    This is the absolute best salon that I’ve been able to find in South Florida! Rosie is not only extremely talented but also hilarious and very kind. Great results every single time.     During my search of a professional hair stylist I came across Karma Hair. I’m such a perfectionist so I was extremely nervous about my visit. I never write reviews but when I tell you Rosie, the owner she is absolutely amazing, great personality is an understatement! Not only do I love my hair but the way she presented herself, the professionalism, she made me feel extremely comfortable! She listened to me, the way I wanted my hair and did it exactly to my liking. Honestly, she’s good because if she wasn’t I most definitely wouldn’t be here, Trust. Will I be back? Absolutely! Note: She did not ask me to write this review and that shows a lot about her character. By the way, she also provides hair along with her service. I felt like I was at a high end 7/11 😩 lol.     I was in need of getting my hair done and googled some places. Luckily, Karma Black popped up! I had such an amazing experience! From the ease of booking the appointment online, to showing up and receiving top notch service! The owner (Rosna) is so professional and knowledgeable about hair! It was so nice to come in and have the hair there, ready to go! The hair is pure quality and the service was quick, professional and my hair turned out beautiful! I felt like a new person!     My first appointment was the best experience Ive ever had in a salon. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices with upfront pricing-no surprises once the service is provided. The stylist Rosie was polite, skilled at her craft and literally gave me the best sew in Ive ever had. Hands down best stylist in South Florida; as I sit here for my second appointment I am convinced I will be a life long customer.

    Rosie is great and extremely professional. Ive gotten my hair done by many other stylists before, and she is by far the best. She braided down my hair so quickly and had me out of there in less than 2hrs start to finish for a full sew in. She is very knowledgeable about hair care.This is my second time going to her and I plan on coming back every time.

    I love love love coming to this salon. I moved back to Miami in February and I went to salon after salon before finding a home with Rosie’s karma black in June. Now I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. Customer service is amazing. The salon is a walk in salon and not by appointments Which I prefer. If there are several heads before me Rosie let’s me sign in and run errands then she calls me when it is almost my turn. When I leave this salon, my hair is so slayed, I look like a whole new person. 5 stars does not provide this salon justice. It needs a million!!!Trust me! I am never disappointed after getting my hair done at karma black.

    On May 3/2018. Was my first time going to Karma the welcome was very pleasant shes very professional shes very fast and she know how to do amazing Job. Ive been trying to find someone to do my sewing for the longest and I was happy when I was recommended by her. I love my hair I get so much compliments about it.     All I can say is “Rosie” is awesome, professional and talented. I have received so many compliments and my confidence level is a lot higher since I found a stylist who knows how to slay a lace wig. Rosie is by far the best I have been to.     First time guest. Upon arrival I spoke with the owner and she assured me a reasonable price and time frame. She went above and beyond and was down to earth considerate. Her associate was gentle with my hair. This is not just a hair salon its a laugh factory which I highly recommend you all to come. Their sew ins is on point even though today I got lemonade braids. Overall, I think people should support black owned business more than ever now. We need to uplift each other instead of tearing our people down.

    Hair by karma is my go to spot!!! I’m SUPER picky about my hair and edges. Ever since I’ve been going there Rosie has been doing the best job laying my my wigs they look soooo natural every time!!! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a new Stylist Cierra who did a damn good job too my baby hairs look so natural she did exactly what I asked for. I’ll have no problem going back to her! Great place all around great service, conversations and great prices too!!

    I’ve been struggling to find affordable and talented hairstylists since my relocation & I am so happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had my hair braided and I absolutely love it. My stylist Ciera was super quick & efficient. Watching the other stylists and their client outcomes I would honestly trust any stylist there; every client left looking soo good & were beyond pleased with the final outcome. The stylists are all really friendly as well. It is walk in only but everyone seemed to be in & out without much of a wait. I will definitely be back!

