I highly recommended this place! They gave me a really great deal on Botox !! They are literally a 4 min walk from my work :) the injector listened to me, understood my needs, and what areas I wanted to be done. My eleven’s are my biggest concern and people put way less (or diluted) than what I needed and then I ended up halving to follow up with them to have it fixed. Then a month later then it dissipates and the wrinkles come back when it should have held a lot longer than that. Also, usually I see results in a week or even a week and a half but here I saw mine almost right away :). Highly recommended this place!!!

I had been considering getting lip filler for a while, but I was afraid of it looking too “fake”. I am SO glad I decided to go to the PA at the Palm Beach office, Donna, for my first time getting it! I showed her some inspiration pics and she did exactly as I asked— kept it natural looking while still providing a confidence boost! She was so friendly & knowledgeable and made it a painless process. I would definitely go back to her!!

I have been getting my lips injected for over 20 years.Most recently I had someone really damage my lips. It’s been two years now, and I decided to go to Basis Medical Spa Delray Beach.Dianna is the NP Injector there she was trained by many people but mostly Dr. Schalit he’s technique is by far the best I’ve ever seen or had. Diana is an accomplished Injector. Very sanitary, plus it took her 20 minutes to do my lips, with very little pain. This girl is very talented and I give her the highest recommendation for injections.That being said if you’re looking for an accomplished person to do your face, work I recommend Dianna at Basis , Medical Center and Spa. The service here is amazing! Any facial I got has been hands down the best ever. The medical staff really gives an attention to detail unlike other spas. Specifically I loved Maks at the front desk who went above and beyond on our phone call to make sure all my questions were asked and I felt comfortable coming in for my procedure. On the esthetics side of things, Ive had two facials here now. The Clear & Brilliant and the Diamond Glow. The former was def a once in a lifetime kinda thing, personally, I got rid of the beard and had my whole face ressurected (with lasers!), it didnt feel too pretty, admittedly, but it absolutely helped smooth out the fine lines and wrinkles. The latter was lovely, extractions, massage, the works.Wont be the last time I recommend Basis for any number of reasons. Thank you again!

I opted to have the jet peel facial, and I loved it, my esthetician Tazla was friendly and attentive. She made sure to check in with me periodically to ensure I was comfortable with the treatment. The jet peel facial is awesome. My skin feels amazingly clean, dewy, and hydrated. While there I decided to have Diana ARNP administer a Vitamin B12 shot, thank goodness she was patient because my needle phobia presented itself and I jumped away from the needle. We laughed about it, she talked me through it, and it was administered with barely any discomfort. She also took time to discuss weight loss options with me, Ill probably be going with the Ozempic injections.

We both had similar problems that most men post 45 years old do. Metabolism slows, a little extra in the center and on the sides of our stomachs etc....After seeing his before and after photos, I called immediately and scheduled my consultation! The next day I was able to meet with Carla Williams, who is a technician, consummate professional and a wealth of knowledge! Carla explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way to finally being happier with my appearance! My procedure was approximately 2 months ago and my results have been amazing! I return to Basis Aesthetics Thursday, December 17 for my follow up treatment and I will return to follow up my review with actual before and after pictures so I can prove to you how effective this cool sculpting process is.I manage the fitness center in Admirals Cove and for 17 years I have always tried to help other people reach their goals. I had stage 2 Hodgkins lymphoma cancer a few years ago and now I just regularly do vitamin IVs for general health and well being. The nurse practitioner, Erin, is amazing!! The other ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming as well. The facility is very clean and you have your own personal TV to watch whatever you want as your IV drips. I had such a fabulous experience at Basis aesthetics. The facility is so chic and clean and the staff was wonderful! I was greeted by Elysa who was at the front desk and was extremely helpful and sweet and had a big smile! McKenna the aesthetician was so nice as well and informed me about the new facials they have to offer. Erin the nurse practitioner did my Botox! Her professionalism and knowledge was unmatched! I’m already seeing results with my botox and it looks Ah-maz-ing. I will only go to basis for my beauty and medical needs, they have it all, even cool sculpting!! They also have a separate wing with personal training, a chiropractor, and a beautiful gym! It’s definitely a one stop shop! I highly suggest this place, and can’t wait to go back. Liliana the certified cool sculpting specialist/massage therapist has done a phenomenal job with my cool sculpting treatments and the results have exceeded my expectations thus far. Her massages are excellent!UPDATE - I was just there yesterday 2/6/20 for my Coolsculpting follow up and I’m beyond happy with my results as I have gone down 1 pants size thus far and my lower stomach is visibly flatter. The change over these past 3 months is what I expected and I’m very pleased.

I have gotten facials before at different med spas but I got the Jet Peel and it was unlike anything i’ve ever gotten before.
