    I absolutely love this salon! My new go to. As a parent of two young children, finding a place where I can get my hair done and still feel comfortable bringing my little ones is such a blessing. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. they go out of their way to make the experience stress-free.Not only is the atmosphere kid-friendly, but their services are top-notch. My stylist always listens to exactly what I want and consistently delivers amazing results. The salon is clean, beautifully organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients.I highly recommend my hair lounge to anyone, especially parents who might feel hesitant about bringing their kids along. It’s the perfect mix of professionalism and warmth, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

    I absolutely loved my visit! I am 8 months pregnant at the time of my visit and Isabel and Francy made me feel super comfortable! Isabel was my actual stylist and she was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was very upfront when it came to the whole process. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I definitely recommend this place!

    I absolutely love love love loveee this salon! It is my new go to. I came here for the first time on a Sunday desperate and the care and time that they took on my hair was amazing. They care for your hair not just your money. They are sweet and want you to feel comfortable. I came back a second time to find Isabel who had my hair look fuller than it’s ever been! She did an amazing job with my hair and I will be back again to see her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Wilka did an AMAZING job with my hair. I started out at a different salon who left me with white blonde hair with green and gray undertones and the color did not match my face at all. Sad that the salon left me walk out like this. I came across My Hair Lounge and Wilka saw my hair and knew exactly what to do. She transformed my hair into the exact color I was looking for while maintaining the health and integrity of my hair.     I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area. They are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. Today I had Wilka for the first time and she was outstanding, she took her time, amazing with the blow dryer, got my hair super straight before flat ironing. She used heat protectant!!! #curlygirlsknow 🥰 & she gave me a much needed trim. My go to spot! All of their stylists are great

My husband helped me find a highly-rated salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Wilka welcomed me with open arms and took the time to understand exactly what I needed.     I just had an amazing experience with Isabel, and I cant recommend her enough! I went in for a wash and flat iron, and she truly exceeded my expectations.From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt at ease. Isabel took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to address any concerns I had about my hair. The wash was so relaxing, and she used the perfect products that left my hair feeling clean and refreshed.When it came to the flat iron, Isabel worked her magic!     I don’t even know where to begin.it’s my birthday and I was driving around last min to fine a hair salon found this Fab place where they are so welcoming. Wilka amazing I told her it’s my birthday need a change. Oh man all the employees surprised me singing happy birthday and a slice of cake awww they all are amazing.     Had been looking for great stylists for a while and I’m so glad I found this place. We came in as a walk-in on Sunday and we were greeted very warmly and friendly. Both my sister, my mom, and I had haircuts. My sister and I have curly hair while my mom has straight/wavy hair. All stylists, Wilka, Francis and Tuti did amazing! They listened to our wants and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Prices are great and we were laughing the entire time with these amazing women. I’ve now found my forever salon!12/26/24These women have done it again, I called right after work for a last minute appointment at 4:30 PM and they told me absolutely come on in. I wanted to sneak a haircut and blow dry my hair before my birthday tomorrow. Tuti washed my hair and did a hair mask while I waited for Wilka to finish with a customer. They did exactly what I wanted and their service was fabulous. I’ve now confirmed I will not go to any other salon!! Excellent salon

    I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Wilka! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! I have naturally curly black hair and wanted to do a light honey blonde. She matched my desired color perfectly and my hair still managed to keeps its texture, I was very happy with the results 😍🥰 I also got a blowout & it lasted a while even in this Florida heat!     Ysabel did my hair and she did an amazing job. I have not been to a new hair stylist in years but when I called to make an appointment I felt welcomed. As soon as I walked in Ysabel was ready for me. I told her I want some sort of blonde/balayage in my hair but something told me to trust her with the process. So I told her make it how you think it will look best! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Here are the results!

    I absolutely love going to My Hair Lounge Salon in Sunrise, Florida! La Chama is truly incredible and so is Francis Every time I visit, they make me feel so comfortable and cared for. From the moment I walk in, la chama greets me warmly and always offers coffee, water, or soda, which is such a nice touch.Their attention to detail is unmatched—every time la chama washes my hair, my scalp feels unbelievably clean, and I leave feeling refreshed and confident. La Chama has a way of making you feel amazing, and her kindness shines through in everything she does. Francis takes care of the rest making me feel better free a blow out. And if I need hair extensions Isabel is your girl!!The entire staff at My Hair Lounge Salon is so welcoming and friendly, creating such a positive atmosphere. I can’t recommend this salon and La Chama enough! If you’re looking for top-notch service and a stylist who truly cares, this is the place to go!

    I love coming here to get my services with Wilka and her assistant Tuti. They are both informative and helpful. Wilka is very knowledgeable with hair color and has been my favorite hair stylist for 18 years. Tito has hands of a goddess when washing hair.. I love their services and highly recommend!!

    I decided to try this place out last minute because most stylist dont accept walk-ins anymore! Nor do they wash, treat and know how to work with different hair textures. I went to Ysabel for a wash and traditional Sew In and I must say I am very impressed with her work and ability to manage my hair using lightweight products! Absolutely amazing and I will be a repeat customer!

