I recently became a client of hair club in Fort Lauderdale. I couldn’t be happier my hair looks and feels natural it Exceeded my expectations!

10 out of 10!I have been coming here for over three years now and am consistently pleased. Previously, I was a client in another state for a very long time and at several different locations. They were all okay, but not one was as good as this one is.Both management and the front desk staff are highly professional and totally friendly. Although I cant speak for anyone else, the fact that I always see anyone else checking in engaging in a very pleasant hello tells me that I am far from alone in my praise of this office.In fact, they often go above and beyond. On one occasion, the manager, without me asking, suggested that a slight change to the proportion of grayness in my hair would look better than what I had previously requested. I debated, but knowing from past experience how well he knows his business, I went forward with his suggestion on my next system. He was 100% correct. This attention to each clients look and satisfaction is typical here.My stylist is amazingly good - I really cant say enough in praise of her. But I have on occasion seen other stylists, due to my own scheduling issues, e.g., and I have never encountered any stylist who was not highly professional and excellent.

I cannot say enough about this facility and what they did for me. They are friendly (which is a great start). They are totally supportive and helpful (which is a nice follow-up to the great start.) Most importantly, they are super competent! I have worked with two basic stylists and both are AMAZING. Their product is sensational. I am about to turn 67 and have had a shaved head for years (as I was so darned bald.)Somehow they worked with the white hair that grew in and I look 50 now! All of my friends are amazed how natural it looks. Their wives have examined my head over and over and their comment is, I just cant tell! The manager is a very wonderful gentleman and their consultant, Daniella, is an angel in disguise. All you guys out there, heres my advice .... if it worked for this super bald guys, it just has to work for you. RJ Kaplan (RJ David is my alias for google.)

I love these folks. They really understand hair loss and what to do about it. Everyone I have dealt with at the Ft Lauderdale office has been so compassionate and wonderful. Great job!!!

I have been coming here for quite some time. Every time everyone is so polite professional and respectful to privacy concerns. Appointments are always on time. From all the staff and even to the security guard at the entrance to the building. Very pleasant and polite
