    I tried this as a result of a Facebook promo. I arrived on time but had to wait for my session to be started, about 15 minutes. Therapist was very pleasant. I enjoyed the facial. However disappointed that it lasted only 45 minutes. The promo stated 1 hour facial.The results were very good with my face feeling refreshed, smooth and glowing. We should all be able to hydrate our skin this well on a timely basis. I do look forward to going back and hopefully will get the full hour next time.

    I absolutely love this place! Samantha is amazing! She does the Botox & fillers. I was nervous cause I’ve never done it before but she took the time to explain everything to me, listened to my concerns & expectations & even went over options for my budget with the best outcome. After the 2weeks I had a follow up & was thoroughly impressed with my results. My hooded eye was lifted, my squinty hallowed eyes were open & youthful & my jawline was there again.     There is no one else I’d recommend besides Carolina for filler services. I have received a full syringe of lip filler from a different med spa in the past and had an average experience, however, the experience I had with Carolina was exceptional. She listened to me and did not pressure me into doing a full syringe. I am so beyond happy with the results of the half syringe I received. She took extra consideration into the fact I cant stand needles and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process which I did not experience in the past. She is patient, kind, understanding, and is a true professional at her work. Thank you Carolina!

    First time. My Hydrafacial was excellent. There were so many steps to it and I loved my aesthetician, Corina. She was knowledgable and lovely.     Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Carolina from Argentina for my annual Brotox. From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted by Maria from Italy, who welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile. It’s truly refreshing when someone takes the time to connect personally rather than being absorbed in their phone or computer. Though Maria is a supporter of AC Milan and I love INTER - I can overlook that as INTER have beaten Milan a LOT recently :) LOL . Carolina (from Argentina - big Messi Fan) is wonderful—kind, attentive, and with a gentle touch. She also has a fantastic natural and fresh appearance; unlike many in the industry who overly done with cheek and lip fillers. Carolina achieves a natural, refreshed look that is exactly what I was hoping for. She’s an expert at helping her clients look both youthful and authentic.

    Cora provided a beautiful hydro facial with a gentle peel and shoulder massage. Im a member and this was all included in my monthly membership. I also recently got Dysport done by Samantha (after going for years to a dermatologist whose prices had become untenable), and the results are great. She listened to what I wanted.

    Amazing and very clean facility!! I have been going to Delray Beach location since 2022. The staff at the spa is very polite, helpful and friendly!     Maria at the front (and I believe the owner) and Carolina are gems! With so many places like this in South Florida, its hard to choose and/or feel confident youre going to the right place. Carolina is definitely the best injector I have found. She is always staying up-to-date and educated on the latest products and trends, and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I suffer from major structure loss due to Leukemia, so I wasnt just going for general filler - I needed to fix my face from the damage done from the cancer and chemo treatments. Carolina made me feel so comfortable, as well as explained which products would be best due to my condition. This made me feel even more confident. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They make sure you are numb prior to injecting and are honest about their opinion in the amount you are getting - they are never just trying to grab your money. Their subscription plan for facials is DEFINITELY worth it, as the savings are incredible for all products. Even if you dont get the facials, the money that would go toward them will just rollover, so you can use it for your other services. That being said, I just had my first hydrafacial which was also amazing, so Its nice to be able to mix and match. If you are looking for the best injector - Carolina is your girl!!! Facial Mania has a location in Boca and Delray Beach where she sees clients. I wouldnt go to any other place ❤️

The brochure states that you can get one of two services for free monthly, however, it is actually NOT free. They use your monthly membership payment to obtain the free service. So you are actually paying for it. This practice is very misleading. My other feedback would be to list what the facials in the brochure entail. There are no descriptions. Other than these issues, this is a great med spa.

Another reason why I chose this med spa is because of their membership options. Not only do I get discounts on a variety of services with the membership, but I just found out that I can use the membership price toward services and treatments! Plus you can rollover the money you spend monthly if you want to save it up for a more expensive treatment. You really can’t beat that. I will forever be a client :)

    Carolina is perfect. I had just come from seeing my mother in hospice so I was very emotional. She is so professional and observant. I had an Allman Brothers tee shirt on and without telling me she put on Allman music to relax me and we started building up my cheeks and jawline. I just totally loved the vibe there and will be back to see her for a few more adjustments.     This is my third visit with Samantha, she remembered so many things about me and what my concerns were.     I started coming here for laser hair removal with Alix; whom is the BEST, most meticulous, sweet, non judgmental person to possibly have in the hair removal department when you’re vulnerable and pointing out areas of concern. I slowly started experimenting with the injectors. They are all amazing. Carolina did Xeomin and under eye filler for me. She listens to exactly what you want and gives her insight for the best results. The owner is the star of the show; Maria. She has a medical degree and is extremely catering, polite and friendly. The injectors are at minimum physicians assistants (most places they are not). 10/10 would recommend ANY services here. If I could stay here for hours I would lol.
