My daughter wanted beach braids while on vacation, and I came across Marina beauty studio. The owner has a single studio with a nice waiting area and play area for small children. It was very clean and adorable. The owner is very nice and very talented!!! The braids looked exactly like the inspiration photo we showed her. Her prices are very reasonable as well. We are more than happy with the entire experience, and will definitely be back every time we vacation in Destin!!

I usually don’t write reviews but let me tell you… I had an AMAZING experience!!! Marina is great! I will start first with the studio it had an inviting atmosphere, light colors, nice music, coffee, a comfy stylist chair, and a photo zone for before/after pictures. Everything is very clean, cozy and neat, and as a bonus she has a child play area. Marina was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make me happy. I asked for highlights and a haircut. I had wanted it for a while but was putting it off since I have a 4 month old and he needs lots of attention. But Marina said that I could bring him with me which I did. She was very patient with both of us. While she was working with my hair I could breastfeed the baby. We stopped a few times and I had time to console and change him. Marina didn’t mind at all and was very understanding and patient. She took her time with me and didn’t hurry through the process. And as a result I left with amazing highlights and wonderfully styled hair! I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror! She did an amazing job with my hair! I am so grateful and totally recommend her to everyone!!! Thank you so much Marina for an awesome experience!!!

This review is submitted on behalf of my wife:Choosing the perfect hairstyle and makeup for your wedding day could be very stressful! It has to look good and feel comfortable at the same time! Marina made my experience very light and enjoyable! We talked about hairstyles that I imagined for myself, she gave awesome feedback of how and what we should do to achieve that with the type of hair I have. She was very helpful with choosing the hairstyle that will look the most beautiful on me! We did a practice test run before the wedding and I loved it. On the wedding day I had to be ready very early so she was awesome on agreeing to do my hair and makeup at 5 am in the morning 🤯 (not everyone will agree on that). Everything was done perfectly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction 😍 I was in love when I looked in the mirror, it was better than I imagined 🥰 I had a very long wedding day from 7am till about 10pm including a park photo shoot, ceremony, reception, beach sunset photo shoot, and end of night gathering with family! My hairstyle and make up survived perfectly with no adjustments needed throughout the day. Every single pin stayed in place, the braid did not fall apart even with all the travel by car, the light wind at the park and the beach! I was amazed 😍 Marina did such an awesome job securing everything without me feeling that my hair was cemented with hairspray (some masters will do that and it feels awful). My make up was light and natural looking just as I wanted! She did an absolutely amazing job, she helped me to achieve my “dream bride image” that I was looking for and I would recommend her over and over again to everyone! Marina Thank you for being such an awesome, professional and creative hairstylist ❤️

BEST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! Went in to get my hair layered and to get bangs, came out looking absolutely perfect! Showed Master Marina inspo picture and she did exactly what I asked for, super attentive and detail-orientated. Marina was kind, took her time and delivered amazing results. She is truly a Master and knows how to work with hair. I wish I knew of her salon earlier, would have avoided previous hair mistakes. Regardless, she revived my hair, made me feel confident, and I couldnt be more happier! If you are looking for someone who knows how to listen and deliveramazing results - she is the one!

Marina is the best! Everything that is listed on her website she delivers! She is very skilled and will take her time to make you look your very best! She never rushes through my visits with her. You should visit her and she will become your number one choice too! :)
