I have had my hair colored at several places around Fort Myers, but none have compared to the quality and beauty I recieved with Karina at Michelinas Hair Salon. I have never had a stylist test colors before the treatment, neither have I had one listen to exactly what I wanted and pick out the perfect colors. I was going for peanut butter and jelly hair color and Karina nailed it. She picked out the perfect combination of reds, purple, and browns to give me a color combination that looks different in whatever light I am in. Karina has an eye for making the colors pop. I have had two other stylists attempt this and nothing compares to the piece of art Karina created with my color.

They are highly dedicated to education, they have a level system and teach every stylist the matrix system and how to relate the education to be better stylists.

I got my hair cut, styled, shampooed, and styled by Karina. Karina treated me with respect! She always checked with me to make sure that I was comfortable. She listend to all my wants and needs. This was the first time I left from a salon happy!! I 100% would recommend Karina!

Because I am new to this area I selected Michelinas because it had great reviews. I was not disappointed!Marielis cut my hair which is straight, fine, limp and color treated-not easy.She did an amazing job. She is friendly, very professional and very good at what she does. Totally welcoming in every way. Amy did an outstanding job on my hair and the owner is a class act as well. He spoke to me while my hair was processing and then showed me around the whole salon, including the spa.5 stars !!!

Ive never had a hairstylist that I truly could give free reign to do as they see best and it turns out perfect everytime. Karina is amazing at her craft. And she is constantly learning new ways to better take care of her clients needs and wants. When it comes to a stylist that knows what will look good, there is no one netter. I can walk in and say do your thing and everything she does always turns out amazing. She never goes outside of what you feel comfortable with, but she knows all kinds of ways to take what you love and make it so much better. Whether I want bright and crazy color or sof. t and subtle she crushes it everytime

Today was my birthday and to treat myself self I got a hair cut and a new look.I was set up with Laura, she was very informative and I’m glad I followed her advice on what to do on my hair. I met gene (the owner) he was super nice and helpful . I loved that Laura asked him for ideas..helped me out for sure!!They really taught me how to keep my damaged hair beautiful and alive lol.So glad I found your salon!Go see them for every hair and nail care 💕🤩

I was looking for a new salon since my previous one kept telling me no to all the hair ideas I had. Karina was amazing and listened to what I liked. She took me through the steps of how to achieve a certain look and it went awesome. This place is so comforting and the employees are super nice. Would recommend this place over and over. Already made my appt for the next time.

I have been going to Michelinas for almost 7 years now and have never been disappointed, no matter who cut my hair. They always do a great job. Gene, the owner, and all of his employees go out of their way to make sure the experience is excellent and enjoyable.

Beautiful salon, convenient to all of Gateway. Prices for highly experienced staff are higher than average. Prices for newer staff are very reasonable. I would say it depends on your needs who you should use. I am anal about the way my hair looks so I use Gene the owner.

The fact that I drive up from Naples for my hair appointments is a testamentto the high regard that I have for Gene and Amy andthe professionalism of this salon.

I just took my sister here for her 16th birthday. She is autistic which can make people uncomfortable, but the whole staff made her feel incredibly welcome. They gave her a great hair cut at a great price. I can not recommend them enough!
