I’m thrilled to say that I had a fantastic experience. I saw Allyson, I was her first customer at JCPenney although she has many years of experience with corrective colors at other salons. I had serious blonde highlights and decided to make a decision to dye my hair myself to plain brown. As you can see from the pictures that was a terrible mistake. Allyson was phenomenal and was able to fix my mistakes in one session. Some of my hair turned a rusty blonde but that’s okay considering that’s my fault. It’s an easy fix if I decide I don’t like it I’ll get a toner session in a couple weeks. But I think the red gives me a cool color dimension .. ask for Allyson she’s amazing!

Dee gave me a complete makeover! She gave me the perfect haircut! My ponytail is so adorable & bouncy with the long layers! Then, she gave me a partial highlight which really brought out my natural hair color and made me look YEARS younger! Finally, she tinted my eyebrows. Im a strawberry blonde, and with age its turning white, so my eyebrows were practically invisible, but Dee made them match my strawberry hair perfectly! I feel like a brand-new woman! Highly recommend Dee! Shes a pro!

I love the salon. Leeanne is my hairdresser. She is the best hair cutter I have ever had. She always cuts my hair precisely the way I’ve asked. I never worry when she is doing the cutting. I also have had more compliments on the color than I have ever had. I used to travel an hour and a half each way to have my hair done. The convenience is an added plus.

I have been going to leeanne for three years now starting off with my son she is very professional and kind. Leeanne made my son feel safe while getting his first haircut and all the haircuts after. I have been going to leeanne as well she is amazing with color and her cuts and listening to what you want, she is amazing.I can not recommend her enough. I am very happy with the experience I have with her and the salon.

Maritza Hall was my stylist. She is such a professional stylist and she knows the trending. She will talk to you about your hair and what is to be done step by step. She listens to her clients like if we were her only client. I will recommend my stylist to anyone in need of an updated , professional and attentive outgoing stylist.

They are very professional anytime I have any questions. The haircut and color always come put perfect. I am very happy not only with the stylist, but the salon as a whole. Highly recommend.

I got highlights and a cut with Stephanie Short! I got exactly what i wanted and she was so much fun to talk to! She is extremely nice, very helpful an always know how to change it how i wanted it! she did an absolutely perfect job and i absolutely love my hair!!! Will definitely be back!

I came in today with no appointment not knowing what to expect. Julie took me right back and listened to every concern I had regarding the horrible experience I had at another salon. She did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with the way she was able to fix someone elses mistake without having to cut all my hair off like other stylists have suggested.Great atmosphere with lots of fun chatting! As the new manager at JCPenney hair salon it was refreshing to walk into a salon of such great seasoned stylist that know what you’re doing. The atmosphere here is great. I encourage people to disregard the negative reviews and comments and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Customer service is our main goal.
