we were given super soft robes to check out the steam room. They had locked cabinets available to secure your things. The bathrooms and service areas were very cleaned and well maintained. Itā€™s a small but mighty spa and I would definitely recommend booking your service there. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Cenote for the Spa Day. Much appreciated!

    Highly recommend! We are in town for a vacation and wanted a massage. Very clean. Very professional. Nice and relaxed, ready to take on another Disney park.They were able to get us in on short notice, less than 24 hours for 2 couples massages and got them back to back.Only con, we dont live in the area so this will likely be our only trip here.

    My massage therapists name was Nadia and oh my gosh was she phenomenal!! I work at a computer all day and I was soooo tight in my neck shoulders and back. She made me feel like a million bucks!!! Will be back! I hope they create a membership so I can join!

    Outstanding! Iā€™ve never been before but Iā€™ll definitely be back. Lovely staff, clean location, great for a legitimate neighborhood massage spa! Has a steam room I didnā€™t use but isnā€™t like a full amenity hotel spa (which I know I donā€™t always need.). Ally was an awesome masseuse and Iā€™ve had many massages so I know! I did the deep tissue with the peppermint scalp enhancement and literally was so relaxed I came up with a solution to a work problem Iā€™ve been dealing with during the massage.     Absolutely amazing experience! I booked a mother day appointment for my mom last minute, and the lady on the phone was super kind and helping. As soon as we got there that same lady was very welcoming and kind. When I picked my mother back up she was beyond happy, and more than satisfied with her experience.     Great place worse the drive from Disney World wonderful staff very attentive. Clean and welcoming soft fluffy robes mimosas and everyone was kind and very accommodating. The massage was great.     I canā€™t say enough nice things about this place. The steam room is great. They have a wrap for you and a place to rinse off after you come out freshly steamed. My friend and I got the Getaway Package. We got amazing facials done by Amanda. My skin was so hydrated and refreshed! We had Curt for our massage, he worked my neck like it was nobodyā€™s business. I walked out feeling so relaxed and pampered. The place is very clean and has a stand alone feel, not just another strip mall parlour.

I hadnā€™t had a massage in years and typically go to chain locations (Massage Envy) just for sense of comfort in the brand and expertise but I am so glad I gave Cenote a try. I tried the CBD Muscle Mender massage and loved it. Ally was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She took time to understand where I was having the most stress/tension. She walked me through the entire massage top to bottom as well as the benefits of the treatment. The customer service provided by reception was excellent as well.     I had an extremely stressful week which caused knots and tightness in my upper back. I was able to book a last minute massage on the website the night before. The front desk receptionist was very nice. She had a warm and inviting smile. She offered me refreshments while I waited. I chose the champagne, of course! My therapist was Kirk and he is GIFTED!     I came in and front desk was very sweet and welcoming. I was giving choice of drink and chose mimosa which was very pleasant. I changed into my robe and was able to use the steam room/ sauna before my appointment. They have a beautiful shower with amenities. I had my massage with Ruben and I had a very nice experience. He made sure he wasnt massaging too hard and was very attentive. The rooms had a nice ambiance and I almost fell asleep 3x.     I booked a Swedish Massage with Nadia in the morning on October 26 at the Champions Gate location. I was texted an electronic form, which I highly recommend filling out to expedite and make the experience smoother. The front desk and room decor sets the relaxing ambiance. I was offered a beverage as I waited for the room to be prepared. Nadia was amazing and I would definitely recommend her. After the massage, I was able to enjoy the amazing spa robe and sauna. She was very attentive to my needs and body responses & I couldnā€™t have asked for her to do a single thing differently! I havenā€™t felt this relaxed in a year.
