    Yesterday, I had one of the most amazing spa experiences of my life, which is saying something having spent 20+ years as a travel journalist. A friend recommended The Haven Spa saying, she had a great experience with their foot massage, so I booked a Noggin Nirvana (scalp and foot massage), which proved to be true to its name.I always say a massage experience is only as good as the heart and soul of the therapist, and Raquel made it truly unforgettable, starting with her sincere and gentle welcome when she came to greet me in the lobby. The scalp massage was gentle, thorough, and nurturing, as were the accoutrements of a hot wrap for the head after the oil was administered, as well as hot wraps for my shoulders and chest. I think I teleported out of body for a bit, I was THAT relaxed, but also recall Raquel doing fantastic and conscientious work on my feet and legs. I felt like a different person when it was over and bonus: whatever she put on my hair has made me feel like I have a new head of hair today; Ive never had any treatment like this. I highly recommend it.One somewhat unpleasant experience at the end: the two women who checked me out were more absorbed in conversing and giggling with one another than listening to my feedback and paying basic attention to a client. Maybe they could work on that. It would have been great if the front desk experience at least somewhat matched the amazing treatment I received.Overall, an A+ spa experience. Raquel is a GEM.

    I recently bought spa gift cards for my daughters birthday, and they absolutely loved the experience! Everyone, from the massage therapists to the front staff, was incredibly nice. My daughters were a bit nervous at first, but the staff made them feel so welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be coming again next year when we come down for the holidays!

    Us three best friends had the most amazing time. It was a birthday surprise to two of us and a complete delight! From greeting us at the door with a glass of champagne to shopping at the little gift shop the staff was accommodating and fun to interact with. The foot massage was relaxing and enjoyable with our therapists, Chris, Anna and Karine. We had great conversation with them all while releasing the stress from our bodies. Highly recommend Foot Haven and their awesome massage therapists.

    It’s changed ownership from Foot Haven to the haven- this is the most consistent massage place to go to. They are professional licensed massage therapists. You won’t be disappointed in light to custom massage including scrubs, Deep tissue etc. The front desk is kind and responsive on the phone. If you aren’t sure that this is a legitimate massage therapy spa- it is. No creeps lol. Everything is above board. Great for small parties and couple massages.

    Cody, Cody, Cody! 50-minute couples massage and I can’t say enough. Best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. Don’t be put off by reception (no one present when we walked in, disorganized and we had to ask to take care of the bill, overheard verbal spat between a receptionist and another staff member - maybe she was having a bad day, we all have them!), the massage itself more than offsets.

    Ive been a repeat customer for some time now and its always a great experience. Special shoutout to Raquel and Josh. They are both incredible at what they do and make each session enjoyable. Raquel has been so helpful with calming down skin irritation and Josh has helped me significantly with pain reduction. All of the staff are friendly and I highly recommend coming here

    My mom and I were in Delray for the weekend and wanted a relaxing spa day. We went with the downtown Delray detox and it was phenomenal! I wish I could remember our therapists’ names - they were both great. Everyone there is super personable, kind, and you can tell they care about what they do! Such a great experience, I highly recommend visiting! ᵕ̈

    I had an amazing reflexology session that left my feet feeling 100x better. The therapist was attentive and skillful, making sure every pressure point was expertly treated. I feel asleep for a bit because the atmosphere was s soothing. I left with a sense of deep relaxation.

    Chris and Paul were truly unbelievable. I am a savvy reflexology and foot massage goer in Atlanta and while I was visiting my home town researched a great place to go.     Tara amazing Manager, best customer service, cares about customers and because of her our family will continue to go to Foot Haven Reflexology. We were introduced to Foot Haven a few years ago by our older daughter. Now husband, wife, daughters, son-law, sister and grandfather will be going to Foot Haven. it is under new ownership, which they have done some fantastic updates to the services. I ran into an issue with service and Tara took the time to explain to me what exactly occurred and ensured that I was fully satisfied as a long term customer. This is a very big plus for a business. Foot Haven is the best spa in South Florida.

