As someone with PTSD with hair salons (everything from hair being fried by highlights multiple times by multiple salons, getting ALL my hair cut off because the hairstylist got scissors happy, and more) I literally sighed relief today! My experience with Natalie did not disappoint - the reviews on here giving her a shout out are true. I was so impressed with Natalie, she was friendly and welcoming from the beginning, she seemed to enjoy what she does and took the time to listen to my fears and wishes for this haircut. It had been over a year and a half since the last time I got my hair done at a salon and Natalie made me believe again. She cut off the literally tips and asked if that was okay, she kept asking me throughout the haircut if what she was going to do aligned with my vision and she nailed it. I even got my hair blow dried and I braced myself to feel the pain of hair being tugged, but THERE WAS NONE!! This is the first and only time that I actually enjoyed a blow dry because she was gentle and not aggressive with technique nor heat. Please, give her a chance before you lose all hope in salons today. NATALIE is my girl!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

I was surprised that the stylist cut around my ears, as I have prominent ears and have never had them not covered by a bit of hair. It was a substantial departure from my existing cut (she even used an electric razor to make it a very close shave around my ears). I had told her I liked my existing cut a lot but just needed it a bit shorter. As with any too short of a cut, it will grow back but I would say that if a stylist is going to make a radical change like that, the customer should be consulted.Otherwise the cut was good.

I love this salon. The girls are great. They have an excellent rapport with each other and Natalie does a superb job on my hair. I have highlights and lowlights done and the first time she did my hair it wouldn’t process. Probably because of medicine. Natalie was so patient and I had to stay there for hours for the color to take. This time I used a clarifying shampoo and baking soda and it processed right away. She did such a great job on my hair she made this old lady feel hip again wit the way she cut my hair. I love her. I highly recommend her.My only complaint would be Is It is always TOO COLD IN THE SHOP. YOU NEED TO REMEMBER TO WEAR SOCKS AND SHOES, LONG PANTS BRING A BLANKET AND A SWEATSHIRT.
