    Stopped in last night to pick up an online order. I had a great deal with the coupons and holiday bundle and save deals. Joann greeted me at the door and from the moment I walked in, she was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable in the products and helped get my order together.     Andrea is the absolute best! I have been going to her for over 6 years and followed her to Ulta from another salon. She is so incredible that I fly from Houston to get my hair done! I always love my hair and how absolutely beautiful it looks. She matches my color perfectly and my gray is gone. My hair was fine and thin, so we tried extensions. They look very natural. All of my friends are surprised when I tell them I have them. My hair now is much thicker and longer. I completely trust Andrea with all my beauty needs. She gives great advice and is always happy to answer any questions I have. She is a great listener and always makes me feel and look great.

    Cierra did such a phenomenal job on my hair, lately I had been feeling down and kind of just unsatisfied with my hair for a while and since I graduate this may I wanted to do something different and let me tell you she did not disappoint, I wanted some more highlights added to my hair from previous and just something more and she delivered more and then some so if you’re ever looking for a full highlight Just wanting some done to make you feel better. She will give you that in so much more. You did a phenomenal job babe. I absolutely I’m in love with my hair. I’ve been getting compliments nonstop by my peers saying I look Fantastic!

    I just had the most amazing experience with Andrea. My blonde highlight turned out absolutely flawless. She really listened to what I wanted and matched my color perfectly while adding just the right amount of brightness. The transition from roots to highlights is so smooth, and the tone is exactly what I was hoping for — vibrant but natural.Not only is she incredibly skilled, but Andrea is also so warm and attentive, making the entire process enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend for anyone looking to refresh their blonde.

    I am so happy I found Audrey at Ulta Bell Tower! It’s nice to just sit in her chair and relax because I have complete confidence that she will do an excellent job. I have colored and highlighted my hair for years and I’ve never had any hairdresser that paid attention to every little detail to make sure it is perfect… until now! Picture was taken in bad bathroom lighting but the color really is gorgeous 🩷

    Ive been going to Andrea a little over a year and the first time I went to her she had to fix my hair, I tried dying it and it turn orange. She did such a great job. I just had my 4th visit with her and look at thes photos. I always wanted BLONDE! Like almost platinum and we got it. She is the only person I will let touch my hair. She is amazing, her and the staff are hilarious and they make it feel like home.

    Marcella in the beauty department is amazing. She made me feel beautiful. She gave me her time, patience, and knowledge in products to help guide me in the right direction to figure out what makeup was best for me. She was so kind and I look, but more importantly, I FEEL beautiful. She didn’t stop until she found the best color and product for my skin. I’m now sitting at lunch with the most important person in my life. ME. I feel beautiful and I’m enjoying this moment feeling fabulous reflecting on how great that experience was.     I love going to Cierra, Addy and Audrey at the Ulta Salon! They are all amazing- friendly, professional & talented. I always enjoy getting my hair done here & love the results too!     Since my first visit with Audrey she has done an amazing job with every service. Ive had a couple of haircuts (different styles), all over color and a couple of the keratin treatments. Today I asked for a very specific haircut, and she listened to all my little wishes for the finished results and it turned out better than I even imagined! She doesnt just start chopping on her own accord (which puts me at ease) she always confirms before the big chop. Audrey is a GEM!

    I’ve been to many hair stylist and they all disappointed me . I almost stopped going and used boxed dye because I was tired of being disappointed but then I met ANDREA and I absolutely love her work. She never disappoints. I’ve asked for two different hair colors and each time it came out super amazing. She also very nice and easy to talk to that’s always a plus. I highly recommend going to her for any hair needs .