    Came to foot haven last year for my birthday and had an AMAZING experience and I have been back a few times since and referring friends and relatives. This year I returned the weekend of Valentines and Josh and I have to say he ha “hands that are not from this world”… it was one of the BEST massages I have ever had! The staff never disappoints, are friendly and I always walk away feeling great. 1hour isn’t enough!Thank You Josh :-)

    This spa is absolute perfection. The front desk staff were gracious and generous, offering us water and champagne while we wait for our therapist. Once our therapist arrived we were greeted with smiles and a great spirit and taken to our private room. The decor of this spa is stunning with every detail taken into account. My therapist was knowledgeable and kind. Once the massage started I was in HEAVEN! The smell of the oils and the calming ambient music made it for a very relaxing experience.After a full body massage, we then did a reflexology foot massage which was also to die for! So relaxing and felt amazing!All in all I would have to say that it has to be one of my, if not my absolute favorite spa and I cant wait to come back again!

    Foot Haven is amazing! I just discovered this gem when I came with my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday and all of us got served a complimentary champagne and then received a relaxing foot Reflexology in a private room. We then continued to get full body massages (one of the girls got a pregnancy massage and the rest did the hot stones) and it was such a bliss!! What a fun way to celebrate my birthday!! I couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff is professional and gave such high quality treatments and the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! I will definitely be coming back as often as possible!

    The leather lounge chairs are exquisite, the ambiance created by the lighting and music is so relaxing, the complimentary wines and teas are all delicious (I have tried them all), every therapist is skilled. I have gone about once a month for the last couple of years, and I have never been disappointed. After a 55 minute massage (only$39!!!), I feel more relaxed than I feel after a full body massage at other local spas. I have always been able to get an appointment last minute, and theyre open late. They dont push the add-ons, but if you get one, its totally worth it. I cant recommend this place enough.

    Foot Haven is so different from any spa Ive ever been to, and now Ill never go anywhere else! If youre looking for a high quality massage in an atmosphere that has amazing vibes and incredibly skilled massage therapists, then look no further-- Foot Haven is my addiction and I love coming by myself or with my mom for a girls day of being pampered with reflexology and lots of great conversations with the friendliest staff and sweetest people that have what I call magic hands because every single one of these massage therapists knows exactly what theyre doing, and just how to make you feel your very best. I want to send everyone that I know to come here, at least to try reflexology because I think that everyone has to try AT LEAST that one thing in their lifetime. I just booked an appointment for later today and Im so excited that I figured I would write a review while I wait ;) BEST SPA!

    Amazing staff..love love love the owner! I drive all the way from wpb at least once a month just to get reflexology. Ive had more massages than the average person and Foot Haven Spa tops all the spas Ive been too...good prices. Ambiance is perfect, decor is lovely. Nice touches with complimentary beverages and organic products. Looking fwd to trying out the full body massage and facials. Highly recommend!

    Went to this lovely spa over the weekend with my Fiance, this was our first time at this spa, and it was not a disappointment. My Fiance and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Chris and Kim did an amazing job with our massages and the sauna was an awesome treat at the end.

    Best relaxing hour after a very busy weekend! Stopped by for a reflexology session with Will today and it was ana amazingly relaxing serene experience. The ambiance was perfect. I got a 5pm appointment which was the last appointment for the day. I had room to myself. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff were very courteous. I was greeted and checked in quickly. They offered me a choice if beverage. I picked a hot tea which was perfect. Will was very good at kneading the knots in my back as well as my calves. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. The mood and lighting was perfect. The hot towel service was great. Will asked me if Id like a add on service and I opted for a sugar scrub for $10 extra. Check out was quick as well. Overall a great experience. I will be back when I am back in town for sure!

