    Ashley is amazing. She is great with our two young kids and the adults. She helps when you want to try a new style and will tell you if it will work or not. There is always an extra wait if you want to see her, but she is 100% worth the wait.

    Went in today because I usually cut my own hair but i messed up the back. I walked right in and a woman named Olivia greeted me. I told her my situation and she understood and fixed me up. Was quick and easy! I recommend this haircutters for the friendly staff and quick in and out. Thank you Olivia!

    Edit: Review is for Tania, not Great Clips. She is no longer working at Great Clips. So I no longer go there. I followed Tania to her new job.Only place I can take my baby to get a haircut. Tania knows her stuff. She is the only person to be able to get him to sit still & she gives him an amazing haircut every time. He adores her!

    Fast haircut, friendly service, and good price. I have been there three times and I have never seen the same stylists there. There is always three stylists but never the same three. There was one woman who did a fantastic job but she has not been there when I have went the other two times.

    I moved down to Fort Myers a few months ago and one of the hardest things to do is find a good barber/hair stylist. It may be the most frustrating thing as you put a lot of trust into someone who cuts your hair and no one likes a bad haircut.Well I couldnt be any more impressed by this Great Clips location. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and really caring. Specifically Ashley. She goes above and beyond to make your haircut perfect. That paired with her great personality makes for an enjoyable experience every time.Although Ashley a majority of the time cuts my hair, I want to mention Katie has also done a great job and is a pleasure to work with as well. If youre in the market to try a new place for a haircut I highly recommend Great Clips at the Gulf Coast Town Center, go see Ashley or Katie and you wont be disappointed.

    Tonia is the best hair cutter around. She knows all about hair. I wanted a short layered bob and she asked me very important questions regarding Florida weather. Such as humidity, heat, the way the hair may act following the cut. This was to ensure I was sure of my decision. I truly love her knowledge and appreciate her expertise. I lived in NY and believe me I went to many salons and spent hundreds of dollars my results were never as good as after Tonia did my hair. I am happy I found her! I will follow her anywhere she goes! I have recommended many, many people to her. This establishment is so fortunate to have such an amazing employee!

    Great Clips, please pass on to Maura how much I sincerely LOVED how personal she was during my hair cut. I have never had someone kneel down to my wheelchair level to cut my hair before! That just shows true commitment and customer service!

    I go to FGCU, so students get a discount, which is great. The many times Ive been here, Ive always got a stylist who knew what they were talking about and what was good. They walked me through what I needed for my hair and how to take care of it. If you have thick, curly hair, be sure to ask for Valerie!!

    Im new to the area and received a gift certificate in the mail for a free haircut. I took advantage and went to Great Clips at GCTC. I was very pleased with my cut. Thank you Helen and thank you to the ladies at the front desk recommending the $10.99Great CARD, so I purchased four additional haircuts in advance.You know I will be back now.

    The 2 ladies that were there last night were so nice and welcoming! We came in 20 minutes before closing and they still took all 3 or us. All of us walked out more than happy with our haircuts. We will definitely be going back for our next cut or trim! These ladies are the best! Thank you both!

    I been going here for awhile, all the girls that work here are extremely polite and know how to style hair. And the app to check in before you arrive is spot on. This is a busy Great Clips, but its worth the wait.

    Even with their prices going up, none stop. Its still a very convenient option. Check in on the app. Show up when they tell me. Knock out the hair cut in 15min. Very happy with them.