    *Detailed Review Ahead*My family and I moved to the SWFL area in late 2021. I had a wonderful stylist at an Ulta in Louisville who I was super sad to leave so I decided to try Ulta when I moved down here. I booked my first appointment with Andrea S. in early 2022 and I havent regretted it since. I am the kind of person a stylist loves to hate because I dont get too upset over my hair. I have had all kinds of styles and colors through the years but I now stick mostly to a version of blonde, short-mid length hair.I have my hair cut and colored about every ~2 months. Sometimes I will go in with a color and style in mind and other times I will tell Andrea to surprise me. I know that would cause most hair stylists to have a heart attack, but she just looks at my head for a few minutes and then makes a suggestion and I will say yay or nay. I dont think I have ever said no because in the 2+ years she has been doing my hair, it hasnt looked bad for even a day. I get compliments on my hair regularly. It always shocks me when I get compliments 2+ months after I had seen Andrea. (Not saying my hair wasnt good in the first place but after 2 months, I know its time for a visit to Andrea again.) I style my hair in many different ways and some days it looks supermodel worthy but most days it is just normal but still attracting lots of compliments on the color and cut.After Hurricane Ian, I didnt have my hair cut or colored for well over 4 months and I felt horrible about it. When I finally got back in gear, Andrea was there to fix my hair back to its former glory.Thankfully I was blessed with a decent head of hair. Its a fine texture but I have a lot of it so it can get heavy when it is longer. It is mostly straight with the slightest bit of wave at the ends. It will hold pretty much any hairstyle you would like to put it in, so Andrea loves to curl it and make it look glorious before I leave her chair.Im currently letting my hair grow and it has long layers just past my shoulders. Andrea has been keeping it nice until I get a wild notion and cut it back off into a bob again. Finding a hair stylist is hard but once you find a great one, its like hitting the self-care jackpot. I dont do anything for myself except for having my hair done so I am willing to pay a price for the excellent service that Andrea provides.As much as I would love to keep her all to myself, I feel like many others will be just as happy as I am if they would like for Andrea to be their hair stylist. I could honestly write a book about all the great things she has done for my hair and confidence since moving here.

    I absolutely love going to the Ulta Salon for my hair. Addy has been so wonderful to me and truly makes the experience there soooo comfortable and fun!     I recently had my hair done by Addy Weiler and will definitely be using Addy moving forward. We are snowbirds and last year I had a terrible experience elsewhere that severely damaged my hair.Addy was understanding and very careful when placing my foils in root area to not overlap colour and have breakage. She also trimmed and texturized my hair and I love colour and cut. She never rushed me as we were cutting my hair after closing .Great job Addy…see you every season .

    Bri was fabulous today! She helped me pick out my entire makeup needs and was so friendly, professional, fun and full or life and for the record her look was on point! I used to go to Sephora but from now on I’m going to Ulta and asking for Bri! My mom wants to add that Bri helped her find the most perfect lipstick that she remembered from the 70s frosted pink.

    I had a wonderful experience thanks to Rita. Rita was my make up artist at Ulta. I had a bruise under my eye from my dog, tried numerous cover ups & concealers all essentially ineffective in covering. She found several different products to try & helped me pick the best. Rita is extremely patient & taught me how to properly apply. She’s the best and would recommend her to everyone.

    Best experience I’ve had at Ulta EVER. I needed a shade match since I’m more tan now and wanted to try a new brand and was lost at where to even start. Chantelle was AMAZING!!! She took her time and she genuinely cared about all aspects of helping me. Wasn’t pushy about buying anything but gave me some recommendations and explained why. She’s very knowledgeable. She was the first person in any Ulta I’ve been in that’s ever not rushing you, takes their time & does a good job. I’m extremely impressed by her & her incredible personality.     Had my first appointment with Andrea at Ulta Bell Tower. First it was one of the few times I left a salon and not embarrassed to go out afterwards. She understood my hair which is fine, stubborn and straight. The cut is very good. She suggested products to help in the styling and so far it has been a relief. Less time spent drying and styling. Thanks, Andrea. Next time I’m in town I will definitely schedule another appointment.

    As a guy going into Ulta for the first time, Im sure I looked like a deer in the head lights situation. Soon after entering one of the staff members approached me and ask to help. I explained that I was returning an item my wife bought and to pick up an on-line order she made. She showed me to the return desk and went to get the on-line order to give to me.     I met the best cosmetologist I have found in a long time!! Andrea transformed my drab gray/dark blonde blah locks back into a beautiful silvery blonde that is beautiful!!     My mother and I stopped by yesterday and we were greeted upon entry by several employees and asked if we needed help often. Wonderful breath of fresh air to be acknowledged as sometimes it’s hit and miss. The real reason I’m even writing this review is for Sue, Reno and Rob. All three were attentive and answered questions and suggested great products in both the drugstore and prestige areas.     I love all things beauty and makeup, and this place is awesome! I would say their prices are about the same as Sephora, however also seems to have a lot more deals. Ulta also carries drugstore brands and more Indie brands so thats why I choose to shop here. You can really find good deals when they have their brand on sale, I was just there and got the buy 2 get 2 free from the Ulta brand and you even get a free gift with purchase sometimes. I would totally recommend, the only thing I feel like the store could work on is the long line when checking out. Sometimes you can wait like 20 minutes to check out.

