Jessica is a saving grace. My daughter got the worst haircut and terrible service at the great clips in the same plaza. She called me crying as it was an hour until her senior grad photos. I said go to ulta and see if they can squeeze you in. Jessica was amazing with her, calmed her down and fixed the disaster that great clips made. AND she gave her the BEST curls for her photos. Jessica and Ulta I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and quickness with my daughter today.

I’ve was a customer of Lisa Lawson at Coconut Point Mall for years. Today, I had my first appointment with Lisa at her new Ulta location in Gulf Coast Town Center and all I can say is WOW! Not only was my color and cut perfect, but the entire staff at this location were so welcoming and and genuinely friendly. What a positive experience! Looking forward to many more appointments with Lisa.

Angela is great! I went from blonde to ginger and she did a great job! She made sure we were both on the same page about everything and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. She’s really sweet and wants to do her best work. If you’re looking to be a redhead or any hair color in general, definitely make an appointment with her! Also the other hair stylist CJ was very informative and knowledgeable. Both of them are great!

Marinna does super good highlights. From start to finish everything went smoothly and everything came out great. Told her I’m not picky about my hair. I honestly care about service the most. At places like this you need to trust the process and let them do their work. I do like going to different stylists and getting a variety of others creativity but will definitely stick with marina for a while!

I’ve been looking for a product for two weeks now. I’ve visited another Ulta where the product said it could be picked up in store and the consultants not knowledgeable about the products and took no time to really help me find it even though it said it was sold in store. This location was the next one that had it available online but it was about a 50 minute drive from me. I called first and Gabe answered the phone very promptly. He left what he was doing to try to locate the product and after a good search he was able to find it. He was patient and just as invested in helping me as I was to find the product. Exceptional service! Thank you so much Gabe!

The Training at Ulta Beauty Particularly the store was the best training that I have ever received since being a license Beautician. My trainer name was Leah and she did an amazing job I would recommend her to do all training she was patient, kind and she made sure that everyone understood the cuts and the concepts with coloring. I left training Feeling like I can do colors on my own.

Staff were very helpful with the many questions I had and assisted me to find everything that I had come in to find. We tested a few primers and convinced me to buy one that was similar to one i had had in the past that had been discontinued. Wasnt what i had come in to get, but she wad absolutely right. Its a very close match to what i was using before. Even told me to hold off on buying something that day as it would be on sale the next day. Not my usual ULTA, but I will definitely go out of my way to visit this one as the staff were so pleasant and so helpful.

My daughter and I ran into ulta for some hair dye earlier. The line was wrapped around the displays and I was dreading waiting in that line. However, we grabbed the dye quickly and by the time we made our way up to the checkout the line was clear! Those checkout attendants blew through the line with so much speed it rivaled a speed chess match. Not only that but, our attendant knew we should recieve a free gift. This trip exceeded my expectations!

I love this location - a nice store with nice employees and am always greeted when I walk in. Mackenzie at the Benefit Brow and Allie at the salon are both amazing, and I leave highly satisfied each time. I can’t recommend them enough.