    I am on my feet all day day/all week and decided to find a place closer to home for foot reflexology. I searched Google and decided to give Foot Haven in Delray Beach a call. Valerie answered the phone and was very patient answering my questions without rushing me and had a very warm personality. I knew I found the right place after speaking to Valerie. My therapist was Chris and he is not only very knowledgeable in his field but is quite charming and funny. At the end of the hour foot treatment I decided to see if Chris had time to do a 30 minute back massage. He was very accommodating and he worked hard on correcting my back issues. I was a little sore on Saturday and Sunday but today I feel great. I have less back pain. I am very impressed with this spa and will most definitely return. Try it out ... you wont be sorry. Patti

    This foot reflexology spa is by far the best in Palm Beach County. The owner attends to every detail. The spa employees are so professional. It is spotless, owned by a woman who “gets” customer service. Located just off Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. I treat myself once a week. Cannot recommended enough if you are a local or a visitor to Delray Beach.

    This place is incredible. My wife and I have been twice now and well go back again, whenever we visit our son. They are so friendly, they explain things, they do a wonderful job and they dont push extra services. They mention them but there is never any pressure. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is just fantastic. B and Erica are great!!! When I leave here, Im so relaxed and feel so good, its a great value.

    My favorite local spa. My favorite masseuse is Will. I love going for reflexology and full body massages. While you wait they offer wine, mimosas, hot tea and other beverages. They have a cute boutique to shop at as well. The staff is very friendly and professional. They offer monthly specials on some of their services. Which is a great option if you are looking to save some money.

    Excellent staff and services in a true spa setting. This is NOT one of those seedy foot massage places that are popping up all over. These are licensed massage therapists with actual knowledge of reflexology. The front desk people are friendly and helpful and the whole place has such a zen vibe.

    I’ve been to Foot Heaven two times now and both times have been more than helpful correcting pain in my body. My first time coming in I had Dawn work on me and not only was she very personable, she also made sure to take into account when messaging em to address my pain areas and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Today I had Chris work on me, and him as well was very wonderful to have. Made my session today very relaxing and helped with my shoulder pain. I will continue to come to Foot Heaven for any future endeavors:))

    I absolutely love this beautiful spa. All of my stress floats away in this peaceful setting. I strongly recommend the Himalayan Salt Infrared Sauna. I had damaged my radial nerve and could not move it for several months. The heat helps with pain relief. My skin is glowing and I sleep soundly at night. I bought a 20 pack. So excited to try a facial next. I highly recommend Foot Haven Reflexology Bar & Spa. Tali is so warm, welcoming and informative. Excellent staff, great results.

    Awesome place we found on a whim, so peaceful & relaxing from the moment you walk-in. The 25 min foot massage is perfect for tired feet needing a quick uplift. Paul was wonderful, strong and gentle hands took away a pain and stiffness I had in my foot and ankle. Will be back soon!

    My massage was nice and I would definitely visit again. However, I have been to places of higher quality so I would rate 3.5 or 4 out of 5. It’s not as nice as a hotel spa or traditional day spa but it does get the job done and is clean!

    Attended the Foot Haven October “Bubbles and Botox” event and received some Botox injections as well as a full body massage and a facial earlier that day. I’ve been going to their spa for a few years now. It’s an amazing zen location that is just as beautiful as a 5 star hotel spa, but with much better prices. Their staff (front desk and therapists) are very accommodating and so professional. Whenever I go there I come out so relaxed... their massage therapists are AMAZING (and I’ve tried quite a few of them over the years). Their Organic facials are the best! Now that they added Botox to their menu of services I’ll be going even more often... Best local spot in downtown Delray- I highly recommend 👌👌👌

    Foot Haven is now blessed to host one of the most talented and caring acupuncturists for private and community acupuncture on Wednesdays.. As I sat in the community acupuncture room yesterday I bore witness to miracles taking place. People who had been in dire pain when they entered were instantly relieved of that pain. I am thankfully not experiencing that kind of pain but I know that acupuncture with Sam will help to revitalize my health, restore my energy and heal me on all levels of being.

    We celebrated my husbands retirement with an 80 min foot reflexology.which included 20 minute back work... we also opted to .add the head aromatherapy and foot scrub...walked away amazed at how effective their reflexology skills are..we were totally relaxed and stress free..love this place and everyone was professional and very friendly..wish I lived nearby..I would go weekly!!