    I came in looking for a tinted primer. I spoke with several of the specialists and they explained the differences between products that would enhance the look of your makeup vs the ones that would actually color correct. I also ended up purchasing a new mascara and lip primer after discussing a couple of my problem areas. All of the gals were very helpful and willing to take a lot of time to answer questions and give me their opinions without being pushy salespeople. I especially enjoyed my discussions with Brie. She took the time to show me how she applies her highlighter (which looked gorgeous on her) and applied it to my face differently than I have done it, which opened my eyes (literally) to a new look for me! I actually had fun and am looking forward to my next trip!

    I don’t know where my eyebrows would be without Doris from the Benefit Brow Bar. She always does an amazing job. She’s always in a good mood and she’s very knowledgeable about what she does. She takes the time to answer my questions and she always makes my brows look amazing. I drive 30 minutes to see her and it’s worth it because I walk out of my appointments feeling happier and confident. I’m so glad my friend recommended her to me!

    I have to share an employee review- Jay at Ulta is amazing. I have never worn a lot of makeup but at age 57- concealer is becoming a must. I have a drawer full of drugstore & high-end concealers that I have purchased on the advice of friends and family. I finally decided to go to Ulta for help. Jay took so much time with me. He sold me three Lancome products (and a brush); but he showed me HOW to use everything. My only disappointment is that Jay does not get a commission. Utla needs to reward this young man for me because he made me look beautiful. Explained what I was doing wrong and provided the solutions. If you have questions while shopping at the Belltower Ulta- ask for Jay. In the 15 minutes that he was with me; Jay provided more skin and makeup information that truly made sense. If you are in Ulta at the Belltower Shops, and have questions, ask for Jay.

    I mean, what makeup lover doesnt love Ulta? Its a paradise of palettes and foundations, high end and drug store...you have so much to choose from! Hair products, skincare, a salon, a brow bar, a MAC counter...yes girl this Ulta has it going! I personally love the MAC counter here, the employees are super nice and always up for a makeup chat. I just attended a MAC event (Sep 2019) and it was lots of fun, the makeup artist who helped me was amazing and I look forward to more events here.If you visit, make sure to download the app and use the coupons, they always have at least one on there! Sign up for the rewards, they add up fast and youll get money off!

    I love make-up and smelly good stuff, perfume, cologne, etc. My boyfriend sent me in Ulta but unfortunately they didnt have the cologne he wanted. Ulta always is clean and the service is great. Almost too great to the point of almost being annoying.

    I never really consulted Ulta in Bell Tower for hair products or salon care as it’s not within my area but I recently went and a young lady by the name of Fabiana was extremely educational and informative during by my visit, making me feel welcomed. I noticed the ladies at the beauty supply were friendly too. I go to Ulta frequently but will definitely be making this my new home store and scheduling a hair appointment soon! Great experience!

    Ashlee Bennett is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever been to. I have NEVER left her chair disappointed and I can not think of a single negative thing to say about her or my hair.     Really enjoyed the Mothers day facial extravaganza. The presentation with the colorful tables, delicious snacks and tea was outstanding. Ive never used Lancome products but as Ive matured I thought Id venture out. My consultant was kind, knowledgeable, soft spoken and most important didnt push all of the products. After the facial She did my makeup conservatively again recommended only what she thought I would need for the summer. At checkout I purchased a giftset for my husband, cleanser, toner, lotion, and a makeup. Thank you Lancome beauty consultant Tara.

    Thank you, Vanessa! She spent a lot of time explaining and helping me pick out skin care for 40 y.o. skin. She approached me as soon as she was finished with other customers. I had already spent 30 minutes in the store at MAC for foundation and trying to find skin care. Other employees were chatty with eachother or unable to multitask.     I came here just on vacation and on a whim decided today was the day I wanted education on makeup. Doris and Brandon are both amazing people and deserve promotions and raises! They both educated me on products and brands and even gave me a small makeover. Doris slipped me her email if I had anymore questions and Brandon gave me a small sample for my sunburn. I spent $300 on what they showed me and regret nothing!

    I went to Ulta for the first time to get my eyebrows done they were done by Valeri and OMG they were the best brows I have had in 15years. She did a wax and tint and the price I payed was nothing. Listen to me all Fort Myers lady’s go to Valeri if you want the best eyebrows!!! Thanks Valeri for making me look the best !!!

    This review is about the salon specifically, not the store. I had a bad first experience with an OPI gel manicure a few weeks ago. The salon manager, Mandy, turned everything around! She gave me another manicure, done the way it should have been in the first place, and she was so kind and friendly! I will continue to get the OPI gel manicures with Mandy from now on. If you can, treat yourself to this service!