    I was referred to Wilka by my cousin about a year and a half ago. I must say, she has my hair looking healthy and feeling great. As a black woman, sometimes we feel like we have to go to a stylist who is also black, but for me, thats not the case. Shes just as good. Shell have a client for life.

    I love my girl Wilka I been going to her for about 15-18 yrs now. I NEVER had an issue with my hair when I go to her. She make sure my hair is perfect before I leave. The love I get when I enter the salon. All of the stylists do an amazing job. I always recommend ppl to go there and when they go they love their hair walking out of there. The shop is an amazing place and VERY VERY clean.

    I came here on a pinch , went to another salon and they didn’t even answer the door! We came down here from NY for a funeral and my hair got messed up a needed a new wash and set ! Wilka and TUTI were amazing ! From the wash by tuti which was amazing and the style by wilka any time I come back to Fort Lauderdale this is the only salon I will be at ! Please come here !     Got my hair done Friday and dyed it for the first time with rollers & silkpress It looks sooooo good. I was nervous walking in but Wilka made sure that I was ok and including eveyone there.     We traveled to Miami for girls trip and Googled the best Dominican hair care that also facilitates black hair texture and found this salon. My hair was done by Fransene, wash and blow cut and it was done beautifully as expected. We were also offered drinks and there’s good vibes in the salon.     Today I had the most wonderful experience at this salon. I have not had my hair relaxed professionally in a long time so I went online to find a salon nearby and came across My Hair Lounge. I read the reviews on this site and decided to give them a try. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Ysabel and she immediately seated me and began working on my hair. I did not have to wait.. She was very attentive to me and relaxed and cared for my hair as though it were her own. She gave my hair a thorough shampoo and even gently steam conditioning it. I also requested a hair cut and it was the most perfect bob cut I could have asked for. I was super impressed with her professionalism and how clean the salon was kept. I had to text my friends to let them know about this place. I will definitely be going back there. Thank you so much Ysabel for taking such excellent care of my hair. You ROCK.Judith

    Cianel is a magician with the flat iron! I have natural kinky hair that is very thick and was recently color treated so it became dry. She was able to fit me in the very day I contacted her for an appointment. I received a deep conditioner treatment (which I’m told is standard procedure) and she blow dried my hair to perfection. I’m five days in and it’s still bone straight. We discussed a treatment plan going forward to revitalize moisture in my hair and color correct, and I trust her hands completely. Add to that she doesn’t Over Charge!!! I’m recommending to all my friends!

    The new location is very beautiful, super clean, spacious, and the staff is amazing. They take their time to make you feel comfortable. I had color, cut, extensions, blow dry and they style my hair. They also do a deep conditioner treatment that leaves your hair so smooth and silky. Ysabel did my hair she is an expert with hair extensions. They got different ways of doing them. I got the sewing without the braiding. I picked the 18 inches hair, black. So natural. This one procedure doesn’t damage your hair and it will last 3 months. The lady is a master of this, very happy with the outcome. You can’t even tell I have extensions nor can you feel you have them. Super natural!!! Truly experts at doing hair extensions. 100% recommend. Plus they are Dominican and you know what they say, “ THEY ARE THE BEST AT DOING HAIR”... ❤️❤️

    Fist time here and I found this Dominica salon online and read great reviews. Went to cut my hair in layers with Ysabel and she did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back.     Got my hair washed and blow dry/flat ironed the first time here. Wash, deep condition and just blow dried the second time. It was very straight after the blow dry lol. Honestly I have very very coarse hair. I have an Afro. Just moved here from Tampa. I’m very picky about my hair. But let me tell you. Best blow out ever. And I loved my previous hair stylist but honestly this was the best salon experience ever. I didn’t even have to get it flat ironed the second time it was so straight. Yes that means “heat damage” but honestly my hair seems healthy otherwise and I’ve been wanting to find a place that could keep me as a “straight natural” without too much damage.     Ive been going here for a couple of months now and have had a great experience at every visit. I usually get a wash, blow dry and curl. Theyve also done my keritan treatment and did an amazing job. Ive been having issues with my hair for health reasons and coming here is getting my hair back to being healthy. The place is very clean with a relaxed atmosphere, not a gossiping salon atmosphere. Ive had almost everyone that works here do my hair and they all do a great job. The owner is very sweet and professional. They use the perfect amount of heat, not too much and not too little (I would have a frizzy afro by the time Id leave the chair of a previous salon because they used cheap flat irons that didnt get hot enough). They also wash the hair THOROUGHLY three times. If youre wondering if you should try it out, the answer is yes!!

    My hair was damaged from another salon and I just wanted to get my hair straight to feel nice. They suggested botox treatment and my HAIR came out grandiose thank u so much ♥️♥️♥️ they then colored my hair like i wanted with almost no damage 😍

    Took my daughter to get a wash and blow out she did a fabulous job. The atmosphere was very welcoming & pleasant I will most definitely bring my daughter back again. I recommend this place!

    I LOVEEEEEEEEEE PLACE !! This group of independent, fun-spirited women have never disappointed me. Not only are they excelled hairstylists, but they also feed you and give you free mimosas. What more can a girl ask for while getting pampered periodt.