    Had my hair done yesterday by the two Rs (Renee & Rosie). Having recently moved to the area and trying to find a salon, Im glad I went there. I hate appointments because they usually dont work, and this salon does walk-ins. I didnt have a long wait and the ladies took care of me; theyre knowledgeable, sweet and a lot of fun.     I visited Miami for the first time from Louisiana.It was my birthday and myHair was a mess. After trying to contact different salons to install my hair I ran across hair by karma. I contacted them and the owner was very helpful she told me to just come on in. I drove an hour and they were very prompted the two stylist Sierra and I cannot remember the other shampoos conditioned and braided my hair. Sierra on the other hand was a gem ! She took her time with me an insured me that she’d get my right for my birthday. And she killed it ! Thank you so much Sierra ! And thank you ladies for being about business and giving awesome customer service ! 10 stars ⭐️

    I love this salon! She took me within a short notice of me traveling out of town to my baby shower. She also had a lace closure ready and in stock! Most salons, you either have to bring your own hair or order it first. Ceirea and Rosie are really great with their hands! (sorry for trying to braid my own hair Ceirea lol). I cant wait to go back!

In choosing a new stylist for me I knew I wanted someone who displayed passion and pride in their work.After a few weeks of looking for a stylist whom I would need to get to know for various reasons, but she would have to get to know me and all of my special hair requests lol...The thought alone was a bit overwhelming. So, I literally Googled Top Hair Salons in Fort Lauderdale and Hair by Karma Black came up- One of the Best! My stylist name is Rosie. I was at first a little hesitant with my approach in choosing Hair By Karma Black to be My salon after finding out it operated on aFirst Come, First Serve basis- They take no appointments Walk In Only However, after making a quick visit to the salon, meeting the owner, viewing the hair, receiving good customer service- Very welcoming, Atmosphere was clean and peaceful. I knew I made the right choice! Her team was also very friendly. Lastly, my rating goes to the QUALITY of her Product (Hair) I am still enjoying wearing an ear to ear laceLoose Wave frontal (16 inch) 2-Bundles (22 inch) there has been very minimal to NO shedding to say the least. I Am extremely pleased with the results I have received from wearing a lace frontal in Sunny, Hot Florida. Hair by Karma Black is the place you would want to book for a good sew in.

    A rare find! Very casual, relaxed and professional! The environment is very friendly, lots of jokes and very relaxed. I came in with unbranded freshly washed hair, I left with a sew-in with closure in 3 hours! Definitely recommend this salon! Come early as it is first come first serve. I came all the way from Palm Beach County but definitely worth it! We watched Nappily Ever After and just lots of black girl magic!

    I found this salon on Google. I read the reviews, add the Instagram page, looked at the work, decided to drive 90 minutes from my home. I must say I was not disappointed. The owner Rosie was very welcoming as well as her sister, and the stylist Shantel whom did my sew-in w/frontal. I love my hair, how it was styled, the entire process of the installment was awesome. The shop was clean an I loved the purple walls. I almost had one complaint which was the separate cost to get my hair washed and conditioned, but once Shantel started washing Lol I understood why cause it felt amazing and was not rushed. The environment of the salon was very nice and I will be returning. I would add a photo but I didn’t take any that day maybe if hey will post what they took before I left shop. Thanks again Shantel for my hair style I was in vip front row looking great at the concert. See you ladies again soon.

    I was nervous about coming here because of the few bad reviews, but Im glad that I did. This place is walk-in so its more convenient for people with schedules like mine. I came in on a Saturday about 45mins after they opened, and was asked to sign in and wait in my car (Covid & shop Capacity). There were already 6 people in there. I was told that they would call me when someone came out. I went home and waited since I live about 7minz away. Someone called me back about 2 hours later. I went in, Kayla (spelling) braided my hair down. She alone would be the reason I go back. My hair is natural so the pain associated with getting it done is something I never look forward to. She used the perfect amount of tension. I might actually have some edges left when I take this sew-in out. Then Ciara (spelling) sewed my hair in, again with minimal tension and did her thing with blending my leave out. Im so happy. Ive found my one stop shop for protective styling at Karma Black! And they are SUPER affordable! Ill definitely be back!*Go early so they can at least put your name down and call you. Their closing time doesnt mean they take clients up to the very last minute. Remember, certain styles can take quite a while.*

    I actually searched on google for a really good hair salon and came across this. Omg their work of hairstyles is so good and stylish, I came all the way from Hollywood to Lauderhill just to get my hair done and this is the new spot for me . I️ went to other Salons in laudrhill but they are nothing compared to this salon like really, it’s very professional, fun and you really enjoy and have good conversations with the workers.
