    I used to come to this location all the time. It was good, but the traffic was terrible. A few months ago, I gave it another try. I am glad I did. Now, I wait for Jennifer! She is great with cuts and makes my thin hair look fuller! Shes fantastic!

    Had a great experience here with my two boys that wanted “cool” back to school haircuts. We walked straight in - no wait. Allen did a fantastic job and both boys said they only want to come here for haircuts from now on. Highly recommended!

    I must say Great Clips at the Forum is GREAT!!! Pun intended 😂Cassandra is excellent every time!! She knows my hair and she knows her stuff!!! She listens 🥰Bruce cuts my grandson’s hair . Not only does he do great work but he’s so patient with my boy. Definitely recommend Great Clips at the Forum.

    Great place to have your hair done right. I felt like at home with Michelle as my stylist! We chatted and laughed the entire time spent together, before I knew it my hair was done and ready for the night out on the town! Have been here twice now and they have not disappointed either time. I did check in online as I would advise as they are quite busy here, as far as I can tell with my last 2 times Ill be there for a 3rd!!! Have gone back again and again since!

    Stacy was AMAZING and such a delight!! I was a little scared walking into a new place I’d never been to before but she did exactly what I showed her in a photo of what I wanted - she also fixed the length (the previous hair dresser at a different place I went to left my hair uneven) - she even took the time to explain what I could do to keep my hair in a healthier state to prevent future damage. I’m so glad I found this place, I will deff be coming back and pricing was VERY reasonable which is always a plus. I was a walk in and only had to wait about 5 min to be taken care of which was excellent. Loved Great Clips!!:)

    I walked in with my children and was able to get to great haircuts for my kids from the lovely ladies that worked there. We didnt have a long wait and while we waited, we were able to run next door and get a slice of pizza from Tonys pizza. The ladies didnt mind that we brought it back to eat this quick snack. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Were planning to go back when we need cuts again. (For now there is not a public restroom available, so be mindful before you go...um...especially with kids!)

    Everytime I go to Great Clips hair salons they do a fantastic job at cutting hair Keep up the good work.Havent had a bad cut and I hope I never do but I do want to tell you keep up the great work. I went back today. Bruce was fantastic and so were the other stylist in there. Not a bad haircut but a perfect haircut

    Great experience. Becca has cut my hair twice now and she does a terrific job and is very pleasant to talk to. I was in a bad mood today and left feeling great, with a great hair cut. Will be requesting her in the future and think others should as well

    Ive been going to the same barber for 8 years and my barber is on vacation so I stumbled across great clips and they are what they advertise. Waited about an hour. Found out there is an online check in process you have the option for vs walking in. Had Keyinza as my stylist and she gave me exactly what I wanted and more. My hair was damaged and starting to tangle even when I washed and conditioned and with a couple squirts of some leave in conditioner my hair was back. Thanks girl Ill be back again for sure. Very clean and quiet atmosphere all the customers and employees seemed very happy and friendly.

    My boyfriend and I came in for haircuts and had a great experience! We checked in online (which I would recommend anyone trying to get an appointment as they are a walk-in only buisness) and were able to be taken care of immediately. Regina did a wonderful job on my hair and was very enjoyable to chat with :)

    Stylist “Paula” cut my hair this morning - she was great. This was my second visit and the team at this location continues to exceed my expectations. Friendly, professional work at a really reasonable cost. They also offer online appointment option to better manage your wait time.

    Great place to get a haircut. I’ve had cuts from three different people and they are all good. My last from Kwame I believe his name was, was my best cut yet. Definitely coming back. Friendly people here.

    I will go here when I get a coupon. This particular location has several stylists, and a couple actual barbers, but it is hard to who is who until you sit down. For kids, I guess it great because its economical, and I get mine short (why I use coupon). The place was clean in the morning, and another time at night. Ive had friendly people working on me, but I have seen a worker there not smiling, almost a frown.

    Just got a great haircut from Jamie! I am so pleased with my new do! I had long hair and she did a wonderful consultation to find out what I wanted and now Im a new woman! Thank you you so very much for a fantastic experience! I will let everyone know youre the BEST!!

    This was my first visit to Great Clips as my barber retired after twenty years of cutting my hair I did the online check in I arrived on time and took a seat someone ask me if I checked in I replied yes I believe she thought I checked in at the counter, after about ten minutes someone else ask me if I checked in online I replied yes. I guess next time I will check in at the counter and let them know I checked in online. But being my first visit I wasnt sure of the procedure. That was the only issue,the staff are friendly and Im very happy with my haircut

    Always a great job done. Regina is always doing the job better than expected. Both my wife go to her because she always remembers our names and how we like hair done and other things done. Big cudos to her. You all need to make her more permanent than call when needed.

    Shame the only review was from a year ago. Great service. The really pretty tiny girl cut my hair and was great. Im from out town (maryland) and she even took the time to write down all the places I should see while here. Two ladies were working when I arrived for the cutting of the hairs and both were extremely outgoing and professional. I got a simple trimmer on the sides and scissors on top. Traditionally a haircuttery man, I will be going to great clips any chance I get from now on.

    I went in the other day and Pedro was my hairstylist. He listened to what I asked for and gave me such an amazing cut. Everyone is complimenting me at work and the family is amazed by it. I recommend going to him when coming to this store. Thank you Pedro!!

    Its where i get my hair cut no matter where i am. My hair is easy to cut so its not rocket science but they can mess it up if they arent careful. Good place and good value.
