I was having a hard time finding a blush and Cheyanne from the makeup section immediately approached me and helped with my first blush purchase. She was professional and friendly! I went last Friday to this ulta & I had such an amazing experience. Immediately when I walked in Nick asked if I needed any help. Nick & Cheyenne suggested such amazing MAC products to keep my skin hydrated & glowing this summer in the heat & color matched me flawlessly. They gave me AMAZING makeup & skin tips so my application comes out flawless. I have never had such an iconic experience at an ulta & will only go to this one and seek their expertise on my purchases moving forward. They were so knowledgeable, professional, & had great energy. Jennifer also came over at one point and was just as energetic & kind. I left feeling so confident & ready for my weekend activities! 10/10 would recommend & come again!! :)

I went into Ulta finally deciding I am going to get foundation that actually matches my ever changing face tone. The struggle has been a long one, as my face can have so many different tones due to glasses and sun exposure. I never have asked for professional help either, so its been wasted money on guessing online or in store just by my eye. That day I walked in, picked the brand I wanted, and asked associate Cheyenne for help to match. She was fabulous! I cant give enough gratitude for her being patient with me while I asked questions on the difference between the powers and the liquids, cool, warm and neutral. We went through about 5 different colors on two products. I left with two foundations and a mascara, feeling confident! I tried one foundation on my entire face so far and I was in shock! I didnt think I could find something to even my face out and still look natural. Thanks again Cheyenne!! Maybe next time you can give me a eyeshadow lesson??

Tiffany the hair stylist and Promise the make-up artist are both beyond amazing! Tiffany cut my hair, did a peek-a-boo fantasy color with mermaid colors, and fixed my roots. The cut she did was wonderful and beyond what I had hoped for. I can just wash and air dry and it looks great. I have not been able to be just wash-and-wear in forever. She fixed me. The colors were on point and my friends all say I look 10 years younger. My husband says its the best he has ever seen me come home with from a salon. She is a magician. She is the best with fantasy colors. If you are looking for that mermaid/unicorn/or oil slick look then you have to book with Tiffany. I loved it so much I booked her to do my wedding hair. She suggested I used Promise for my wedding make-up. We all had such fun that day. All the girls working in the salon were so helpful. I am not one to wear make-up and I was worried it would be too much. It was perfect! I loved the lip color so much I had to get some to take home. I got so many compliments. I told everyone who asked to book a session with Promise and Tiffany. I have a pic here of the make-up with Promise from a quick selfie. I will update with the hair when I get them.

I went in for a Balayage, cut, and style after not touching my hair for a year. I moved here about 6 months ago and it takes me a while to warm up to people and trust them with my hair. I must say, Valerie and her assistant were phenomenal! I felt super comfortable from hello. Not only was it a great experience but my hair looks phenomenal. All my split ends are gone (and there were many)!!! Thank you for the care and expertise, Valerie. Looking forward to our next appt.

Ive had so many great experiences at Ulta as a client! Valerie is the only one I trust to cut my hair. She has so much talent it is awesome to watch her do her thing! She really is amazing!I recently got my eyebrows done with Bailey in the benefit brow bar, and let me tell you, my brows look incredible!!! I dont even have to fill them in anymore!I love the staff and management always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Love this store!!

Ariel was the sweetest & very helpful associate at this Ulta. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed match the look I was going for . She is very clean and sanitized everything before applying it my skin. She was very knowledgeable about the specific brand I was interested in buying. I walked in just needing foundation but I left with the whole package . Thank you Ariel for making my ulta experience great !

Tiffany U does an amazing job with cuts and color- especially fantasy colors! She takes her time and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. I am a little... particular... about symmetry and she goes through after everything is dry and styled to double check. I take my kids to her as well and theyve always been happy. Oh- and ask her about recommendations on products! She doesnt get a commission, but is super knowledgeable and awesome at picking products for your needs.

Id like to make a public comment on this particular store! :) Everybody that Ive met at this particular location is extremely amazing I mean....seriously. They dont make ANYTHING awkward, Im a man who wears makeup a feminine man at that however I know that some people think its crazy particularly the older generation. Everybody here made me feel extremely welcome and theyre super friendly. My best experience was with the girl with the glasses, kind of short like 5:6, idk she told me she was Jewish. I completely forgot her name but she was amazing! She showed me how to use bronzer. You know they actually show you how to use the product right in the store. Ulta is one of my favorite stores however this particular Ulta is my favorite location! :)

I am pleased to say I found my stylist.All day I spent looking for anyone to help fix a problem I created with metallic silver and a few boxes of bleach blonde.I’m so beyond pleased with my color and cut. I got super lucky today just happened to walk in after the portal didn’t work for scheduling.One of the best stylists had an opening so bada bing bada boom! This chick and her assistant were Awesome!I typically dislike chatting while my hair gets cut but I loved these girls they were fun, and the whole staff was a good time. No snotty attitudes no bad looks. It was laidback! I’ll never go anywhere else!

So I would give them 5 stars in salon because of end result. I went to salon for hair cut after 2 attempted try’s I asked the lady cutting my hair not to try again because nothing like a short stacked bob I asked for. I started crying and the manager stepped in she also got a different stylist to do my hair and did exactly what I wanted. Although it didn’t start great they deserve 5 stars because the made sure to make things right with me. Big shout out to Tiffany Ulrich for fixing my hair and doing a great job

Went shopping today with my sisters and my mom and the staff was so friendly and very helpful. Tara is a manager there and she was super nice. She listened to us as we talked and made helpful suggestions!! Donae also helped me to best match my foundation even with the world being crazy. She informed me that if it didn’t work well I could come back and could get a refund or exchange. Thank you Ulta for another great experience.

I woke up and decided i needed a hair cut. My hair has been falling out rapidly due to after effects of covid. My hair is extremely thin to the point you could see my scalp through what little hair i have left. I called and the salon got me right in no waiting with Francesca aka FRANKIE. I showed her a picture and explained i was trying to go short to relieve the weight of my hair so maybe it would help me plus i no longer wanted to put my hair up in ponytails or clips due to the amount of hair that kept falling out. She was so professional and understanding. She also helped with styling ideas on how to hide the balding hair line that is so far back. Also how to hide some of the thinning on top and how to make the back look fuller. She showed me products and explained them to me and what she was recommend and why. I havent been to hair stylist in almost 4 years. I most definitely recommend her and will be going to her again when needed.

My all time favorite store when it comes down to my Makeup. Always receive excellent customer service and I tell ya, every time I enter this store I end up spending more than what I mentally prepared myself for 😝 HIGHLY recommend. The only thing that I would say is that every time I spend over 100 dollars or any money at all I never receive any complimentary products for spending a certain amount like Sephora offers to their clients. I literally spent four hundred dollars at ulta and never received anything with my purchase. Which I think is weird because if I were to shop online, I would definitely have some complimentary products with my purchase.

I Went to ulta on is grand openings weekend which was very busy. I had my step daughter with me and asked if they could fit her in for a haircut. My step daughter hates getting hair cuts and has mini panic attacks. Thankfully she had her hair done by Valerie (hopefully spelled her name correctly) who is the salon manager. She was amazing!! My stepdaughter loved her hair cut so much she was bouncy. I recommend going here for all your hair needs.

I had never visited this store, the truth is that it seems great to me, I am super happy and grateful to the young cashier (Jennifer), she is a girl very concerned that you leave satisfied with your purchase, her treatment is very friendly, the truth is I give her 10 out of 10
